1. Zoe M.

“I highly recommend Zoe! She did an excellent job taking care of my pet. She was responsible, attentive, and very caring. I truly appreciate her dedication and would definitely trust her again.”

2. Elizabeth S.
“Liz is a wonderful sitter. I have two cats that's she spends a week with every year while I go on vacation. She feeds them according to the schedule they are on while I'm home and makes sure that the liter boxes are clean. She spends time with them everyday. I use to worry how the boys would be when I got home before and now I know I can go and not worry cause they are in good hands. Highly recommended if you want someone who cares about the animals as if they are own.”

3. Anna F.

“Anna was great with my two pups, and even got my very shy girl to warm up to her. It was so nice knowing they were in good hands while I was out of town!”

4. Julianne E.

“Julianne took care of my young and energetic, but shy husky-shepherd mix. I was nervous leaving Gia for the first time but she warmed up very quickly and ended up having a blast with Julianne over the weekend. Julianne kept in touch throughout her stay and sent me several pictures. I wasn’t worried for a second knowing she was happy, comfortable and well taken care of. When I returned, the house was exactly as I’d left it. I am already booking a second sitting with Julianne for my upcoming vacation in April! Thank you!!”

5. Tara O.

“My wife and I were recently in a bind. We had booked travel to Italy, with the plan of having our parents house-sit for us while we were gone. Those plans fell through, and we first considered a kennel for our dog Brutus, and our two cats. The problem with that was firstly, it was super expensive and secondly we were going to be gone for nearly three weeks and didn't like the idea of Brutus being in a cage for so long. We stumbled upon Rover.com where we were lucky enough to find Tara. Although we were a little wary of someone we didn't know watching our beloved pets and watching our home, the first meeting with Tara really put us at ease. She explained her schedule, told us of her experience and even made recommendations on what to leave in case of emergencies. While we were out of the country Tara kept us in the loop of everything that was going on, even when our cat scratched the dog on the nose (aww.). She sent pictures regularly and was wonderful through the whole process. All of that and her prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for a pet-sitter or house-sitter and will certainly use her the next time I go out of town!”

6. Renee N.
“Renee is the best with my dog! Super nice and I can tell Chipmunk loves her. She’s always on time and I for sure feel safe with her babysitting Chipmunk overnight. She always sends a cute pic if they go out. And I love that my baby can still have great human interaction while I’m at work. Needless to say, I definitely recommend Renee, you won’t regret it.”

7. Terry S.

“Terry was great - very communicative and provided plenty of updates and photos while we were away. She is very thorough in making sure the situation is a good fit before booking and verifying that she has all the information needed to care for your pet. Our dog looked like she was having a great time, and we returned to a clean house and a happy dog. :) Highly recommended and would definitely book again.”

8. Emily D.

“Emily did a great job taking care of our 5 pets! They require some specialized care and she had no trouble doing everything we asked of her! She was also just super nice, left the house clean, and sent us lots of pictures and updates while we were away. We would definitely hire her again!”

9. Elizabeth H.

“Elizabeth was great! She was very communicative and made sure Venus felt loved while I was away. Thank you Elizabeth!!”

10. Michaela W.

“Michaela was wonderful! She gave multiple updates and pictures everyday while we were away! We will definitely be using her again the next time we go out of town!”

11. Betsy A.
“I know betsy since she's 10 years old and since i met her she's animal lover, she has dogs, ducks, roosters and birds. She plays all the time with them and she love them.”

12. Emi F.
“Emi will treat your pets like her own! She has house sat multiple times for my Bichon and my doggie LOVES her! Emi is very professional and will always make sure she is clear on directions. She always updates me with tons of pictures and videos on what she’s up to. You can tell Emi loves animals and take such a liking to her. I’d recommend Emi’s services to anyone!!”

13. Jayden D.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and truly can’t imagine life without them. I grew up with bulldogs, so I’m very comfortable with their quirky personalities and extra TLC needs. Over the years, I’ve also helped take care of my family’s puppies, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages—from playful pups to laid-back seniors. Right now, I’m preparing for the exciting arrival of a puppy of my own, and I’m more than ready to share my love and care with your dog too! Whether it’s cuddles, playtime, walks, or just making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away, I’ll treat your pup like they’re part of the family. As a teacher currently transitioning between districts, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time on my hands—which means more attention, playtime, and care for your pet! Pet care easily fits into my daily routine, and I truly enjoy spending that extra time bonding with animals, getting them outside, and making sure they feel safe and happy while you're away. I care for pets just as you would, to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible for them. I stick closely to their usual routines, follow any specific instructions you provide, and always prioritize their comfort and safety. I also make sure to respect the space I’m in—keeping things clean, tidy, and treating your home with the same care I’d want for mine.

14. Katelyn L.
“SHE'S AN INCREDIBLE FIND! ...and I should know! I discovered this wonderful woman by chance... I took my adopted Shih Tzu, Broccoli, for his first grooming and we instantly liked his groomer, Katelyn... When I picked him up, Ketelyn made a comment about him being well behaved and said she just loved little dogs...which is kind of funny because her dogs are quite large. Long story short, I took advantage of that and she has been taking care of my little boy for over a year. I don't trust anyone else with him! Her dogs are big but sooo very gentle with small dogs. They play great together and Broccoli is ALWAYS excited to see them!”

15. Jonathan P.
“I had a 12 year old rescue Golden Retriever named Sam. I got him when he was 9. He was my best friend and he helped me survive Graduate school. However, after graduated I was gone for most of the day with my new job and I couldn’t take care of Sam like I needed to do. He had to be taken out to use the bathroom every 4 hours and given 3 different types of medications once in the morning when he ate, and at night after he ate. I was so nervous about asking someone to take care of him for me but I wasn’t ready to let Sam go. Jonathan was a savior for me. He would spend time with Sam and give him lots of needed attention. He would send me pictures of them at the park, going to get pup cups, and meeting new dogs. With his background working at a vet office he clearly understood how to handle the medication Sam needed. I truly believe that because of Jonathan I was able to have more good memories with my best friend. Hiring Jonathan Parker as a dog walker, or care taker for your loved one is a great decision.”

16. Tabitha F.

“So happy to have found Tabitha!! I’m always so hesitant to leave my pup since he has epilepsy and requires medication, but everything went smooth! I was worry-free on my vacation and will definitely be rebooking.”

17. Catherine F.

“Catherine was incredible. Super communicative and took great care of my 2 large doodles :) thank you so much for your help!”

18. Becca N.

“Becca was lovely! She is so sweet, friendly and I’m glad I booked her to stay with Molly! She’s very knowledgeable about dogs and made sure to ask all the right questions. She sent photos and videos while staying with molly, communicated about how she was doing and made an extra effort to try and get her to eat her supper (not an easy task).”

19. Lola H.
About: Ive been dog and cat sitting since I was 11. I have two of my own dogs at home that I am missing now that I’m at college. I have experience with providing diabetic medicine to animals, and assisting other health issues. I’m currently a student at College of Charleston, and I’m looking for a part time job. I love animals and walking, so I thought this was would be a good option. I have a light school schedule, so I am always free throughout various times in the day. I have a very patient personality and genuinely enjoy being with animals. I’m very aware and courteous to others homes and belongings. I strongly believe in leaving things how you left them.
