I will definitely use them again. Their HOA only allows 2 dogs, so your dog will be the only one staying there with them and their dog. They are a very nice couple with a great set-up for watching a dog.”

About: I have been taking care of pets for family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I am reliable, consistent and build relationships with the pets to keep them comfortable while you are away. My full-time job has summers off, so I have more open availability. Barring the 4 or 5-hour gaps in my day with my part-time job, I can give your pet the care they need/require. I have two medium-sized dogs and a geriatric cat (he is 26!). About: I have mostly done drop in play and potty visits for family member's pets, but I'm looking to expand my horizons and do overnights and general petsitting as well! I have dealt with anxious dogs and cats. I do not prefer hyper dogs for overnight visits however I am happy to do drop in visits for them! I am a full time college student and have an inconsistent work schedule at a cafe. My classes are Monday-Thurs 8a-2:30p, and typically work at the cafe Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for 7 hours. Otherwise I can do drop ins and overnights during the week and for weekends! I have two miniature schnauzers at home, Piper and Daisy. They're both super sweet girls and love cuddles and movie nights. They have a fenced yard and a doggy door for potty and play.

About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees last year :( We miss him. We would like to watch another dog because our shihtzu is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 1 dog so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time since we also have a cat but may make an exception if from the same family . We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and have been caring for them since I was a little kid. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and they are truly family to me. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my late dog, Roo, who battled cancer for about a year before we lost her in September. During that time, I gained experience providing medication, extra comfort, patience, and specialized care. I have a 1 year old puppy named Tilly and a 14 year old dog named Leo who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, playtime, routine, and affection are. I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own! About: Growing up on a farm instilled a love of animals in me from a young age. I am a true animal lover and prefer the company of animals to many humans ; ) I have experience with most pets from dogs and cats to birds, livestock and horses. I have rescued countless strays, trained many puppies and kittens and the running joke in the family is “if there’s a stray in a five mile radius they end up at Carly’s door”. I work from home so I’m never far whether your pet loves to sit nearby and remain close to me throughout the day or just needs a quiet and restful space, I have them covered. I provide dog beds and cat beds and do my utmost to make your furry friend feel settled in their home away from home. I will soon have a fenced in yard for my cat-friendly dog and four bedrooms for cats if they need a peaceful retreat. In my own environment, I have a good sized fenced in yard with a dog door. Hannah basically goes where she wants when she wants, except when I leave the house. She like to talk to the neighbors and needs a little help when she get super chatty. My sweet cat, Ponyo, naturally stays inside. I have pet and house sat for two families who came back to me multiple times. I am always willing to adjust my usual routine to make the owners and their furry family members comfortable. About: Roughly two years ago, I received a call from a colleague asking to house sit for a weekend after a previous bad experience with boarding two dogs. Both with health issues and one of them not sociable with other dogs. My colleague came back to a clean home, garden watered, mail organized and the dogs very well loved and walked everyday. Ever since, I have housesat for anywhere from 48hrs to nearly 30 days at a time with zero issues. Bed time rituals, feeding songs, walking a slightly reactive dog, cuddling very closely at night were the priorities at the top of the to-do list. Now that two years have passed since that first call I have decided to try my hand at truly making dog walking/house sitting/drop-in playdates a side gig! I work 12hrs a day, rotating weeks 3 days or 4 days a week. Typically Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday off every week. I am up early most mornings in my time off, can make myself available for late nights Wednesday-Friday as well. I provide in-home boarding seven days a week, including weekends. Your dog will have access to a fully fenced yard, regular exercise, and a structured but relaxed home environment. If you have specific timing needs during the week, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to coordinate when possible. I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time and always supervise dogs while they’re outside. Indoors, I keep a clean, organized environment and remove any items that could be chewed or ingested. Because I foster, I’m used to gradual introductions, monitoring behavior, and helping dogs settle in safely. I maintain consistent routines, separate dogs when needed, and never leave unfamiliar dogs unattended together. I also follow owner instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, and crate use. Clear communication and proactive supervision are important to me.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was old enough to take care of myself. As a child, we had cats in our family. As I grew older, I became the resident animal sitter for the neighborhood. I would walk, feed, and play with them for extra money. As an adult, I regularly watch my friends dogs and cats while they are out of town, staying in their homes, as to not disturb the routines of the beloved furry friends. I love their company. They clearly have a lot of experience with dogs and all their quirks :). They are pretty flexible and offer a pick-up and drop-off option which came in handy this trip. I will definitely use them again. Their HOA only allows 2 dogs, so your dog will be the only one staying there with them and their dog. They are a very nice couple with a great set-up for watching a dog.”
