About: Our animals love us in a way I feel we may never be able to reciprocate, but we sure will try! Growing up with animals since I was a baby, having a furry best friend has been my life. Having lived through a few fur baby best friend losses has me being even more grateful for the time we have together with them. I love animals and I will love your animals when you’re working hard, or enjoying a hard earned vacation. I have watched many friends and families cats and dogs over the years and have cherished the time I’ve had with them. Your pets will be loved just the same while under my care. I’m a full-time student with time to love on your fur babies. As a military retiree who has worked long hours and gone on numerous deployments, I know how stressful it can feel having your baby at home without you there. I will help you and your pet with whatever you need to be stress free and happy. If you are boarding your pet with me, I have a completely fenced in back yard and my own fur baby, a black lab named Hope to keep your pet comfortable and happy with a friend to play with. We have plenty of room for their own crate if needed or desired and can even offer a secluded area for eating for any food aggressive friends. If I’m visiting your home for care, I will try to help your pets feel like you’ve never left. Staying on any food schedules and walking schedules they’re used to and if allowed, a few extra treats ;). Open communication on what you and your pets require will help to build a wonderful environment for everyone. I look forward to meeting and falling in love with your babies!

“Irania is respectful, sweet, and responsible. She was extremely punctual and always kept me up to date with exactly what was going on. My dog is 90lbs of playful energy, but that didn't phase Irania. They bonded instantly. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable sitter/walker. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking looking for pet care they can count on.”

About: I grew up in a house where we always had pets. I have 10+ years of experience caring for animals starting with my own 2 pups I have helped raise since I was 10! One of which lived to be 15 years old. I have experience caring for senior cats, large breed dogs, puppies, a bunny, and even some chickens! Whether it’s going for a walk or just keeping your pet company, I treat any pet like family. Big or small, young or senior. I hope you can consider helping me get started on the Rover app! I’m currently volunteering in a research lab as I prepare for graduate school, which gives me a flexible weekly schedule. This allows me to dedicate focused, reliable care to the pets I work with. I’m happy to adjust my availability week to week to best support you and your pet’s needs! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will always follow your instructions carefully to keep your pet safe and calm, you know them best! I am committed to building trust through clear communication and dependable care.

About: Hi! I'm Mitzi I have a true passion for caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. My top priority is creating a comfortable, secure, and safe environment for your furrr baby while you're away. I'm a naturally patient person and always take the time to understand each pet’s unique needs. Whether that means going on runs or hikes with high energy pups, or taking slow, gentle walks with senior companions. Your pet’s well being, comfort, and happiness are always my focus! I work part time and am available on weekdays during mornings and mid days. However, some evenings can be arranged if discussed in advanced :) I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, stick to the pet’s routine, give plenty of love and attention, and make sure they get the right amount of exercise, play, and rest.

About: I have a wide range of experiences and skills ranging from puppies and kittens to senior dogs that need medication and reptiles that need constant humidity. I am a professional house and pet sitter as my main source of income so I'm available to dedicate as much time as needed to your pets and furry family members. This is what I do! I watch pets and homes 24/7/365. Never hesitate to reach out for last minute needs or extended stays in your home with or without defined end dates. I do not host at my home but prefer to meet animals where they are most comfortable. I'm also very open to minor house cleaning and/repair requests if it is within my capacity.

“Claudia was amazing! I was really nervous about leaving my dog at home during the day while I was out of town and the sitter was at work, so I decided to hire a dog walker. I'm so glad I went with Claudia. She offered to come and meet me the weekend before my trip and made me feel so much more at ease. She not only walked my dog, but our sitters dog as well. They're pretty big dogs and was still willing to take them out! We made a more than a few last minute changes on her (we had some issues on our trip and had to change times/extend dates) yet she was flexible and reassuring. She was really responsive and we were able to get in touch with her quickly to add a second walk to our trip. The dog sitter reported that both dogs were tired when they got home-the sure sign of a nice long walk. Next time I need a dog walker, Claudia will be the top of my list!”

About: I’ve lived on a farm since I was 11. I’ve taken care of dogs and puppies along with many other animals. I raised multiple litters of newborn puppies and their mothers. I’ve cared for them in many ways. I’ve also worked at a doggy day care and boarding facility and have experience with taking care of many dogs of different sizes and ages. I’m walking dogs and doing dog sitting as a side job now while I attend school. I assure you I have plenty of experience taking care of these wonderful fur babies. I’m currently going to school. I take night classes and need something that is flexible with my schedule. I already walk dogs and do dog sitting through another app called wag. It’s perfect for me cause I can focus on school without being worried about being tied down to a schedule since I’m able to make my own schedule. I also need more services so I thought doing 2 apps at a time might bring more income. I let them out every 2-4 hours to go potty or as needed or instructed my owner. I feed them based off their eating schedule and how many time a day they eat. I take them out for walks and to play with them outside frequently. If the parent need me to do anything else for their pups I’m more than happy to do so.

“Tammy is such a doll! I recently had surgery so I’m not able to take Ace on his daily walks sometimes and I usually have help. I was referred from a friend and I’m glad I went thru with it. She’s the sweetest person and Ace absolutely loves her.”

About: My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dogs and caring for them has always been second nature. I currently have a playful and well-socialized 1-year-old pup who is spayed and fully up to date on her core vaccinations. She gets along great with other dogs and will be with me during full-day or overnight stays in San Diego. Because of this, I only accept bookings with dogs who are friendly and comfortable with other dogs. I’m happy to either socialize our pets or keep them separated as needed for safety and comfort. Your pet will always get my full attention and loving care. I welcome dogs of all sizes and personalities! Katherine E.
“Katherine is the only person I trust with my 13 year old black lab. She treats every animal like they are her very own. From leaving food out for the neighborhood strays or just petting other people's dogs at restaurants. Animals are drawn to her, it must be her soul and animals are never wrong. Every time my dog is over at her place, I am at peace, and with my military hours she is a GODSEND. She's reliable and will communicate and send photos so you can feel at ease. My dog always comes back a little better than I sent her. She does the extra little things, clipping her nails, brushing her down. I am truly grateful to have Katerine watch my pet and Rover would be lucky to have her on the team.”

I am so grateful to Monique, she did such a great job helping to take care of our Yoyo while we were out of town. My dog is not always easy but took right to Monique. She kept me updated and sent me photos. Especially when you are out of town it is so important to know someone is taking such good care of your pet. I will definitely be reaching out to Monique again and appreciate her so much.
