“Easy to set up stay, communicate with, drop off, sent picture while Teddy was there and easy pick up. My dog enjoyed their dog and seemed really happy. Everything I left for stay was returned in good shape. Highly recommend.”

“They were great! Wren "Tots" got to go with me to a few events so I was able to pick her up and drop her off for her "sleepovers" with Holly and Justin. She really seemed much calmer than when I boarded her at the vet, and being able to be with me during the day (I was traveling from out if town and couldn't keep her at my hotel) kept her more relaxed. Thank you to them for being so flexible with our time! HIGHLY recommend them for any type of pet sitting!”

“10/10! My dogs were such happy pups with Dakota and had a beautiful yard to run around in. They seemed so happy and relaxed in every photo/video he sent and when I picked them up. He kept them for over a week and took great care of them and gave them lots of love. ❤️ He will be my go-to in the future!”

About: I grew up on a small farm in Oklahoma, so animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and currently have a little 10-pound poodle named Duke. He’s super friendly, well-behaved, and loves being around other animals. Over the years, I’ve regularly watched pets for family and friends, everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a little extra TLC. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company, I truly enjoy making animals feel comfortable and cared for. Now that I’m offering my services on Rover, I’m excited to meet even more furry friends (and their humans!). Duke and I are looking forward to making new connections. Connect with me for a meet and greet. I'm a lifelong animal lover and dependable sitter based in Oklahoma City. “We had such a great experience with Lisa! She was incredibly accommodating and friendly from start to finish. She made us feel completely at ease while we were away, regularly updating us with sweet pictures and notes about how our dogs were doing. It was clear she genuinely cared, and our pups seemed so happy and comfortable in her care. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to watch their furry friend!”

“Karen was AMAZING with Opie. As a first timer, I was nervous about leaving him with just anyone, but when we met up she spent plenty of time letting him settle in and answering whatever questions I had. She was very attentive to his care instructions, and checked in and sent me pictures while he was with her. He was all smiles when I picked him up and totally tuckered out. She'll be my go-to if I ever need it again. Would absolutely recommend.”

“As always, Jasmine treated our sweet Bella like her own. She communicates clearly and consistently, and she’s incredibly flexible when scheduling challenges come up for pick-up or drop-off. We truly appreciate her care and look forward to using her services again in the future.”

“This was our first experience with Rover and couldn't be happier. Amy and Scott are amazing people. I know when we leave Melody she is safe, sound, and truly cared for.”

“Lady had such a fun week with Kayleigh, Mike and their fur family Tito and Paxton. Highlights included multiple walks per day and non stop wrestling matches with Tito. Although there was no clear winner to the wrestle matches they both ended in high spirits and looked forward to their next meeting in the backyard. We received constant pictures/updates throughout her stay which we really appreciated. We know they took great care of Lady and treated her like their own. We would highly recommend Kayleigh to anyone!”

“Sandi was so kind & caring to our Pepper while we were on vacation. We had no worries about her, as it was apparent from their first meeting that they bonded. We had no doubts that Sandi would care for our pup as well as she does her own.”

“Jennifer wasn’t sitting for me really. Instead, she provided an adventure camp for our sweet pup. My new puppy really needed to have some great experiences at the end of a car ride to be more confident. We received photos at the farmer’s market, dog park and lake. She got a vacation! Thanks Jen!”

I would highly recommend Brittnee! She is the absolute best. Our dog is an anxious Newfoundland and she made him feel right at home. She even ran to the store and got him pumpkin to calm his stomach down. We received daily pictures and communication was great. You can tell she loves animals. We WILL be using her services again. ◡̈

Reagan has been watching my pup a couple days a week for a month now and has been amazing. Very flexible with pickup and drop off times, great communication, and plenty of pics of my pup. Her dog Goose has quickly become best friends with my pup and I know they both love seeing each other every week. Highly recommend booking with her!

Chrissy and Josh were a perfect choice to take care of our three dogs while we were out of town. Their home was so calm and inviting and their personalities made our dogs feel safe and relaxed. The pictures that they sent us showed our dogs happy, relaxed and well-taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
