“Kailea has been walking our 7-month old puppy Miles for the last two weeks. She scheduled a meet and greet with us ahead of time and took her time getting to know him and the area we usually walk. We have gotten a picture and rover card every day and Miles seems well-taken care of. We have been very happy with Kailea so far!”

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember—growing up with dogs, cats, and even reptiles! I currently have a boxer mix, a Rottweiler, and a rescue cat! I also worked at a pet hotel for two years, where I made sure furry guests were well-fed, squeaky clean, and had tons of playtime. Whether it’s a tail-wagger or a purring cuddlebug, I’m all about keeping pets happy, healthy, and having fun! With working part-time & going to college, I have certain availability. Here are my available hours! Wednesdays after 4:00 pm and Fridays-Sundays anytime! I am based in Macomb but I also offer services to Chesterfield, Washington, Romeo, Clinton Township, Ira Township, Algonac Since I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on keeping your pet happy, healthy, and comfortable right in their own environment. During walks, I make sure your pup gets the right amount of exercise, mental stimulation (sniff breaks!), and of course, plenty of love and encouragement. Safety is always a top priority—I stay aware of surroundings, and adjust walks to fit your dog’s energy level and needs. For drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or just some cuddle time. I always make sure water bowls are full, paws are happy, and your pet feels cared for and content while you're away.

About: Through most of my adult life I've been responsible for caring for our families pets. This includes food, water, bathing and grooming, training, stimulation, medication, and anything else they may need. I mostly cared for dogs and cats but would occasionally help with horses. I often pet sit for my out of state family for long stretches of time, taking care of their pets needs and making sure they have a fun companion while their family is away. I work part time and make my own schedule, so I have plenty of flexibility to fit pet sitting into my routine. I can also work from my laptop while on the go, but pet's needs always come first. I have currently have a very energetic cat who loves to play. I'll play with her at least 30 minutes a day, though usually I'll keep playing until she loses interest. In terms of affection I spoil her all day and she loves it. When dog sitting for family I walk each dog 3-5 times a day, depending on each dogs needs. One dog I care for needs medication, so ensuring she receives it consistently each day at the same time is a priority. I find activities each dog likes doing and love spending time with them either playing with toys, roughhousing, or watching dog videos on YouTube, which one really enjoys.

About: I have always loved animals. So I immediately applied myself at an Animal Hospital after high school, assisting in dog/cat care(nail trims, baths, behavioral therapy) and surgery for 7 years. In addition, I worked as a bather for Pet Smart grooming. I was pet sitting before covid, but stopped when social distancing was put into place. Unfortunately, my best friend crossed the rainbow bridge, and I would like to cope by helping my community again with their pets. I will only be able Friday evenings, and weekends. Sometimes my schedule changes, so hopefully I can make adjustments if possible. I currently work full time in Detroit, packaging wound ointment called HoneyCure, for dogs, cats, and horses. Depending of the dynamic, I will utilize a loop leash for added safety when walking your dog or taking potty breaks. I live an apartment, so dogs the weigh 20Ibs or under are welcome. I am willing to drive though, for pups who weigh more than 20Ibs. I am attentive when it comes to pet care because safety is important, so I will ask a lot of questions when meeting your dog or cat, and ask for written instructions on how you would like me to take care of your pet’s needs. I’m experienced with medication administration, and I have knack for a pet’s body language if they are feeling unwell or have behavioral issues.

About: Being a dog lover is part of my identity. I have 2 (high-energy) rescue pups and they're my besties. I walk them 1-2 times a day and would love to be your pup's new favorite walking buddy. Whether your dog needs a power stroll, a sniff-filled adventure, or just a little midday movement, I’ve got you covered. I'm new to Rover and currently have a flexible schedule. I'll mostly be available Monday- Friday from the hours of 6am- 3pm but open to accommodate additional requests. I will treat your dog as I treat my own- with love, belly rubs, & ear scratches. I know how to walk dogs safely, as I have experience of walking my own.

About: I grew up with two dogs who were my best friends. They were who I wanted to spend the majority of my time with, and who I trusted the most. My parents allowed me to perform simple care tasks such as feeding and walking them since the age of three. I have always been comfortable around animals and learned how to read their body language quite well. At the age of 12, I participated in 4H with my cavalier king charles spaniel who I was responsible for training and bathing. I have also been a frequent volunteer (2020-2021) at Michigan Animal Rescue League as a dog walker where I was responsible not only for walking dogs, but for providing trust and companionship that would increase their chances of adoption. For the last 8 years, I have been the owner of a ginger cat named Crookshanks, whom I adore more than anything. Since I am studying, he sadly does not live with me (he is with my mom) but I miss him dearly and willing to make up for this by giving your pets lots of love and affection! Currently, I am a postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. I have classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings, but I am free in the evening. Although studying is my full time job, taking frequent walks is a must and I would be happy to have a four-legged companionship. I have a pet free home near Calton Hill and Authurs seat. My flat is spacious and I have been given permission from my landlord to have pets inside. I am on the first floor so there is requirement for an older pet to have to walk up any stairs. My flat is also filled with windows and natural light.

