About: Roughly two years ago, I received a call from a colleague asking to house sit for a weekend after a previous bad experience with boarding two dogs. Both with health issues and one of them not sociable with other dogs. My colleague came back to a clean home, garden watered, mail organized and the dogs very well loved and walked everyday. Ever since, I have housesat for anywhere from 48hrs to nearly 30 days at a time with zero issues. Bed time rituals, feeding songs, walking a slightly reactive dog, cuddling very closely at night were the priorities at the top of the to-do list. Now that two years have passed since that first call I have decided to try my hand at truly making dog walking/house sitting/drop-in playdates a side gig! I work 12hrs a day, rotating weeks 3 days or 4 days a week. Typically Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday off every week. I am up early most mornings in my time off, can make myself available for late nights Wednesday-Friday as well. In your home, I will follow all requests diligently, check all doors and windows before leaving or before bed. I am MANDT de-escalation trained, CPR/BLS certified and will soon be training to further my EMS-adjacent skillsets. In emergencies, I understand the importance of prioritizing the fur babies and keeping them out of harm’s way.

I foster dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and helping them settle in. I’m active and outside often, but I also keep things calm and structured depending on what your dog needs. Clear communication, regular updates, and a safe, steady environment. I offer dog walking Monday through Friday with a flexible daytime schedule that allows for consistent, unrushed walks. I provide in-home boarding seven days a week, including weekends. Your dog will have access to a fully fenced yard, regular exercise, and a structured but relaxed home environment. If you have specific timing needs during the week, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to coordinate when possible. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. Indoors, I keep a clean, organized environment and remove any items that could be chewed or ingested. Because I foster, I’m used to gradual introductions, monitoring behavior, and helping dogs settle in safely. I maintain consistent routines, separate dogs when needed, and never leave unfamiliar dogs unattended together. I also follow owner instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, and crate use. Clear communication and proactive supervision are important to me.

About: What will set me apart: My attention to detail and adherence to your instruction to the letter. I will additionally tidy, clean, and make coming home a pleasure! I’m technical savvy and love to send photos of happy angels while you travel! I simply want to treat you and yours the way I want my sitters to treat me and mine. I work full time for the FAA as a technical support specialist and have for the last 12 years. I telework 100% and make my own schedule. Pet sitting is a natural extention of my work day with tons of flexibility mixed in. LLet me know what you require and I'll make it happen. In my own environment, I have a good sized fenced in yard with a dog door. Hannah basically goes where she wants when she wants, except when I leave the house. She like to talk to the neighbors and needs a little help when she get super chatty. My sweet cat, Ponyo, naturally stays inside. She will venture out from time to time if the door is open but always comes back pretty quick. Lot's of fresh water around and meals are planned and controlled to avoid obesity.

About: Ive had dogs in my life for just about all of it. I figured why not walk dogs and make some side cash while I walk around. Taking care of pets and walking dogs is more of just a part time thing I'm doing to pass the time and get to hang out with animals. Before I moved to Anchorage my family had 4 dogs that I took care of on a daily basis. I always make sure the dog is secured to a lease before I bring them out. Currently on a part time seasonal schedule with more time going to be available in the winter. Figured this would be a great way to stay active and outside while going into the winter months I've have plenty of experience with dogs and their care growing up in northwest Alaska. My siblings and I all had dogs growing up from newborn pups to our fathers dog that lived until he was 21.

About: Hi there! I have been training and working with dogs of all ages for over 10 year now. Never too old to learn a new trick:) I am extremely versatile and happy to adapt to your pups speed. I love adventuring along side mans best friend. I love long hikes too:) As well as being a dog trainer I am also a horse trainer! I have trained dogs to work with horses, bikes, and on or off the leash walks:) Excited to meet your pup! I am currently working towards my bachelors in nursing. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was old enough to take care of myself. As a child, we had cats in our family. As I grew older, I became the resident animal sitter for the neighborhood. I would walk, feed, and play with them for extra money. As an adult, I regularly watch my friends dogs and cats while they are out of town, staying in their homes, as to not disturb the routines of the beloved furry friends. I love their company. I regularly check on friends cats and dogs when they are out of town (for the past 10 years), so I am confident in my abilities to give your pets the attention they need while you're away. I am in college currently but have plenty of free time to watch and play with animals! Most my classes are online so the longest I would have to be away would be 2 hours! About: I have loved most animals for as long as I can remember. I am very compassionate towards animals and feel love and concern when I see a lost or unloved animal. I have pet and house sat for two families who came back to me multiple times. I am always willing to adjust my usual routine to make the owners and their furry family members comfortable. I sat for a friend once who requested that I keep their large, fluffy husky mix in my car whenever I left the house. My priority will always be keeping your furbabies happy, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Last, but certainly not least, I have two dogs of my own who I treat as if they were my own children. I am always thinking of how I would want other humans to treat them when I decide how to work with someone else's pets. During the summer, my pet care will be my highest priority. During the school year (mid August through late December and mid January through late May) I work as a teaching assistant and must prioritize that but I would endeavor to schedule all non-work related activities around the needs of the pet and their family. As I have two dogs of my own neither of which get along well with other dogs, I would not be able to care for another pet in my own home, but I am always willing to stay in another home if pets require constant supervision. I would always follow any instructions regarding pet care given me by the owners. If clear instructions are not given to me, I will ask questions and I will simply do my best to make the pet comfortable and not to change their routine more than absolutely necessary.
