My name is Jacob and I have 15 years of experience caring for mine and my family's pets. I also have approximately 4 years of volunteer experience at shelters caring for cats and dogs. I have experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and energy levels. From tiny pups to large, strong dogs, I'm confident handling them safely and calmly. I've worked with dogs that have behavioral challenges such as leash reactivity, anxiety, fearfulness and high energy. I'm patient, attentive, and always focused on understanding each dog's unique needs. I'm autistic, and I've found that this often allows me to connect especially well with animals. I'm very attentive to body language, routines, and subtle behavior changes, which helps me respond calmly and consistently- particularly with dogs who need a little extra understanding. My goal is to make every walk a positive, stress-free experience.

Jacob was great. Right on time. My dog didn’t look back and was happy to go with him.
My dog can be difficult and a bit defensive of his home and people. Jacob got to see my dog Diesel at his worst, but then he turned it around within a day. Not many people have the patience and calmness it requires to handle a dog like mine, so I felt very lucky and fortunate that Jacob was so great. I recommend him to anyone for any animal! He’s terrific.
Jacob was fantastic. My dog is not always easy to work with due to some resource guarding issues, but Jacob had the patience and kindness to meet his needs. I feel very lucky that he took care of my dog, and I will be seeking his help again in the future.
Perry is comfortable with Jacob, he’s been taking Perry on her long walks and she seems to love it. His service is 100% top tier !
