“Elizabeth took great care of my dog Hazel and sent a lot of pictures and updates. She also took her on nice walks and Hazel had plenty of outside time. She administered Hazel's medication each day as well. Overall, Elizabeth did a great job with my dog.”

“Dana sent daily updates and clearly my dogs were comfortable and enjoying themselves especially her backyard which is entirely fenced in and very spacious. Would use Dana's service again.”

“Suzanne's family really embraced our pup as one of their own pack 🙂 Pictures and updates were great and put us at ease. Our pup came home happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!”

“Erica was a godsend. We took in a foster in Feb and ended up adopting her. Unlike my other two dogs, the new pup hates being crated and has separation anxiety. We had a prescheduled trip planned for April and the new pup was too much for our house sitter to handle since he’d be coming and going. We were able to do a meet and greet with Erica where she assured me she’d have no problem watching the pup. Things worked out well and she will be my go to the next time we get away.”

“Sharon was so good to Cane. She sent me pictures daily and kept me up to date on him settling in. She walked him, brought him to the dog park to play and had a very comfortable deck to lay out on. I can tell Cane enjoyed his stay with her.”

“Torie was great with our two morkies, one of which has PLE and has some intense dietary restrictions. She was very communicative and quick to respond during the stay! Thank you Torie!”

“Miranda was amazing with our dog Zion!! He can be a little nervous in new situations, but he warmed up to her so quickly and we could tell he was happy and cared for at their home. She was communicative and sent lots of photo updates! It was clear that she had lots of experience with dogs and was flexible with the last minute booking, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely book again!”

“Our pup was in great care with Elisa and her family for a week while my family and I traveled. Elisa provided updates showcasing our pet’s happiness, comfort, and playfulness in her home. After sharing that our dog has congenital knee issues, Rob, her partner, even installed another step on their dog ramp for our dog to climb up comfortably. We hope to rebook with Elisa again when needed!”

“Connie is a fabulous dog sitter! She took care of our little guy Rory while my husband and I were staying at the Weekapaug Inn. Rory absolutely loved Connie and her sweet pup. Connie was super responsive, provided a ton of text and picture updates and kept Rory active and entertained. We so look forward to having Connie watch Rory again and could t recommend her enough!”

“Erica and Thomas were amazing as usual with our lil’ guy. They are both so sweet and caring. Always giving us updates and sending us pictures. I trust them 💯. My go to family for pet care ❤️”

“We always feel comfortable leaving our Shepherd mix with Lauren! She’s as responsive and reliable as they come. Our dog used to get so sad when we’d leave him, but he wags his tail and gets excited when we pull up to Lauren’s house. She takes him on runs and hangs with him outside in her yard. We absolutely recommend leaving your dog with Lauren!”

“We felt very comfortable leaving our dog Harper with Christina and Matt when we were away for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. It was the first time Harper had ever stayed with anyone other than family and we weren’t sure how she would be in an unfamiliar place with another dog. It was obvious when we went for a meet and greet that Christina is a dog lover and Harper warmed up to her quickly. They have a great dog friendly yard and we received plenty of updates to let us know that she was doing fine. She definitely got plenty of exercise and a lot of love. Christina was understanding about Harper’s separation anxiety and was willing to accommodate her. We will definitely be repeat clients!”

“Karissa is very caring and will love your dogs like her own for the time she has them. She sends pictures at least once a day so you know they’re doing well. My dog had a great weekend while I was away. Would book again if I need it! Thank you so much!”
“Brittany is amazing. She literally will treat your pet like her own and spoils them like they should be ❤️ I know my husky loves staying with her and she is my go to person! He even got a toy for Christmas. He gets so much exercise and love. Thank you Brittany!”

“I felt totally secure while I was away on vacation knowing that my pet Wrecks was being cared for. She visited my home and even sent me pictures that warmed my heart while I was away! Will truly never use anyone else!! So so so great!”

“Elizabeth did a great job taking care of our cat! This was our first time using Rover to find a sitter, and we could not have been happier with our luck in finding Elizabeth. She is reliable, personable, and clearly loves cats! Thank you!”

