About: Aside from having a dog of my own, I've spent my whole life around dogs of all sizes through family and friends. I often dog sit friends and coworkers and have hands-on experience caring for different breeds and temperaments. I'm also a Husky Handler for Jonathan the Husky at the University of Connecticut, where I help care for and handle him at events. I have a huge soft spot for animals and am committed to making every pet feel loved and happy in my care. When not in school, my schedule can be very flexible and I can often accommodate short-notice requests. During the semester, I'm generally more open on the weekends than weekdays; however, depending on the time and location, I'm happy to find a schedule that will work. I prioritise keeping pets comfortable and safe, while maintaining their normal routines, whether they have specific exercise schedules, medications to take, etc. I carefully follow any and all instructions provided, and I also make sure all pets receive plenty of attention and companionship so they feel secure while their owner is away. I respect each client's home by keeping everything clean and organised, and am happy to provide regular updates on pets for owners' peace of mind.

“I found Danielle to be adaptable, flexible, communicative, open, reliable, trustworthy, dependable. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and more. She was available last minute to come watch/walk my dogs twice a day every day for seven days. She did not miss one day. She was here at the same time every day by 3:30 p.m.and again by 8. p.m. she used the Rover app extensively, I knew through Rover when she left the house when she was on her walk and when she returns the house. She sent pictures of the dogs. And she even fed the cats for me because I needed to have the cats occupied while she left the house so they wouldn’t try to slip out. I have three indoor cats. She went over and above my expectations. I am so so thankful the couple that I had planned to watch my dogs canceled on me 36 hours before my flight out. I needed someone desperately and three people were available. I chose Danielle because of her self reported review, and when she came to the house, her demeanor, confidence, ability to deal with the barking dogs and excitability of one of my dogs showed me that she could handle just about anything. I will be traveling again soon. Danielle will be my go to. Even if I have to leave the house for an entire day, I will be using Rover to schedule with Danielle she’s the best. So so so thankful that the first couple ditched me because I would never ever have met such a capable person like Danielle. There wasn’t a moment that I worried about my animals. Nor my house. She is so flexible that she had no problem canceling the last day due to my flight being on time, and me returning to the home an hour before her scheduled dog walk. She’s wonderful. My only problem with Danielle is I’m afraid she’ll be so busy after people read my review that she won’t have time to squeeze me into her schedule. She’s a keeper for sure.”

About: I'm a high energy and loving person who brings joy to pets and little kids alike. Worked at animal hospital as a Vet Assistant during high school. I grew up with 3 dogs (including large Irish wolf hounds), 3 rescue cats, bunnies and other small creatures. Love and respect these little pet souls as the family members they are. Experienced sitter for an old, blind and mostly deaf dog. Can handle anxiety and medication/other special needs. Experienced sitter in multiple pet homes: multiple dogs and dogs/cats. About: Frequently dog and cat sat for friends and family. Growing up my mom had close to 10 pets at any given time sometimes more. My current apartment doesn’t let me have any pets myself, so I would love to spend time with yours! I work full time from home which gives me flexibility. I’m available both before and after work on weekdays and can assist during the day as well if needed. Any time on weekends works when I’m around! I love play time with all pets! In addition to my own pets, I regularly dog sat a corgi named Allen for two years, giving me hands-on experience with consistent routines like feeding, walking, playtime, and providing lots of attention and care. About: I’ve spent 6 years working at a puppy store dealing with temperaments of 50+ different dog breeds. At this work place I groomed puppies, fed them, cleaned up after them, and gave them tons of affection! I also have personal experience with administering pet medication, as well as dealing with deaf canines. I’m currently working part-time so I have some availability for your fur babies! I am available for dog walking, drop-in, and doggy daycare Mondays-Wednesdays all day! I do also have availability Thursday-Sunday in the evenings. No matter where I pet sit, my priority is to make sure your fur baby is comfortable and well cared for. I respect and maintain a tidy area at your home just as I do mine.

About: I have extensive experience pet sitting for dogs (all ages), cats, rabbits, chickens and other birds, small mammals, and farm animals, including animals with special medical needs. I also have experiencw with exotic pets. I am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. About: I have cared for dogs since I was young and understand the importance of keeping pets safe, comfortable, and loved. I make sure pets receive proper care, attention, exercise, and affection while their owners are away. I currently do not have a job so I will have all day to play with your pups and take care of them. I am available from 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday. I do not have a fenced yard but I will keep your fur babies safe and keep an eye on them at all times. I do have 2 other dogs that are friendly so your fur babies can have someone to play with.
