“We are so glad that we found Elizabeth and HL, they have been great with our dog Buster. They treat Buster as if he were their own dog, and have a great affinity for what he needs. Buster can be a stubborn dog, and when at first he didn't want to go on walks with new people, Elizabeth and HL were so patient with him and would play with him instead. It didn't take long for them to gain Buster's trust, and now he is excited when he gets to go on walks with them. I would highly recommend Elizabeth and HL to anyone.”

“Olga did a great job walking my dog, Jenny on short notice. I would use her again without hesitation. She was always right on time, sent lots of photos and also checked to make sure Jenny's water bowl was full.”

“First time using this service and was super happy with the results! Our boy was nervous at first and it was our first time being away from him. Come the second visit, he was ready to go and happy to see Lindsey! Thanks so much ☺️”

puguF0 Been feeling stressed about your dog cooped up at home? Want your cat to judge a new caretaker in their life? Look no further! I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. From puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats — I know what it takes to administer love and care during all developmental stages of life! My heart is full when I get to see either a happy dog tail-wag or a purrfectly content cat make biscuits. I’ll work with your dog to improve their commands and get their daily zoomies out; your cat will enjoy company and stimulating feline friendly games. I’ll also have their bathroom and medical needs taken care of. I make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. I have a flexible schedule, so I can work with your schedule to best serve your family! At this time I am not hosting animals in my home. I will do house visits and walks. I prefer to take your pet on routes they are familiar with to start. After getting to know your pet, I can take them on walks in new environments to encourage new training opportunities. Please disclose if your pet has ever been aggressive or experiences severe anxiety behaviors. I want to provide a safe environment for your fur baby and myself by being aware of any sensitivities or triggers. Your pet will receive top care while being set-up for success when spending time with me! Book with me & I’ll help make your life a little less stressful — your pet has a friend in me! puguF0 Since 2006, I’ve been a dedicated dog mom, foster, and senior caretaker. I’ve stepped away from the 9-to-5 to pursue my true passion: pups! Whether we’re hitting the trails for daily adventures or I’m treating them to a relaxing massage, I’m all-in on canine care. And if the mood is right, I might even serenade them with a song! I’m officially trading the office life for more wagging tails! My schedule is wide open to build genuine, soulful connections with your pups through hikes, massages, and specialized senior care. I’m fully dedicated to my four-legged clients, though I always carve out "paws-on" time to ensure my own pack gets the same love and daily adventures they deserve. If you're looking for someone who treats your dog like family (and maybe even sings them a tune), I’m your person! I truly love caring for pups in the comfort of their own homes. I have a deep respect for the routines and systems you’ve already built—after all, you know your dog best! My goal is to honor those rhythms while gently building a soulful bond of my own. I’ll stick to your schedule to keep things peaceful and familiar, simply adding in my own little "extras"—like a calming massage, a happy song, or a fun trail walk—to make their day a bit brighter. It’s all about keeping them happy, relaxed, and loved right where they belong.
“So glad that Tessa could take Alfred in a midday walk while I worked. Gave me peace of mind knowing he was taken care of and wouldn’t have to wait for me if I couldn’t get away from work for a lunch time walk. Thank you so much!!!”

“Being new to the valley, we were so blessed to have found Jen. She’s walks our dog Dakoda when my partner and I work and we are going to continue to have her walk him, and also dog sit when needed. Jen is quick with her responses, super personable, knowledgeable about all breeds, and the best of all updates and sends pics of her adventures. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a dog sitter!”

puguF0 I offer in-home boarding with a fully fenced yard and a flexible schedule for consistent walks and attention. I foster dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities and helping them settle in. I’m active and outside often, but I also keep things calm and structured depending on what your dog needs. Clear communication, regular updates, and a safe, steady environment. I offer dog walking Monday through Friday with a flexible daytime schedule that allows for consistent, unrushed walks. I provide in-home boarding seven days a week, including weekends. Your dog will have access to a fully fenced yard, regular exercise, and a structured but relaxed home environment. If you have specific timing needs during the week, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to coordinate when possible. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. Indoors, I keep a clean, organized environment and remove any items that could be chewed or ingested. Because I foster, I’m used to gradual introductions, monitoring behavior, and helping dogs settle in safely. I maintain consistent routines, separate dogs when needed, and never leave unfamiliar dogs unattended together. I also follow owner instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, and crate use. Clear communication and proactive supervision are important to me.
puguF0 Ive lived with and taken care of animals all my life, and love taking care of and playing with them.I always strive to make sure they get lots of pets and love.❤️ I can typically care for your animals anytime. I can only really work with animals because I can't deal with large crowds of people 5 or more due to anxiety , and I typically get along better with animals.❤️ I strive to make sure any and all of your pet's dietary, exercise , and loving needs are met to the best of my capabilities😊

