About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was a kid, my home was my zoo. Based on this, I always had a soft spot for pets and took every chance to take care of friends and family pets. As I grew up, it became my hobby to volunteer in shelters and petsit. I currently am a mom of a Husky, a Shitzu, a cat, and a fish! I would be more than happy to be there for your pet and their needs. Bonus points: As a husky mom, I can be very active. As a cat mom, I know when to give space and let them nap! I work as a Bilingual tutor in a high school in the mornings. However, this summer I will be available 24/7 to attend to your pet's needs. When it comes to my home, I have a big backyard where your pet can have the freedom to run freely and two friendly dogs who are up to play 24/7, however, there's the option of opting for the company if your pet is not comfortable around other pets. When it comes to a client’s home, I'll ensure the safety of the pet and the house, reporting everything in detail and offering extended stay periods.

“Let me start by saying I have always love to travel, but haven’t done much of that in the past couple years. I haven’t traveled because I have been too nervous, leaving my dog in a kennel or with a sitter. A friend suggested I check out Rover to find an in home sitter. I was very skeptical. I picked Terry because she had so many great reviews and repeat customers. We had a meet and greet with the dog and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I decided she was a good fit but still was super nervous about leaving my baby with her. She calmed my nerves through the whole trip. Terry listened to my concerns and needs and took them seriously. Terry sent numerous pictures of my girl. She sent updates and pictures all day long and always let me know when she was leaving my home and when she would return. When I returned home from my trip I expected my dog to overly excited to see us and to my surprise it was just as if I had left her and went to work. That tells me that she felt loved, safe and cared for while I was gone. Which is exactly what I wanted. I am excited to be able to travel again now that I have a trustworthy reliable sitter. I will definitely be using Terry again.”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs, today both my sisters have a dog; a Golden Retriever & a German Shepard. I have watched and cared for both of them, as well as pet/house sitting for other family & friends. I also became a cat dad when I adopted a six year old cat three years ago! I just moved to CT so while I search for a job I decided to join Rover!! 6am-10pm 7 days a week I am available! I can be an early bird or a night owl & I love all animals! I can take your pet on a long run or a short walk and anything in between! Most of my experience is with bigger dog breeds like German Shepard, Golden Retriever, & Pit Bull. About: I’ve taken care German Shepherds, Labs, Weimaraner and mixed breeds. I currently care for my four rescue dogs ranging from 9 yrs to 3 yrs old. All were 5 months old except for my Weim, which we rescued at 1.5 yrs. Been around and cared for dogs since I was 12yrs old. I work from home on Fridays with a flexible schedule and off on weekends to allow me to give plenty of attention and exercise to your dog. I am an artist which affords me a uniquely flexible schedule that allows me to easily adapt to your needs! I’ve worked with animals of all ages and sizes! For everything I don’t know, I refer to my sister who is a certified vet tech! I’m a full-time artist meaning my schedule has near-complete flexibility. I am easily bookable day-of most days, and am available for overnight care. The portability of my work allows me complete flexibility to meet the needs of you and your pet(s). Your pets are your most cherished family members, and I never lose sight of that. Maintaining the utmost respect for your pets and your property is always my top priority.

About: Growing up we always had dogs and cats in our home. Once turned adult I was always the go to dog/cat/house sitter. I’m retired LEO and have a lot of time on my hands to share with my pup and yours! I’m currently retired and have no fixed schedule at the moment.