“Miranda was an amazing cat sitter! 11/10 would recommend. While we were gone, she was able to divide and administer heart failure medication for one of our cats, cleaned up hairballs, made sure they had food & water, and kept their litter boxes clean. She was very communicative and we loved her photo updates and her drop in descriptions.”

“Heidi is very thorough and came by to learn the details before i left. Very communicative and sweet with the animals to make sure they got enough of everything they need. So nice to have caring cat sitters for my toothless cat!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Sue! She was so incredibly accommodating and patient with my dog. My dog, Sadie, was uncharacteristically anxious and scared on our vacation. She was having a really hard time separating from me at all. Sue took the time to get her acclimated with the new environment and allowed me into her home to give Sadie time to adjust and get comfortable. She played calming music for Sadie and gave her her favorite treat- peanut butter. By the time we picked Sadie up, she was very happy and more back to herself. Sue gave Sadie so much love and attention the whole time I was at the aquarium. I was able to have a good time, knowing my dog was in good hands. Sue kept me updated on Sadie’s progress with texts, pictures and videos. I am so very grateful and would recommend Sue to anyone seeking a great pet sitter!”

“This was my first time ever leaving Ange. I was a little nervous, but everything went great over all. Carolina text me through out the day and made me feel so comfortable with me leaving Ange. I will definitely use Carolina in the near future.”

When weather allows, I take advantage of nearby trails and parks to give dogs safe, enriching adventures that suit their energy level and needs.
“Eugene was a very communicative and caring sitter. It was clear that he loves dogs and made us feel good about leaving our pup for the first time with a stranger. We would happily have him watch Zuzu again.”

We have been looking for someone to watch her regularly for church on Sundays though and I’m so glad we found Madelyn! About: I believe that with age comes wisdom, patience, and experience that simply can’t be taught. I am lucky enough to have reached the age where I have gained said wisdom, patience, and experience that only age can bestow upon us! For this reason, in addition to my 30 years of experience caring for dogs is what I believe separates me from other pet sitters. I have over 30 years of experience caring for both large and small dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. Over the years, I’ve developed not only strong, reliable caregiving skills but also a deep and genuine love for dogs. Their happiness, safety, and well-being are always my top priorities. I understand that dogs are not “one size fits all.” Every dog has a unique personality, temperament, energy level, and set of needs. Some thrive on long walks and endless games of fetch, while others prefer a slower pace and extra cuddle time. I take the time to learn each dog’s routines, preferences, and comfort zones so I can provide personalized care that helps them feel secure and loved. Our family recently lost our beloved Chiweenie, Bailey, at 14 years old. She was truly part of our family, and caring for her through every stage of her life only deepened my understanding of the changing needs dogs have as they age. While we don’t currently have a dog, we are looking forward to welcoming the next fur baby into both our hearts and our home. My posted rates are all “starting at” rates. Once I meet a prospective family and learn more about their dog’s specific needs, we can always discuss and adjust rates accordingly. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love. I am attentive, patient, and committed to providing individualized, compassionate care for every dog entrusted to me. New Clients Use My Code For $20 Off of Your First Service! https://www.rover.com/sit/katiel73869 I care for your pet(s) the way I cared for my own pet; with love, careful attention, (not only for signs of what s/he may need, but also to help build a bond with your fur baby, and for safety), and respect. Your dog is welcome both on my couch and in my bed. If this is something that is against the rules in your home, please let me know so that I’m not unknowingly breaking your rules! The best way to explain how I will treat your dog is, “I will treat your dog(s) like I would treat my own,” or “I will treat your dog the way I would want someone to treat my dog!”

