About: I’ve helped take care of my dogs and cat my entire life! I’ve always loved spending time with pets, and as I became a teenager I started watching other people’s animals. It’s the best job in the world! I started going on rover visits with my mom who’s also an animal lover, who inspired me to create my own account! From lizards, to bunnies, to cats and dogs, I love them all! Pet care is my primary focus, my schedule is very flexible and centered around pets. I’m happy to work with you and your pets needs! I am willing to offer whatever your pet needs! Whether that be exercise, grooming, socialization, enrichment activities, or feeding! It varies depending on your animals needs.

About: I’ve always taken care of dogs since i was little and i always loved playing and walking them . it’s such a fun and outgoing way and the puppies or dogs always give the best hugs ! I am always available for drop ins and more , I look forward to help you as needed , whenever you need it i will always make sure your pets are safe and took care of!! Thank you for considering me. i do not have a fenced backyard and i also have a nice dog walking park in my neighborhood and is easy access and very good for dogs.

About: I always grew up with at least 1 dog. Ray wasn't the friendliest, so I got a quick introduction to being careful with walks and strangers. Kalie was friendlier, but also liked her independence. She was the first dog I was actually able to "train". After I moved out, my parents got Sammie and Thurman, and I've been able to teach them a few tricks when I visit. I am currently off for the summer (teacher) and have almost every weekday completely free. I'm good about scheduling and organizing my time. When school starts back up, availability would change. Safety is my number one priority. I am very aware of body language in animals, and would never force an uncomfortable situation onto a pet. I would go at the animal's pace to make sure it's as pleasant of a visit as possible.

About: I have been house sitting overnight since I was 14. I have experience working with dogs, cats, mice, and flying squirrels. Believe it or not, I have taken care of dogs who were indoor-trained only.I am also an experienced dog walker- not just with my own dogs but with friends' dogs that I've loved as my own. **serious inquiries only** please do not send me a booking request if you're going to ghost me after I respond or if you plan to book with another sitter. You'd be surprised by how often this happens. I abide by the safety precautions at the homes I stay at (fences, ring cameras, etc). When I stay with indoor cats, I take extra precautions when leaving the house to make sure the cats don't escape.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have owned dogs, cats, a horse, rabbits, birds, rodents and reptiles. I currently have two cats and have experience caring for pets with different personalities, needs and routines.  I offer walks, drop ins, and overnight care for both dogs and cats. I’m flexible whether your dog (or cat) wants a long or short walk, playtime, or just someone to keep them company. I pet sit outside of Rover and am happy to provide local references. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I always provide frequent updates, photos, and videos. I work full-time in Guilford during the week, but I’m available before and after work, on weekends, and for overnight house sitting. My Rover calendar is set to weekends only, but I can often accommodate weekday requests as well depending on location and timing. I know it’s important to trust someone with your pets and in your home. I follow instructions closely, help keep routines consistent, and keep your pet safe and comfortable. I’m happy to provide references and send frequent updates, photos, and videos.

About: My experience includes working with horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens, fish, reptiles, birds and more. I have my own dog Paul, and I've owned dogs and cats in the past as well. My most recent certification is in wildife rehabilitation, and I work part-time as an educator at an aquarium. I surround myself with animals and I hope to do so for the rest of my life. I work on Sundays and Mondays, volunteer on Thursdays, and may be called in on other days. I am responsible for my own animals at home as well. As long as I have time to plan for animal care for others, I will make that care a priority. Clearly written instructions on specific care for your animals is appreciated, but I can use my knowledge and experience to make the right calls if anything comes up.

About: Rest assured, your pet will get the best care and a new goofy nickname! I’ve trained puppies, cats and even a guinea pig. I’m work from home, and can give your pet all the attention it requires and wants. I’m work from home and can travel anywhere with wifi. I’m able to do whatever schedule you need! Very flexible and very accommodating to last minute needs or extensions. Consistency is everything, bathroom breaks and feeding schedules set. I’ve cared for all types of animals and would love to care for your furry friend.

About: I have worked with animals including dogs, cats, small animals, and horses for the last 10 years. I currently volunteer at an animal shelter caring for the dogs on my day off. I am also canine and feline CPR/first aid certified. I currently work full time, but have a weekday and weekend off. I always aim to be flexible with pet care. Just reach out and I will do my best to work something out. I am flexible with pet care and understand how important structure is in your pets life. I am comfortable administering medication, I have my feline and canine CPR/first aid certification, and have no issues with providing whatever care is needed.

About: No rule will be bent, no abnormal behavior will go unreported, and no tummy will be left unrubbed! I've done it all! Boarding, overnights, drop in visits, walks, appointment escort, etc... I just love animals. I've never met an animal I didn't get along with and never feel better than when one returns that love. I know it can be challenging and, frankly, scary to trust someone else with your pets- they're family after all! That's why I consider the role of pet sitter as the most important part of my day. You want pictures? You got 'em! You need updates? Expect a detailed text! You want someone to reassure your babies to not worry and their mom(s)/dad(s) will be home soon? I will be as clear with them as if they were a human child! I get it, you worry they will feel scared when you aren't home. That's why I am here. Food, walks, and playtime are all well and good, but I believe it is just as important to make them feel as comfortable as I can with as much reassurance as I can give. I am a weekly volunteer at Kitty Harbor in Griswold so when it comes to cats, I am experienced in all sorts of mishaps- litter accidents, dirty butt, scratch boo boos, and more. I am also experienced in administering medication. Of course, if you're kitty has a way that works for them, then that's how we'll get it done! As for the pups, I am always excited to get a chance to go for a walk or even a full on hike! Exercise is always more fun when a four legged friend is involved. If you're training a young puppy, or even an old fellow, just let me know exactly when I should be disallowing and you can feel comfortable they won't be learning any bad behavior from me. One last note: boundaries are so important. Every animal is different and every animal has their own limits. If your kitty doesn't like to be pet, then no pets they shall have. If your dog doesn't like to be watched while they eat, then my eyes shall be shut. I hate being stressed, why would I put that on anyone else? I work a 9-5 in Norwich so I am available early mornings and evenings for visits. If you're in Norwich, I can be available mid day for a lunch time drop in as well. I have reliable transportation and a desire to start and/or end my day with furry friends. As for weekends, I am always booked afternoon into the evening on Sunday for my time with the kitties at the Kitty Harbor, but other than that I can have plenty of room on the weekends to add your babies in to my routine. Routine and boundaries. Whatever they are used to, that's what they'll get from me! I hate being stressed, why would I want to do anything to make an animal unnecessarily stressed?
