“Scheduling with Jessica was very easy. She got back to me very shortly after I sent a request for services to schedule a meet and greet. During this time, Bella met Jessica's dog to make certain they got along and also interacted with Jessica so she would be familiar with her. Drop off was very easy and quick. Jessica sent updates and photos throughout Bella's stay. On the 7th day of my trip, Jessica contacted me to check on what time I would be there to pick up Bella. I immediately realized I had given her the wrong pickup date and I wouldn't be back until 3 days later. Jessica was very nice and said "no problem" and even took care of everything with Rover. On the day and time I was going to pick Bella up, Jessica had an important, previously scheduled meeting/activity. Although it was my fault that my pickup time conflicted with her schedule because I put the wrong end date, Jessica was very nice and wanted to make certain I could pick Bella up on the day I arrived home. I offered to pick Bella up the next day but Jessica didn't want to make me wait to see her so she arranged everything for me to pick her up that day. Jessica had everything ready for pickup when I arrived and Bella was having a good time. Jessica was easy to work with and provided pictures and updates everyday.”
