“Niko is a wonderful sitter. My pup stayed with her for a week. She was very communicative and sent pictures throughout his stay. He got to play with her dogs which was such a treat for him! I'm fairly certain he would've stayed if I had let him. If you are looking for a loving and caring sitter Niko is the one!”

“Elijah and Loriallanah were the best with my Autumn. She got so spoiled. I receive daily pictures and got to see her being pampered. I highly recommend them and will ask the to watch Autumn again in a few months.”

“My boys stayed with Robbie for a long weekend, and he sent me photos of them playing and kept me up to date on how they were doing Felt very comfortable leaving them there. They were well taken care of. Highly recommend.”

“Karen was great with Bosco!! She stayed in contact with me during his stay, and refused to take extra money to extend his stay for several hours. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends.”

“So happy we found Jessica to take care of our little yorkie, Tonka, for a few days. She was so attentive to his wants and needs. She opened her windows so he could look outside at the golf course her home backs up to. He loved that. He calmed down and was not stressed at all. Even sunbathed on her back patio. Jessica sent pictures to us everyday and calmed me down about leaving him. We will be using Jessica again for sure.”

“Kathleen was and answer to prayers. She took very good care of our puppy Juno. She was great about communicating, and very easy to work with. We would definitely use Kathleen again!!”

“Always appreciate that my dogs were well taken care of while I’m away! My new rescue dog is super anxious around new people and places, but by the end of the stay he was so comfortable!”

“Astonishing sitter! I had one arrangement cancel on me at 8 p.m. on a Sunday. I needed to drop my dog off the next morning at 7 a.m. Luckily, I contacted Bowie and he was super-accomodating. He sent me videos through the day. My dog was happy and I am happy. I will definitely use him again!!”

“Tammy was very accommodating and accepted a last min booking, her house is great with a large fenced back yard! Tammy is sweet young lady and was very nice to my pups! Thank you”

“My dog loved her stay with Deborah and John!! They were both attentive to my dog’s needs and took her on walks, which she loves! I would definitely recommend Deborah and John as sitters! They also sent me pictures and videos, which I enjoyed seeing while out of town! 😁”

“Ashley is so wonderful every time we use her! This was our first longer boarding trip, but Ashley made me and my girl, Bella feel so comfortable at ease. She lets the doggies play and they aren’t confined to their kennels or small space for long periods of time. She provided lots of pictures and updates throughout my time away. I will absolutely use her from now on!”

“Oh my gosh Anne was wonderful! Was very nervous about boarding after a horrible experience in March. I have a bossy, stubborn schaunzer who can be difficult. But he took to Anne immediately! Apparently he behaved well and got along well with her dog. I have finally found the perfect dog sitter and will always call Anne when I need to. Thank you Anne!”

“Hope and her family take great care of our pup! From the moment we drop him off, it’s clear he’s in loving, capable hands. He’s always excited to arrive and happily worn out when we pick him up—proof that he’s had a fun and active visit. What stands out most is the peace of mind she gives us. We never worry when we’re away because Hope is reliable, attentive, and communicative.”

“I was more than pleased with my dog's 3-night stay with Shelley. This was a second choice for me, but I'm beyond happy that I went with her over my first choice. I was impressed that she sent pictures every so often, even though I didn't necessarily request it, and she gave him treats for the holiday. She even washed the cloth that I had in my dog's crate! I will definitely request her services again!”

About: ***for boarding requests- dog or cat must be cat and child friendly!*** I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. It wasn’t until I got my first dog in college and then my first cat a few years later, that I really realized my passion for giving animals a happy life. My previous career required me to move around a bit and no matter how difficult it was, I always knew I had my dog and my cat by my side. It might seem corny but it’s true- they always provided that companionship when it was time to move somewhere new. My pets play such an important role in my life that when I went on my first date with my now fiancé, we decided to go to an outdoor restaurant where we could bring the pups to make sure they got along ok. Thank goodness they did because that meant I got to add another pup to my life. Leo Winnie and Paxton are the best fur babies I could ever ask for and my hope is that I get to share the love I have for my animals with your fur babies too! I am a full time remote employee so I have the flexibility to change my schedule to what works best for my pets. For instance- in the summer I know it’s very difficult to get a walk in late in the morning because of the heat so we make it a priority to get up in the morning and get our exercise in. During the cooler months, I know I’m able to walk almost any time during the day. The nicer the weather, the more we are walking! When it comes to caring for my pets and other peoples pets, providing safety, trust, and a comfortable environment is the most important part. I’ve learned that I expect people to care for my pets the same way I care for them- which is going above and beyond. They only have one life, right?! I’m very focused on understanding a pet owners needs so that I can make the owner and the pet comfortable. I understand the uneasiness that comes with allowing someone else to care for your fur baby so the more stress free I can make it, the better for all of us! Our golden retriever Winnie is a diabetic which is a situation that requires a lot of precision and focus. The care that I provide for Winnie (checking blood sugar, administering insulin shots, measuring specific amounts of food, etc) has made me become even more attentive to my other pets ensuring that they all live long healthy lives!

About: I love to take care of dogs. I walk my dogs two times per day, and it does not matter how cold/hot outside. I have two rescued large dogs at home. I like to spend time and care about pets. I do not mind cleaning up after your pets. I’ve been taking care of my own dogs from small to large for many years. Growing up, I took care of many different kinds of pets. I have been a Rover client for a while and know how it is important to be reliable and responsible for someone’s pets and a house. They will be in good hands. Thank you ❤️ I work in a hospital from 7 am to 5:30 pm every day, except weekends and Fridays. But my mom stays home and can take care of your furry babies. I have a dog door. Thus, dogs can take potty breaks at any time. I have a high fence and a huge yard and two dogs to play with. I make sure doors are closed, and dogs cannot run away.
“Jennifer wasn’t sitting for me really. Instead, she provided an adventure camp for our sweet pup. My new puppy really needed to have some great experiences at the end of a car ride to be more confident. We received photos at the farmer’s market, dog park and lake. She got a vacation! Thanks Jen!”

Nichols Hills dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kenwin was amazing with our 2 dogs and cat! This is our first time using rover but we felt 1000% worry free! She sent us so many cute pics and videos, everyone looked so comfy and having a great time! We felt like we were picking up our babies from their own vacation! 😆 We would love for her to take care of our babies again!
Micah and her husband were incredible! They followed all instructions to a “t” and they taught us some things about our dog. We let them know how our dog was learning how to socialize and they taught our dog some things and taught us as well! They sent the cutest videos and photos of Mansa playing. Would definitely rebook! Worth every penny!

Chrissy and Josh were a perfect choice to take care of our three dogs while we were out of town. Their home was so calm and inviting and their personalities made our dogs feel safe and relaxed. The pictures that they sent us showed our dogs happy, relaxed and well-taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was so happy to have Bella stay with Lindsey and her dog, Ginny. Bella is so shy and tentative so I’m always nervous about leaving her. The minute she walked into Lindsey’s house she was wagging her tail and interacting with both Lindsey and Ginny. It is the first time I have left her that I had no hesitation. Ginny was gracious enough to share her dog bed with Bella and one photo indicated that Lindsey also shared her bed with Bella. I was able to truly enjoy my vacation without worrying about Bella’s care. Will definitely use Lindsey again when I need to leave Bella.
