About: Been feeling stressed about your dog cooped up at home? Want your cat to judge a new caretaker in their life? Look no further! I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. From puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats — I know what it takes to administer love and care during all developmental stages of life! My heart is full when I get to see either a happy dog tail-wag or a purrfectly content cat make biscuits. I’ll work with your dog to improve their commands and get their daily zoomies out; your cat will enjoy company and stimulating feline friendly games. I’ll also have their bathroom and medical needs taken care of. I make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. I have a flexible schedule, so I can work with your schedule to best serve your family! At this time I am not hosting animals in my home. I will do house visits and walks. I prefer to take your pet on routes they are familiar with to start. After getting to know your pet, I can take them on walks in new environments to encourage new training opportunities. Please disclose if your pet has ever been aggressive or experiences severe anxiety behaviors. I want to provide a safe environment for your fur baby and myself by being aware of any sensitivities or triggers. Your pet will receive top care while being set-up for success when spending time with me! Book with me & I’ll help make your life a little less stressful — your pet has a friend in me! I have a very flexible schedule and can take care of your pets in the afternoon or evenings during Monday-Friday. With ample notice, I can even take care of your pet in the mornings Monday-Friday. On weekends, I can take care of your pet at any time! I’ll make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. Your pet will be safe and cared for in my care.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience caring for dogs who may be reactive or selective around other animals. I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust when your dog requires extra awareness and responsibility. I also grew up in a dog-loving household with four or more dogs at any given time. Our home was the go-to place for family and friends to leave their dogs while traveling or working, and at times we even cared for entire litters of puppies. Because of this, I have hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, and I’m comfortable providing dependable, attentive care tailored to each dog’s individual needs. I currently work from home on freelance engineering design projects, and my own home improvement projects. This means I have a heaps of availability to pay attention to your pet! I am an active individual that recently moved to Anchorage, I love walking with dogs to explore neighborhoods and get exercise. I also have a yard at my home, which is unfenced, and I look forward to romping around with leashed dogs. Regarding situations where dogs stay at my house, I currently have two young cats which any visiting dogs will have to be okay with. Because my house has two levels, I do have the ability to block the stairway and provide my cats with a sanctuary if the cats get tired of dog games.

About: Hi, I’m Shelby! I’m 25, an Army wife, and a medical lab scientist with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve been around dogs since I was 6 years old and added a cat to the family when I was 14, so I’ve spent most of my life caring for pets of all personalities and sizes, especially having a chihuahua mix for most of my life and then adding a Great Pyrenees mix to our family recently. Being reliable and detail-oriented comes naturally with my background, and I bring that same care and dedication to every pet I meet. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, I treat each furry friend as if they were my own. I can’t wait to meet your pets and give them the attention, exercise, and love they deserve! 🐾 I currently am a PRN med lab scientist, so I only work 29 hours a week which is Monday, Wednesday-Friday from 2:45-10:15 so I am able to do weekend, morning, and midday walks and drop ins. House sitting I’m open due to my job being flexible and I don’t mind taking care of your pets before and after work! In my home we care for our pets just like any other family member because they are our family. I make sure to give my dog plenty of walks as well as potty breaks because he loves the outdoors. He also needs much attention because he was deprived of belly rubs for a long time before he became part of our family, so now we make sure to give him all the love and attention he needs! With my cat she really loves to be by herself and take naps but when she’s hungry… she’ll definitely let us know! So I always give her her favorite food and then usually she’s more than willing to let me cuddle her or she’ll sit of my lap purring as we watch TV or I’m reading a book. If you are interested in hiring me for house sitting we can discuss if you’d prefer me to stay the night or just come and check in, I don’t mind either!

I foster dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and helping them settle in. I’m active and outside often, but I also keep things calm and structured depending on what your dog needs. Clear communication, regular updates, and a safe, steady environment. I offer dog walking Monday through Friday with a flexible daytime schedule that allows for consistent, unrushed walks. I provide in-home boarding seven days a week, including weekends. Your dog will have access to a fully fenced yard, regular exercise, and a structured but relaxed home environment. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. I am a nurse so have multiple consecutive days off so am able to provide lots of exercise. I love taking dogs out for adventures and their company around the house. I have a large fenced back yard and live close to trails for easy access to activities. My dog, Finn, is a lab husky village mix and loves the company of others! We are both happy to welcome other dogs or cats into our home or go out on walks/adventures! About: I have loved most animals for as long as I can remember. I am very compassionate towards animals and feel love and concern when I see a lost or unloved animal. I have pet and house sat for two families who came back to me multiple times. I am always willing to adjust my usual routine to make the owners and their furry family members comfortable. I sat for a friend once who requested that I keep their large, fluffy husky mix in my car whenever I left the house. My priority will always be keeping your furbabies happy, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Last, but certainly not least, I have two dogs of my own who I treat as if they were my own children. I am always thinking of how I would want other humans to treat them when I decide how to work with someone else's pets. During the summer, my pet care will be my highest priority. During the school year (mid August through late December and mid January through late May) I work as a teaching assistant and must prioritize that but I would endeavor to schedule all non-work related activities around the needs of the pet and their family. As I have two dogs of my own neither of which get along well with other dogs, I would not be able to care for another pet in my own home, but I am always willing to stay in another home if pets require constant supervision. I would always follow any instructions regarding pet care given me by the owners. If clear instructions are not given to me, I will ask questions and I will simply do my best to make the pet comfortable and not to change their routine more than absolutely necessary.
