About: I've had dogs since I was born on and off for the past twenty six years. I have fallen in love with all of fur babies. Im very attentive and mindful of dog behaviors. And we'll adapt to the situation when needed. I am on a sabbatical and am looking for some adventure. With a passion for animals this is my perfect avenue to find that adventure. I have no problem traveling between clients, and adjusting the preferences, depending on the fur baby. I am a loving and warm spirit and doesn't mind taking time to get to now the fur baby before anything proceeds.

About: Hi- I have lots of experience with dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pigs, reptiles and even chickens! I love to get outside year 'round with my Aussiedoodle and Village special !We hike, run and explore in almost any weather. I am experienced with small companion birds (conures, budgies, etc) and had chickens for several years. I've been caring for animals all my life and I know how hard it can be to leave them in someone else's care. I would love to help alleviate some of the worry. I will care for your pets as though they were my own. I can take a slow stroll with your older dog or hit the trails with your high energy pup. I can also just hang out and be with them when you are away. My schedule is flexible and i am available to come by during the week, weekends, etc to care for your pets. Let me know what you need and we can get it set up! I cannot bring dogs into my home, due to my own little zoo. I'd love to know how best to care for your pet in your home or on walks (do they have a favorite route? Do they get treats at a specific time?, etc)

About: Me and my girlfriend are looking to hangout with some puppies, because every dog is a puppy to us. We left ours in Sitka with my father and brother. We just want to do this for the love of dogs and animals!!! I work with animals for my career and just love being around them! My girlfriend is also a big animal lover wish we had our pets here! We follow instructions carefully that the owner tells us to. Don’t over step any boundaries, and will always make sure the pet is safe and comfortable

I work remotely as a postdoc for UAF and my schedule can be flexible to work with yours/your pets needs! About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was old enough to take care of myself. As a child, we had cats in our family. As I grew older, I became the resident animal sitter for the neighborhood. I would walk, feed, and play with them for extra money. As an adult, I regularly watch my friends dogs and cats while they are out of town, staying in their homes, as to not disturb the routines of the beloved furry friends. I love their company. About: Hello! My name is Elise! I’m from Alaska, I moved here in October. I grew up with many different animals. I’ve had many dogs, cats, as well as bunnies, horses and I’ve cared for birds. I love animals very much and I am very good at taking care of them. I’ve been pet sitting since I was about 14 but not really officially since I was 16. I’ve trained quite a few puppies and I’ve helped birth a lot of cats and dogs. About: I’m a dog parent of a 3 yo husky mix who keeps me busy. She’s more social than I am, & most days, I’m chasing her around trying to keep up. I like to bike, ski, and play in the mountains, and it’s pretty easy to add another pet into the mix of our high energy lifestyle. Dog sitting was my first job, and I’ve had great experiences with Rover as a pet parent & a sitter I work full time, but I take an hour lunch break every day for dog walks. A typical day starts with a 30 min walk in the morning, 45 mins at lunch, and another 30-60 mins in the evenings. Love to take the dogs hiking, or out to one of the beaches in town, or up on a hiking trail. I have a friendly dog at home, & I require a meet & greet before overnight stays to make sure the personalities work together. Please bring a crate with you if your pet is used to having their own. Please also bring or identify whatever toys, treats, comfort items they can’t live without.

About: My name is Aubrie. I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past three years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I’m not currently working, so my full time job would be caring for your pet! Daycare drop off and pickup hours are between 7 am and 7 pm. Any time after 7 pm would need to be booked as boarding and pickup for the following morning. I offer extended stays as well. I live in an apartment with the dog park on my same floor, so lots of running around and play time staying here with me and my pet! He is very social and loves to have company, friendly to other dogs and shares toys.
