About: I have extensive experience pet sitting for dogs (all ages), cats, rabbits, chickens and other birds, small mammals, and farm animals, including animals with special medical needs. I also have experiencw with exotic pets. I am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. I have been a volunteer for both an animal shelter and a local animal rescue league chapter, as well as at many events that benefit animals, and have had pets of my own since childhood. I currently live with a wonderful, sweet, sassy 7 year old female Corgi. I owned 2 wonderful Siberian Huskies who lived to be seniors, and in the course, required regular medications, special diet, physical therapy exercises, assisted walking, and wound cleaning, so I am very familiar with dealing with health issues, and am able to recognize when an animal is in any distress. As I believe emotional well-being is just as important as physical, I will always spend time with your pet, or exercise him/her with his/her favorite toy or game. “I found Danielle to be adaptable, flexible, communicative, open, reliable, trustworthy, dependable. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and more. She was available last minute to come watch/walk my dogs twice a day every day for seven days. She did not miss one day. She was here at the same time every day by 3:30 p.m.and again by 8. p.m. she used the Rover app extensively, I knew through Rover when she left the house when she was on her walk and when she returns the house. She sent pictures of the dogs. And she even fed the cats for me because I needed to have the cats occupied while she left the house so they wouldn’t try to slip out. I have three indoor cats. She went over and above my expectations. I am so so thankful the couple that I had planned to watch my dogs canceled on me 36 hours before my flight out. I needed someone desperately and three people were available. I chose Danielle because of her self reported review, and when she came to the house, her demeanor, confidence, ability to deal with the barking dogs and excitability of one of my dogs showed me that she could handle just about anything. I will be traveling again soon. Danielle will be my go to. Even if I have to leave the house for an entire day, I will be using Rover to schedule with Danielle she’s the best. So so so thankful that the first couple ditched me because I would never ever have met such a capable person like Danielle. There wasn’t a moment that I worried about my animals. Nor my house. She is so flexible that she had no problem canceling the last day due to my flight being on time, and me returning to the home an hour before her scheduled dog walk. She’s wonderful. My only problem with Danielle is I’m afraid she’ll be so busy after people read my review that she won’t have time to squeeze me into her schedule. She’s a keeper for sure.”

About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. Having every animal from cats to dogs, birds and guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, turtles, and birds! I have experience training dogs as well as training service dogs. I can care for animals from birth to their senior years. I can safely bathe animals, feed, administer medication, and give souch love to them! I have a very flexible routine that allows me to accommodate the needs of many pet parents! About: Frequently dog and cat sat for friends and family. Growing up my mom had close to 10 pets at any given time sometimes more. About: I have many different experiences with animal care, including internships at a vet clinic and animal shelters. I also have volunteered at a bird sanctuary and care for my own animals on a daily basis (parrot and rabbit). I help to care for animals daily at my house (parrot and rabbit). I am a grad student at UConn so before/after classes and research each weekday, I’m able to provide care to any animal that needs me! I will follow any and all directions to the best of my ability as well as provide the animals with as much comfort and companionship I can. I’m also able to administer medications if needed, as long as I’m shown or told so beforehand. If I’m in a home, I’ll provide care in a timely manner and will keep interruptions to a minimum during a visit or stay.
