“As someone that was terrified to leave my pets with a total stranger, Sarah made this first experience the best thing ever, I got to enjoy my vacation without having to overly stress weather or not my fur babies would be taken care of, Sarah went above and beyond for my expectations and literally could never ask for a better person to take care of them, if I could give 10 stars I definitely would”

“Erica agreed to help me out on relatively short notice, walking my dog Percy while I was out of town, and Percy's other parent was at work for 11 hours/day. It was so great to get the Rover cards she sent, with the cutest photos (Erica has a knack)! The peace of mind this gave me while I was out of town was priceless. I would love to have Erica care for Percy again anytime.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 6 years. I do have my own fur baby that is playful and loves to meet new dogs. I can take care of almost any kind of dog you have from puppies to giant fur babies! If you’re interested in my services, but it’s a little out of your price range, no problem! Let me know and I’ll send you my personal code to get you 20% off :) I currently work part time as a personal assistant on base with a very flexible schedule, so if you need someone to take care of your fur baby we can definitely make something work! I have a fenced backyard and a playful chocolate lab to keep your fur-baby company! I do not let any pets on furniture but they are always welcome to the extra dog beds I have throughout the house. I love to spend quality time with pets and play with them outside.

“Loren is awesome!! She was so great about sending photos and videos of my pup while she was out walking her. I will definitely be using her again!”

“Kirsten came through at the last minute and took on the so over hyper puppy. Was professional and accommodating. Will absolutely have her again!”

About: My family has always been big animal lovers so growing up I’ve had many pets. I have also attended a year long veterinary science class that thought me the correct way to groom animals, administer medication, and train puppies. I have a full time job but would love to get outside more with a fury companion on my lunch, after work, and on weekends! I just purchased a little condo that is pet friendly. I have a little back yard and I love getting outside and going on walks.

About: ‼️As of June 20, 2023 I increased my rates to $50 a night. My rates have been the same for 3 years, and as I continue to navigate these services, these prices are the most appropriate currently. Thank you for understanding.‼️ *I work 8am-5pm in an office setting. There is no guarantee that I will be able to leave campus to let out kiddos for potty breaks* I absolutely love animals and I’m so happy that I am able to continue dog walking/sitting services in Alaska! From Ohio all the way to Alaska, I have been walking/dog sitting since I was a Junior in college! However, with a new job and being a board member for a nonprofit, my schedule is not as flexible as it used to be. I always make sure to respect animal space and clients requests regarding the care of their pet. I appreciate loads of information, directions, and care routines.

“Eric did a wonderful job walking our pups! He was on time, we got pics of them out on their walk and had 2 happy pup faces when they got home! Thank you Eric!”

“Olivia has been great since day one. She was very patient gaining Sunny’s trust.”

About: If you own a small dog, you’ve found the right person! I've had little dogs throughout my life. I have a 5-year-old, 6-lb chihuahua poodle named Teddy who gets along well with other dogs. My home is ideal for boarding or doggy daycare. I know small dogs need protection outside from larger birds and animals. I promise to keep your dog safe, loved, and spoiled! I do work a part time job from 9am to 1pm! :) I can still keep your pet at my house during those hours if you’re comfortable with that! Our yard isn't currently fenced, but I will make sure your dog is on a leash at ALL times and I will make sure they get plenty of outdoor time! We live near the Russian Jack trail and I love taking dogs for long walks over there!

About: I love all animals, with proper direction I’m positive I can give adequate care to any and all animals and ensure their safety and health. I work full time with a nonprofit organization to help unhoused youths. My schedule is Thursday through Monday from 2:30 pm - 10:30. My days off are Tuesday and Wednesday. In my free time I’m devoted to whatever may come and is needed for any and all pets ❤️ I’ve worked with the state for most of my adult life and always have passed a background check. My resume includes elderly care, hospital healthcare, in home healthcare, and most recently three years as a domestic violence/homeless shelter advocate with a non profit organization in rural Alaska. I’ve had animals my entire life and enjoy the company of all! I have experience with not only cats and dogs but fish, rodents and reptiles as well. I am open and eager to learn and care for all different kinds of animals and am confident in my abilities to do so with adequate information from the pet parents.

About: I've taken care of pets for 5 years in house sitting jobs. ADDITIONALLY: I prefer to cycle to clients close to my home so I'd greatly appreciate knowing of any secure places I can lock my bike while providing services. I do have a car and can drive, but enjoy a good bike ride much more. I will follow whatever directions you need to be sure your pet is properly taken care of. As a nurse, I am comfortable with providing whatever care is required and will be learning skills specific to pets to be able to care for them as best I can. I do not have the ability to crate or host pets in my own home. I am, however, willing to house sit in the Anchorage area, Wasilla, and Girdwood. If in Wasilla or Girdwood, I'd prefer a longer (week plus) gig to make the drive worth it but definitely reach out and check. I may be able to swing it!

“Hope has been great with my dog Remi— super reliable!”

About: I have been watching the dogs and cats of friends and family since I was in middle school, and have stayed overnight with a 6 month old puppy to make sure she was comfortable. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my number 1 priority. I always make sure to open the door slowly and make sure your pet can’t escape, and will follow any tips and tricks you provide as an owner. Please consider me when you’re planning your next trip, scheduling your next walk, or just want someone reliable to check in on your pup or kitty! I work full time and am always on call, but I have three dogs at home and make sure I can make time for the fur babies! I always ensure dogs are as at-home as possible and move at their pace, whether they need a run or just to hop outside and then curl back on the couch.

“I want to give Callen 1 star just because I don’t want to share her! She is so kind and loved on my dogs as if they were hers. Finding her was a huge relief and after meeting with her ahead of the first walk, I was confident that my dogs were in great hands!”