About: I’ve always loved animals and owned dogs! I adopted my puppy from Puerto Rico 17 mos ago after seeing the homeless stray cat/ dog crisis while on vacation. He is my buddy and companion. I currently dog sit for family and friends. I have a pretty flexible schedule working from home so I can take breaks as needed. I feel lucky to be home with my pet every day. My home is near walking paths and parks to conveniently walk the dogs. I also have a large dog crate if needed. I typically walk my dog 2x per day.

About: With 15 years of experience loving and caring for my first dog, I promise to treat your senior pup as my own. I’m currently training my one-year-old puppy and can help maintain or reinforce your dog’s training. I am great with short and long distance’s walks. I look forward to caring for your beloved pet! As a self-employed individual with a flexible schedule, I can easily accommodate your pet care needs during the week. Your pet’s well-being is my priority! I excel at safely and responsibly handling dogs in kennels, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Additionally, I have sharp awareness of my surroundings when walking pets, prioritizing their safety and enjoyment during our outings.

Giselle O.

“I have known Giselle for about a year now and have seen her with her dog (miniature schnauzer) Sophia of 7 years old. Sophia is in great health and very friendly. Giselle spends hours daily playing, feeding, and walking Sophia. I have also seen her raise our dog (english bulldog) Rocko from 7 weeks to 7 months, fully potty training him, and teaching him 10 tricks within this time with no help of a trainer. I would say that she is more than qualified to watch anyone's dog. She absolutely loves dogs and talks about raising another dog all of the time. She is passionate for dogs and their overall happiness on a daily basis. I think if anyone gives her the opportunity to watch their dog that they would be more than satisfied with how their dog comes back home after she is done watching them.”

Brianna B.
“Not only is Brianna an amazing dog mom to her two dogs, she is an amazing dog aunt to my dog bruiser! Bruiser had an emergency where I had to rush him to the emergency vet, Brianna kindly sat with me in the waiting room for 7 hours while we waited on results(he’s ok btw!). She’s loyal, trustworthy, selfless and most importantly, loving and kind! I would trust her with all of my animals and I would refer her to all friends, family and even strangers. She will love your fur baby as her own.”

Bradley D.

“My dog doesn’t like strangers that much absolutely fell in love with Bradley on the first visit. Brad really cares about dogs and their well-being. He’s definitely not in it for a paycheck, but for the betterment of the dog. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. 5*’s”

Shannon y.
“Shannon has been an amazing addition to our family circle! The dogs love her and get excited every time she comes over (they aren’t always like that with people). She communicates very well regarding her schedule, sending updates on our dogs, and lets us know any important info about our dogs while she’s caring for them (for ex: if she notices the dog food is running low, or if one of the dogs seems to be extra itchy). Shannon is very kind and respectful to us and of our home and fur babies. We are so thankful for her! I would definitely recommend her to anyone :)”

Taylor W.
“Taylor has cared for our 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 bunnies on multiple occasions. My cat is a bit high maintenance and Taylor is always so patient and caring with him. My dogs are always so excited to see her again as if she's part of the family. I always know I can depend on Taylor!”

Cecily M.
“Hi, I have known Cecily for several years now and can attest that she is amazing with animals. She has had two dogs throughout her life already and they lived very happy lives, always were well behaved too. Additionally, she is a cat owner, of a fat, loving tabby called Crookshanks, who is even gentler than any dog I have ever met. I cant think of anyone else who is better suited to work with someone else's pet. A real life Dr. Dolittle! But don't take my word for it, ask her/meet her yourself - its the best way to figure things like this out. I would give her my dog any day of the week though. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Leon”

Sarah B.
“Sarah takes excellent care of dogs in her care. She is responsible and works well with all kinds of dogs. I highly recommend her as a dog walker.”

Samantha M.
“Samantha is amazing with animals. Our dog is very high maintenance and Samantha keeps a close eye on our dog when she watches her to make sure she’s not getting into anything. I trust very few people with our dog and Samantha is one of those few people that I fully trust to care for our dog.”
