About: My name is Kate and my love for animals is what prompted me to enter the world of pet care. I grew up in a home with dogs and guniea pigs and learned early on how to be responsible in caring for a pet. The Humane Society was close to my childhood home, I would walk there weekly to go in and visit all the different animals and dreamed of owning a bunch one day myself. Later on in my twenties I learned what it was like to have a cat and now am a self proclaimed, obsessed with all the things cat. Currently I have two cats, a spunky Bengal named Benny and a sophisticated tuxedo baby named Olive. My hobbies include weightlifting, walking, yoga, ceramics, listening to podcasts, reading, baking and traveling. I currently work full time Mon-Thurs, 4 days a week which allows me to have, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning or afternoons available for drop-in visits or walking your pet. I currently am not able to board any other animals in my home as I have two cats that prefer to be the only pets.

About: I have always been the first to offer to cat or dog sit for my friends. My own cat needs daily oral medication, so I understand the importance of timely medication. I can't wait to meet you and your pets. I am currently attending online school, so I will have a lot of availability to care for your pets! I'm new to the area, and excited to get myself out there. I'm attentive to animal body language, and know some animal first-aid. In case of an emergency, I'm also capable of lifting up to about 80 pounds.

About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. Currently unavailable/working Tuesday evenings (although i pick up other shifts when im able). I try my best to keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability, please reach out if you have any questions! About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life. Small, medium, and large sized dogs, young and elderly dogs, dogs with low energy levels and dogs with high energy levels. I used to pet sit for my neighbors as well, including one neighbor who had two mastiffs and a dalmatian, and another neighbor with a chronically ill dog prone to accidents. I loved them all! I work full time, but I primarily work nights, so I’m available while most people are at work. I also love to go on walks during my free time, so I’d love to walk to visit your pet, or take them along with me. We have a specific room with toys, a bed, and plenty of attention from me that’s designed for your pet to have a great stay. We have a water fountain for cats, and a large water dish for dogs, and plenty of treats and love to provide.

About: I am new to Rover, but not new to pet care! I’ve had dogs my whole life and have become a frequent sitter for dogs in my social circle. I've cared for pets across a range of sizes, breeds, temperaments and ages. I've also worked as a shelter volunteer and foster through Michigan Humane, and I currently live with a rambunctious 2-year-old Lab mix and a 14-year-old Shiba Inu. About: I’ve had multiple years of experience with senior dogs, pets needing help with medication, or energetic pets requiring lots of play. I have two cats myself. I’m a musician with a flexible schedule so I can make time whenever they need me. Happy to do over nights or pop in visits. Ive found it best to try to keep animals routines and schedules as regular as possible from what they’re used to to minimize their stress.

About: My home and job are in the Midtown area of Detroit but I'm willing to go the distance to make sure your animal is cared for. Can I love and spoil your pet like they are my own? I have a flexible schedule and would enjoy spending my extra time visiting with your pet. I am not a dog owner but play aunt to a timid staffie. I am an enthusiastic professional at fetch, belly rubs, and love going on long walks. I currently own two cats and am a fantastic snuggle buddy. I have a willingness to learn and understand what works best for your pet. I'd most like to understand the things that make your pet an individual and how we can become friends.

About: I am used to senior care with dogs, and really any range of age for dog care. Dogs are members of the family and should be treated with the utmost care and love, I try to make your furry friend as comfortable and happy in your absence as i can. Pet sitting is my full time profession at the moment, meaning I can spend my undivided attention on your animals' care. I am available most days of the week. I assess each environment to make sure that I am aware of potential hazards. Your pet and home safety is of the utmost importance! I want your time away to be easeful and relaxing, and that is done by providing you with peace of mind on the state of your home and animal companions

About: I grew up with three cats and help train dogs through the Leadershape! Now I typically share my dog sitting assistance with my friends (for free even!) although I don’t have pets in my own all animals will find a warm welcoming home here I’m currently working full-time, but I work in the evenings and come home on my breaks so plenty of time to check in on our furry friend during the work week I live in an apartment that has a fenced in yard for dogs and a neighborhood park nearby. I’ve sat for large dogs while living here and their needs have been accommodated!

About: I have had two dogs that I have adopted in my life that I have cared for, and have fostered a number of others! Right now I have a bernese mountain dog named Denver who is 4 years old! Growing up I loved dogs and jumped at any opportunity to work with them. I have watched my neighbors dogs, friends dogs, and have volunteered at local animal shelters! I am comfortable doing most any task you may need! I currently work from home most days and I am able to be available when needed. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to provide diligent care for your pets! I have one dog who loves to keep other dogs company! He is extremely easy-going and is great at matching other dogs energy! I also have a crate that I can use to crate your animal if necessary!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and children for most of my life! I was employed at a daycare for 10+ years while also having been raised with cats, dogs, and a snake. I work 8-5 3 days a week, but am willing to come after work on the days I am in person, during work on the days I work from home, and weekends. I am willing to adjust to whatever is needed/wanted by the clients in regards to caring for their pets! I want to take care of them in the best way/shape/form.
