“Kenwin was amazing! She provided consistent updates through the day and took my dog on walks. I truly recommend. As someone’s first time trying Rover, I was very worried but she made me very comfortable leaving my dog!”

“Niko was absolutely wonderful with our little dog who needs several meds and is blind in one eye. She was great with sending thoughtful updates to put our minds at ease, and was very accommodating on drop off and pick up as we were traveling from out of town. Our dog obviously had a great time with Niko’s family. We would book with her again, no hesitation. She’s the best!”

“Shenequa was absolutely amazing watching my dog Cooper! She actively kept me updated by sent me lots of photos and videos! When I have to leave town again, I will 100% be rebooking with her!!”

“Debi and Johnny are absolutely the best. I trust they love Gus and will care for him just as we do. And most importantly, will be honest about his stay. Thank you both!”

“Our Rover sitter took great care of our dog, Chevy. She was reliable, kind, and made sure he was well cared for while we were away. We really appreciated the updates and would definitely recommend!”

“We don't know what we would do without Anne! Our dog loves Anne and we know she is well cared for and happy. She's a nervous dog and it is a testament to Anne that Layla is eager to go to Anne's house every visit. Thank you, Anne!!!!”

About: I love to take care of dogs. I walk my dogs two times per day, and it does not matter how cold/hot outside. I have two rescued large dogs at home. I like to spend time and care about pets. I do not mind cleaning up after your pets. I’ve been taking care of my own dogs from small to large for many years. Growing up, I took care of many different kinds of pets. I have been a Rover client for a while and know how it is important to be reliable and responsible for someone’s pets and a house. They will be in good hands. Thank you ❤️ I work in a hospital from 7 am to 5:30 pm every day, except weekends and Fridays. But my mom stays home and can take care of your furry babies. I have a dog door. Thus, dogs can take potty breaks at any time. I have a high fence and a huge yard and two dogs to play with. I make sure doors are closed, and dogs cannot run away.
“Ashley is so wonderful every time we use her! This was our first longer boarding trip, but Ashley made me and my girl, Bella feel so comfortable at ease. She lets the doggies play and they aren’t confined to their kennels or small space for long periods of time. She provided lots of pictures and updates throughout my time away. I will absolutely use her from now on!”

“We are immensely grateful for Bowie! We had a very last minute change in our plans and needed a sitter for almost 2 weeks for our Shih Tzu. Bowie responded promptly to our request and we loved that we got several videos a day of our dog. It gave us great comfort to know that she was doing well and having what look like a great time with Bowie and the other dogs. This is only our second time using a sitter for our dog so that meant a lot to us.”

“Morgan and Derek were incredibly kind, friendly, communication was great, and we appreciated all the pictures and wonderful care of our fur babies!! We 100% recommend them!! Thank you both so much! 😊”

“Our dog loves Leeann and staying at her place. He is always well treated and happy when we pick him up. We use Leeann for all of our boarding needs when she is available.”

“We contacted Robbie very last minute when the other dog sitter cancelled on me the day before my trip, he was very flexible and took a good care of my dog. We will definitely use him again!”

“Lindsey was great with our pup! She sent us pictures and we felt so reassured while we were away. We highly recommend Lindsay and will plan on booking with her again in the future!”

“I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog with with Hope and Nathaniel! I was very thankful for all of the accommodating that Hope was able to make for us. She is very good with communication and quick to respond. Hope also sent frequent updates with pictures which showed how attentive and caring she was. My dog received amazing care and had so much fun! I would highly recommend Hope and Nathaniel for all your dog needs!”

“She helped us so much taking on our dog so last minute! She was very kind to us and our dog. Thank you so much! We will definitely see if your available for any future boarding!”

“Anna went above and beyond taking care of my pup. He is an extra large great Dane that had just been neutered on the day that she took him in because I needed somewhere for him to recover before coming home to his sisters. She REARRANGED her schedule for me and allowed me to meet her at her clinic because I had to pick him up early from his appointment and THEN had her doctor look over his incision and make sure he was OK before taking him home. Once home, she could see he hated that collar they put on him and instead found him a little pair of boxer Shorts to run around in for the weekend and sent me pictures. It was adorable. She took him out to see friends at Oktoberfest over the weekend, which I know that he loved because he loves people and kept him good and spoiled and loved on all weekend and continued to send me pictures as well. I would 100% use Anna again and I highly recommend her”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - The Village
Lady had such a fun week with Kayleigh, Mike and their fur family Tito and Paxton. Highlights included multiple walks per day and non stop wrestling matches with Tito. Although there was no clear winner to the wrestle matches they both ended in high spirits and looked forward to their next meeting in the backyard. We received constant pictures/updates throughout her stay which we really appreciated. We know they took great care of Lady and treated her like their own. We would highly recommend Kayleigh to anyone!

Chrissy and Josh were a perfect choice to take care of our three dogs while we were out of town. Their home was so calm and inviting and their personalities made our dogs feel safe and relaxed. The pictures that they sent us showed our dogs happy, relaxed and well-taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was so happy to have Bella stay with Lindsey and her dog, Ginny. Bella is so shy and tentative so I’m always nervous about leaving her. The minute she walked into Lindsey’s house she was wagging her tail and interacting with both Lindsey and Ginny. It is the first time I have left her that I had no hesitation. Ginny was gracious enough to share her dog bed with Bella and one photo indicated that Lindsey also shared her bed with Bella. I was able to truly enjoy my vacation without worrying about Bella’s care. Will definitely use Lindsey again when I need to leave Bella.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
