“Benita took great care of our dogs and house. She managed to still walk and play with them in the icy and cold weather. She probably threw the ball at least 2,000 times for our crazy younger pup. Her communication and updates were very frequent. Our dogs were really sad to see her go. We would definitely book again!”

“Nancy was super reliable, communicated well, & is a very nice person. My home was in great condition. I’ve had a number of rough experiences with prior sitters, so it meant a lot to not have to worry about my dog at all while on a work trip. I highly recommend Nancy!”

“Rachel is awesome. I felt so comfortable leaving out dogs under her care. My dogs are lovely, but not always the easiest. My lab has a lack of survival instincts and is high energy. My senior corgi is losing her hearing and loves her routines. Rachel made sure to give the dogs affection, exercise, and kept me updated while we were out of town. We will be contacting Rachel for our next trip.”
“Tynesha was great with Ziggy he took to her right away! She kept me in the loop with his needs throughout my trip and treated my home with respect. I would definitely book with Tynesha again!”

“Nancy did an amazing job watching Milly while we were away. She was quick to respond to our request for a meet and greet. I could tell immediately that she loves animals and put my mind at ease that she would provide the level of care that we desired. Nancy sent us photos and updates while we were away. She followed Milly's daily schedule that I had laid out for her to the letter. She was careful to keep the house very clean and orderly. Milly was a very happy and content little girl when we got home. I am so grateful to have found Nancy and will not hesitate to use her again in the future!!”

“Sarah was an amazing house sitter. She was great with both of my cats and empathetic to their individual needs. The house was spotless and both cats loved her.”

“Katraena is very kind and professional. She is great at not only giving your pets the best care, but updating you on what’s happening, and sending fun pics and videos. She is so thoughtful!”

“Melody was a great house sitter! It was our second booking with her. She was reliable, good with communication, and most importantly took great care of our dog. Left our house in great shape and even checked our mail while we were gone. We will definitely use her again.”

“Katy is warm, communicative, kind, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to be an excellent house & petsitter. She took such good care of my animals. I'm DELIGHTED to have gotten to connect with her here, and felt so grateful that she was watching my house and my dog & cat while I was out of town. As soon as I got back to town, I immediately started thinking about when I might work with her next - for future travel. I highly recommend her!”

“They were great! Our cat was well cared for, our house was left very clean and neat. They sent us photos of our cat which we really appreciated. They even picked up our packages from our neighbor. They were awesome!”

“We loved having Kerry house sit for our dogs. She is very good with them and we can tell our old ladies were well taken care of. She is observant and communicates well.”

“I can’t give Erica enough stars, she is absolutely amazing. During my recent trip, Erica stayed at my place and took care of my pet for ~ 2 weeks. She was quick to gain the trust of my anti-social cat, she communicated with me nearly daily, and my cat was happy and well cared for while I was gone. Erica also was an excellent house guest and left the place in great/tidy condition (probably better than I had left it). Thanks again Erica for taking such great care of Toed!”

“As usual, Rachael went above and beyond! My two senior pups are very needy, and Rachael takes very good care of them. This is the third or fourth time I have booked Rachael, and I am always comforted knowing my babies are in capable hands. Thank you, Rachael!”

“Absolutely fabulous pet sitter! Jillian house sat for my two pets (a large dog and a cat). She was attentive to details, followed the health needs of both my pets (providing daily medications), and gave good exercise and play time. She was very communicative and kept me updated on how things were going, which I really value as it can be a bit nerve racking leaving your pets with someone new to them. I came home to some cute stories of things they had done, a clean house, and two chill and well loved pets…. Exactly what I wanted! 100% would recommend!”
“Bridget was great with our little old man dog Shaq. She won him over quickly and kept him safe the whole time we were away. Cute picture updates & notes on how he was adapting. It was great. She showed excellent judgement when the power went out on our block & took our little dog home with her overnight. Really appreciated the care and commitment to keeping our boy safe. You are the best, Bridget! Thank you.”

“Julie is the best!! We could not have been more pleased with the love and care she provided our senior gal. Not only did she take exceptional care of our dog, but our house too. Highly recommend! 10/10.”

“Nick is amazing. My GSD does not care about people in general and she was all over Nick, that spoke volumes for me. He took great care of the dogs and the apt. He communicated well and it was so nice to go on vacation and know they were in good hands. It was so much more relaxing , I truly appreciated the peace of mind. Nick came for initial visit and prior to my trip. I can't say enough good things!! And to top it off he has good taste in authors!! Thank you Nick!!!! Hope to see you again. I feel like I can travel more now.”

“After meeting Zach we knew that he was the one who we wanted to watch our home. You could really tell he takes what he does seriously. It was so amazing to leave town and know that our home and pets were being taken care of.”

University Area pet parents share their Rover experiences
Our 3rd booking with Melody went just as great as the others! She’s responsible, communicative and very clean. Most importantly, she gives great care to our dog with plenty of attention and play, which allows us to enjoy our vacation knowing he is in great hands.

Eric watched our dogs for a couple days and was reliable and communicated well. He let us know when he arrived at our house and sent lots of pictures putting me at ease. Dogs were clearly in good hands and we would not hesitate to have Eric watch the dogs or walk them again in the future.

I had an emergency and had to leave town very suddenly and was not sure when I could return home. Bobby accepted my last minute request to book and she was here the next morning. Callie and Bobby’s pup got along great and I think having a 4-legged friend here helped Callie. I returned 2 days before the booking ended and Bobby was very flexible and accommodating.

Scott a reliable, mature, and caring individual who went above and beyond what was expected. He is an excellent communicator - kept us well informed with how things were going and provided daily pics and vids. He really did help ease our anxieties about leaving our fur babies. He is also a great trainer and knows his subjects well. Our pups responded to his personality in an extremely positive manner. Our shyest pup took to him faster than anyone I have seen. He took GREAT care of the pups and our house. HIGHLY recommend him. A super human!

Nancy was great! She took great care of our two dogs and we came home to a very clean house which was amazing. The dogs seemed to get a good amount of exercise and were happy and well cared for. She even went above and beyond by making them extra toppings for their dinners when what we usually give them ran out. Would definitely hire her again in the future.

Sarah was a wonderful kitty and house sitter. She took excellent care of our fur kids and house. She was reliable and reached out when necessary, took photos and offered updates, and expertly navigated an internet outage and first snow of the season with our tricky driveway. We are very grateful to her for her excellent and thoughtful care.
