“Susan did a wonderful job taking care of my pets this weekend! She was able to schedule a meet-and-greet on short notice and was very thorough collecting the care instructions for my two large dogs and three cats. She was so patient with my very large and active Labradoodle and St. Bernadoodle. My dogs seemed very attached to her quite quickly and she did a fantastic job with them. She arrived promptly according to the care schedule, sent detailed updates and was extremely professional and lovely to work with. I am so happy to have found such an excellent sitter in my area and will gladly continue to rebook Susan!! Highly recommended!”

“Toria has treated my Rex like one of her own. Was thrilled to find such a kind, caring and communicative person to care for Rex when my vacation schedule became too busy and complicated to include him. Toria was flexible With my changing plans, communicated clearly and was dependable. Could not ask for more.”

“Isis was very professional and helped walk our dog Reba 3 days. My dog is very timid but Isis did not disappoint, she helped us out so much! Communication was also top notch and I really appreciate that. Thanks Isis! Will be booking you again in the future!”

About: I have helped families take care of their pets (and kids!) for over 20 years! I just moved to Westerly with my husband, rescue pup, and sweet senior cat and we just had our first child. I enjoy helping families with their fur babies as I settle into being a stay at home mom! Depending on the baby’s schedule, sometimes my husband does the visits for me or we all go together with the baby in a carrier— let me know in advance if you have any issues. Being a mother is my full time job, so my schedule is very flexible! Feel free to inquire about a date that is marked unavailable. I take into consideration what each pet needs during my visits, whether that’s a long walk, a few rounds of fetch or just some cuddles.
About: I've taken care of all different kinds of pets throughout my life, including my own dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and even a rabbit. I've also been taking care of my two neighbors' cats for around 8 years now, making stops to feed them, change litter, and clean. I am currently pursuing my degree at Union College in Schenectady NY. I have classes and work every weekday from 8:30am to 11:35am (12:40 on Tuesdays and Thursdays). I have three cats of my own at home. One is a senior cat and the other two are young and quite high energy so they need a lot of play time. While I not longer have a dog of my own, I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend's yellow labs, playing with and walking them. I would be happy to keep your pet company and keep them active while you are away.
About: I am as reliable, flexible, and obsessed with animals as they come! Having grown up helping my parents with their petsitting business, I am experienced and familiar with the ins and outs of caring for other people's pets and homes. I also have three cats of my own who are the loves of my life, and have lived with several wonderful dogs over the years. As a long time Rover user, I know all too well how important it is for a sitter to send timely, thoughtful, and detailed updates after each visit. I strive to provide the same level of communication that I'd hope to receive about my own pets because I know how much this helps put your mind at ease while you're away. In addition to the services listed on my profile, I'm eager to help out in other ways that you might need - watering plants, receiving packages/bringing in the mail, etc. I'm happy to discuss this in more detail if there's anything else I can do for you. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! :) I care for pets full-time, which allows me to be adaptable to other people's varying schedules when needed. Plans change, and things happen! We'll make it work. The flexibility in my schedule allows me to accommodate last minute bookings under most circumstances. I currently cannot care for pets in my home, as I unfortunately do not have the space needed to provide this service to customers right now.
