“Our dog had a great time with this family! They were loving and caring and treated him like one of their own. We'll be sure to use them for our next trip! 💙”

“Our collie, King, loves going to Keri's house. He enjoyed playing with the family and he came home happy, calm, and well taken care of. King has anxiety and it has been hard finding a place where he feels safe like home. Thank you Keri for taking such good care of him while we were away!”

“This was the longest we had to ever leave our pups, but we are so thankful that they had the great care that they had. Highly recommend and will use again! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our goldens and for all of the updates.”

“Shenequa was absolutely amazing watching my dog Cooper! She actively kept me updated by sent me lots of photos and videos! When I have to leave town again, I will 100% be rebooking with her!!”

“She is the best sitter ever! She keeps me informed and my little one always looks as if he is getting plenty of attention, love, exercise, and fun! She makes sure he is comfortable. My little Yorkie loves it with her.”

“Best experience ever! Amy and her family treated Millie as if she was one of their own. Amy sent pictures and updates daily making us feel great knowing that Millie was being well taken care of and shown lots of love. Amy will be our first choice every time.”

“Deborah and John were so incredible to our dogs Bucky (border collie/golden retriever/husky mix) and Pickles (standard poodle)! They kept us updated with photos of the dogs having a blast, and it’s clear how much time and care they gave our pets while we were away. Our dogs were never left home alone, and since John and Debi only accept one client (up to 3 dogs) at a time, the dogs each had lots and lots of individual attention. We will definitely be rebooking whenever we travel again!”

“Our Rover sitter took great care of our dog, Chevy. She was reliable, kind, and made sure he was well cared for while we were away. We really appreciated the updates and would definitely recommend!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and couldn't be happier. Amy and Scott are amazing people. I know when we leave Melody she is safe, sound, and truly cared for.”

Jamie and her husband Matt were great sitters! They provided daily updates and pictures so we knew our girl was in good hands. In addition to the great communications and pictures, our girl got plenty of attention and excercise, and they went out of their way to make sure our girl felt welcome in her temporary home. Jamie took her on car rides (which she loves) and even spoiled her a bit with a pupsicle on a hot day. She also provided our girl with a thoughtful gift that was definitely Nessie! I would highly recommend Jamie and Matt if you're looking for a dog sitter. They both made our girl feel at home and I could tell that they genuinely love dogs! Thanks Jamie and Matt for taking such good care of Nessie!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