“Susan did a wonderful job taking care of my pets this weekend! She was able to schedule a meet-and-greet on short notice and was very thorough collecting the care instructions for my two large dogs and three cats. She was so patient with my very large and active Labradoodle and St. Bernadoodle. My dogs seemed very attached to her quite quickly and she did a fantastic job with them. I am an open communicator, reliable, respectful, trustworthy professional. Please get to know me so I can get to know you and your animal has the best experience possible. I currently have lots of availability and I would be my pleasure to walk and check in for your pups and cats several times a week. I have a yard on a dead end street, a big basement and am very close to Wilcox Park, ready for long walks in great neighborhood with lots to explore.
About: I’ve had pets for nearly my whole life! I grew up with the best golden retriever anyone could ask for and now I have two cats that I would do literally anything for. I frequently take care of pets of my friends and family and absolutely love being around pets. I am currently on Christmas break and work in a restaurant a few days a week so I have a very flexible schedule. I can do same day walks/check-ins to accommodate your needs! Keeping your dog active and stimulated is the best way to keep them happy. I clean up any messes they made and will ensure that they get all the love and care in the world!
About: Hi there, I’m Veronica! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and am now hoping to take care of your fur babies! I currently have a medium sized dog and a large sized dog, but have experience with dogs ranging from extra small to extra large. I’m very active and love going for hikes, playing fetch, and running with your energetic pups! I also have experience with and love older dogs who have a harder time getting around. I’m also capable of caring for your reptiles, small animals, birds, fish, and backyard animals (I’ve had all at one point of another). When I’m in your home I play by your rules and will leave it as I found it. I can provide a reference from previous pets I’ve watched if you would like. I look forward to hearing from you! I currently am unemployed other than picking up small odd jobs and gigs on Rover. So looking after your pets and my pets are my top priorities! When I do a drop in visit in your home I’ll be doing exactly what you want me to do. Whether it’s giving exercise, love, or just refilling food and water. I look forward to doing what you need me to do to keep your pet happy while you’re away!

“This was my first time using Rover for my own pup, and I couldn’t be happier with Aimee. She has been amazing with a fast response time and dealing with my last minute requests. I will be using her services in the future”

“Isis was very professional and helped walk our dog Reba 3 days. My dog is very timid but Isis did not disappoint, she helped us out so much! Communication was also top notch and I really appreciate that. Thanks Isis! Will be booking you again in the future!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. We have always had multiple at a time. I am very comfortable with all dog types and sizes. Do not mind walking or caring for multiple dogs at once. Also have lived with cats and enjoy being with them as well! My work schedule varies every week. I choose my schedule on a month to month basis. I am out of town sometimes for work. But my schedule can be flexible. I have a fenced in yard and big area to run around and play. Do not mind crating if needed and what you’re comfortable with for your dog.

“Erica and Thomas were amazing as usual with our lil’ guy. They are both so sweet and caring. Always giving us updates and sending us pictures. I trust them 💯. My go to family for pet care ❤️”

“Brittany is amazing. She literally will treat your pet like her own and spoils them like they should be ❤️ I know my husky loves staying with her and she is my go to person! He even got a toy for Christmas. He gets so much exercise and love. Thank you Brittany!”

“I left my Baby (Mr. Prince) with Ms. Geneva and will plan to have her sit for us again. She was courteous and polite. She kept me updated on how he was doing as well as sent pictures. This really eased my mind without me even asking her to. I met her the day before and felt comfortable. I highly recommend her for sitting and as I stated earlier, I plan to utilize her services again.”

“Super accommodating with the short notice booking I requested! Steph is bright and friendly. She let me know if there were any issues with my pup. Would book with her again!”

“Nina provided great care for our dog Max and was very communicative when there was an issue during his stay. She is very friendly and kind. She also has the cutest puppy in the world!!”

About: I have been taking care of my family members dogs since I was 12 years old. With my cousins living across the street they have always had pets I have fallen in love with. Golden retrievers, golden doodles, bernadoodles, and the same fierce cat hazel. I have spent nights at theirs taking care of the dogs as they were on vacation. These were always my favorite times because I have never had a pet myself but I consider theirs my own. I am not currently working full time with a flexible summer schedule so I can make myself available to help you and your busy schedules!! I have a large backyard on a safe col de sac with very little road traffic. My cousins dogs love to roam around my home. At your homes I will always have an eye on the dogs outside, inside, and ensuring they are safe and happy at all times!