puguF0 I love dogs, I like to do what they want! We live in Anchorage so dogs close by are preferable. We would love to do dog walks or drop in visits. We get outside a lot and like to get off leash if it's a safe area and your dog won't take off. Otherwise retractable leashes are the way to go. We are responsible about picking up dog poop. We will show your dog a good time! We will customize our care for your dog, just let us know any details you need us to know. On walks we will keep them on a leash unless it’s a dog park or an off leash area and know that they will return to our command. Whatever schedule is required is fine. Must check the calendar before full schedule is decided. Just let us know what time the walk would need to be and it should be fine. We can do a dog walks as needed, and I may have my son‘s help out. We usually try to keep them on, always to be safe.
puguF0 I grew up with dogs small to large and learned to take care of them like they were family. If you take care of pets they will take care of you. I also had a one year volunteering experience at an Animal Shelter in Florida managing the cat house. Cats of all shapes, sizes and conditions lived there waiting for someone to take them to their new home. I work during the week but am able to take breaks for pet potty breaks and to feed them. I've house and pet sat for multiple clients taking the pets with me if needed. Weekends are usually pretty open for me and I'm able to stay with the pets all day. If a pet is crate trained I'm ok letting them free roam and sleep in my bed. If they are not crate trained letting them out routinely to avoid messes would be a must.
puguF0 I love all animals, with proper direction I’m positive I can give adequate care to any and all animals and ensure their safety and health. I work full time with a nonprofit organization downtown that helps unhoused youths. My schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2:30 pm - 10:30. My days off are Friday and Saturday. I can take one break depending on the how far the location is from my work to give a potty break. In my free time I’m devoted to whatever may come and is needed for any and all pets ❤️ I’ve worked with the state for most of my adult life and always have passed a background check. My resume includes elderly care, hospital healthcare, in home healthcare, and most recently three years as a domestic violence/homeless shelter advocate with a non profit organization in rural Alaska. I’ve had animals my entire life and enjoy the company of all! I have experience with not only cats and dogs but fish, rodents and reptiles as well. I am open and eager to learn and care for all different kinds of animals and am confident in my abilities to do so with adequate information from the pet parents.

“Jennifer is so attentive to details and has great communication! She has come to walk our dog briar and let her out to use the restroom and sends me the cutest rover cards of briar! She is so sweet and we will keep coming back to her!”

puguF0 I've been taking care of family dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have also always had a deep love for dogs specifically. I formerly helped handle dogs for a musher for 3 years and partook in part time sprint mushing as well. I still help mushers at races. I know basic first aid for animals should it ever be needed. I'm just looking for extra work to help pay bills as my youngest son races sled dogs and anything helps fund the sports. I do part time on call work that involves travel from time to time, but if I have something set up with Rover I can decline. I currently do not offer in home care as I rent with 2 inside dogs. One of them is my Chewie. He will not need to come to your house unless you are comfortable with it and ok with having a playdate. Otherwise he will stay at home and hang out with the family while I am off working. I am dependable, love animals, and love being active.
puguF0 I have loved most animals for as long as I can remember. I am very compassionate towards animals and feel love and concern when I see a lost or unloved animal. I have pet and house sat for two families who came back to me multiple times. I am always willing to adjust my usual routine to make the owners and their furry family members comfortable. I sat for a friend once who requested that I keep their large, fluffy husky mix in my car whenever I left the house. My priority will always be keeping your furbabies happy, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Last, but certainly not least, I have two dogs of my own who I treat as if they were my own children. I am always thinking of how I would want other humans to treat them when I decide how to work with someone else's pets. During the summer, my pet care will be my highest priority. During the school year (mid August through late December and mid January through late May) I work as a teaching assistant and must prioritize that but I would endeavor to schedule all non-work related activities around the needs of the pet and their family. As I have two dogs of my own neither of which get along well with other dogs, I would not be able to care for another pet in my own home, but I am always willing to stay in another home if pets require constant supervision. I would always follow any instructions regarding pet care given me by the owners. If clear instructions are not given to me, I will ask questions and I will simply do my best to make the pet comfortable and not to change their routine more than absolutely necessary.
“Sam was great to work with! Super flexible for both the meet and greet and walk. She gave us a detailed rover card with photos, and was clearly working on our dog listening to her on the walk. Plus, she brought him treats from the Seattle barkery! :) will book again for sure.”

puguF0 I have helped out friends by watching their dogs for the past few years and now have a dog of my own, so feel confident in dog sitting for others! I am a nurse so have multiple consecutive days off so am able to provide lots of exercise. I love taking dogs out for adventures and their company around the house. I have a large fenced back yard and live close to trails for easy access to activities. My dog, Finn, is a lab husky village mix and loves the company of others! We are both happy to welcome other dogs or cats into our home or go out on walks/adventures! On my days off I like to get outside for exercise with my dog, Finn, so will make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise. I can also do neighborhood walks or go to the dog park! I have a fenced backyard so can offer frequent potty breaks. I will ensure your dog is well cared for and listen to any of your specific needs or requests. I will closely monitor any interactions with other dogs, pets, and wildlife.

Iman was absolutely amazing! She was able to accommodate my request to walk my sweet Koa last minute. Before the walk, she took the time to visit us and ask specific questions about my pup’s likes and dislikes. It was incredibly reassuring, and I am incredibly grateful for her help!
