About: My name is Jacob and I have 15 years of experience caring for mine and my family's pets. I also have approximately 4 years of volunteer experience at shelters caring for cats and dogs. I have experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and energy levels. From tiny pups to large, strong dogs, I'm confident handling them safely and calmly. I've worked with dogs that have behavioral challenges such as leash reactivity, anxiety, fearfulness and high energy. I'm patient, attentive, and always focused on understanding each dog's unique needs. I'm autistic, and I've found that this often allows me to connect especially well with animals. I'm very attentive to body language, routines, and subtle behavior changes, which helps me respond calmly and consistently- particularly with dogs who need a little extra understanding. My goal is to make every walk a positive, stress-free experience. My schedule is pretty flexible to do drop-in care for your pets or walks as needed. I am willing to work with clients so they can get the care they need for their pets. I am willing to do drop-in care at client's homes as needed. I can also take dogs for walks from client's homes as requested by client.

About: Hi there! I have been training and working with dogs of all ages for over 10 year now. Never too old to learn a new trick:) I am extremely versatile and happy to adapt to your pups speed. I love adventuring along side mans best friend. I love long hikes too:) As well as being a dog trainer I am also a horse trainer! I have trained dogs to work with horses, bikes, and on or off the leash walks:) Excited to meet your pup! I am currently working towards my bachelors in nursing. About: I have had large and small dogs growing up and they have been a part of my family. I love to play, walk, run, laugh, love, and cuddle four legged friends. I live in a great community where I have sidewalks and plenty of parks as well as friendly neighbors who have dogs. About: Hi, I'm Audrey! I've been pet sitting for several years, and I love animals, especially dogs. In the summer I work as a Girl Scout camp counselor, so I definitely have experience wrangling large groups of small chaotic mammals! I have babysat everything from puppies to senior dogs, in all shapes and sizes, and even other animals like guinea pigs. I would love to hang out with your animals and give them lots of love and kisses! I'm currently a biology major at UAA, so I have classes Monday through Thursday. All of my classes are in the late morning and afternoon, so I will be at home with your animals in the mornings and evenings. I love to just hang out with animals! I usually spend a lot of time on the couch studying or reading with client animals next to (or on top of) me. I have no issues with animals sleeping in the same bed as me. My car is dog-proofed if you want me to take your dog(s) on a field trip to the dog park or their favorite walking trail. I am also quite good with plants, so I can take care of those for you at no extra charge.

Older boxer needs help getting up and down steps to go out, our middle aged german shepherd needs exercise daily by ball throwing in the back yard…they were raised on acrerage, not very socialized and we now live in town near a busy street so always fear they’ll take off chasing someone… (cuz they’re not leash dogs). The boys immediately liked her which sealed the deal when they met. She left our house perfect and we highly recommend her for your beloved pets.”
