Our last experience left us quite weary and concerned about using this service again, especially with a senior dog with health issues, but Anne listed to our concerns and worry and made sure to alleviate those concerns fully. We received daily updates and pictures which is always great and it was the first time we've picked Lucy up that she hasn't been crying. We know Lucy received lots of attention and love, was in a home that understands senior pets, and that she was part of the family during her stay. Jamie and her husband Matt were great sitters! They provided daily updates and pictures so we knew our girl was in good hands. In addition to the great communications and pictures, our girl got plenty of attention and excercise, and they went out of their way to make sure our girl felt welcome in her temporary home. Jamie took her on car rides (which she loves) and even spoiled her a bit with a pupsicle on a hot day. She also provided our girl with a thoughtful gift that was definitely Nessie!
