I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. My heart is full when I get to see either a happy dog tail-wag or a purrfectly content cat make biscuits. At this time I am not hosting animals in my home. I will do house visits and walks. I prefer to take your pet on routes they are familiar with to start. After getting to know your pet, I can take them on walks in new environments to encourage new training opportunities. I want to provide a safe environment for your fur baby and myself by being aware of any sensitivities or triggers. Your pet will receive top care while being set-up for success when spending time with me! Book with me & I’ll help make your life a little less stressful — your pet has a friend in me! I have a very flexible schedule and can take care of your pets in the afternoon or evenings during Monday-Friday. With ample notice, I can even take care of your pet in the mornings Monday-Friday. On weekends, I can take care of your pet at any time! I’ll make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. About: Our dog passed away and I miss her very much. Recently relocated to Alaska and loving it! Have extra time on my hands to care for your furry bundle. I’ll take care of her/him/them like my own. Sorry I can’t commit to a reoccurring schedule at this time. Currently between jobs (indefinitely!) so I have plenty of time until then to give your loved ones attention. I love being outdoors so plenty of fresh air is not an issue or playing inside and curling up on sofa with your fluff ball is cool too. No problem if your pet prefers their own space, I am open to all types of personalities. Happy to care for pets in your home according to your normal routine. About: Ive had dogs in my life for just about all of it. I figured why not walk dogs and make some side cash while I walk around. Taking care of pets and walking dogs is more of just a part time thing I'm doing to pass the time and get to hang out with animals. Before I moved to Anchorage my family had 4 dogs that I took care of on a daily basis. I always make sure the dog is secured to a lease before I bring them out. Currently on a part time seasonal schedule with more time going to be available in the winter. Figured this would be a great way to stay active and outside while going into the winter months I've have plenty of experience with dogs and their care growing up in northwest Alaska. My siblings and I all had dogs growing up from newborn pups to our fathers dog that lived until he was 21.

I have raised and cared for dogs for over 20 years and love playing, walking, pottying, and spending quality time with them. I am also trained to help animals in emergency situations. My dog, Pico de Gallo, is the love of my life, and I would treat your dog/cat/animal with the same care, patience, and love as if they were my own. I work for myself, so any animal that needs care would be worked into my schedule. I can do stop-ins, walks, play time, anything that is needed for your pets to be taken care of. As my calendar fills up, I ensure the times requested for pets come first before overloading my schedule. I would take care of pets in my clients' homes. I would do potty breaks and ensure the house was not used. I would take the dogs for walks and play with them to burn off some energy before bringing them back home, if the owner allowed it. I would also feed and make sure they drank water before I left, updating the owner on how they are doing. Otherwise, I would utilize the spaces given to me ( a fenced yard, etc.). For cats, I would check in on them and make sure they are fed and watered. i would play with them with their toys and then update their owner on how they are doing.

Booking me means I will research your pets breed and go over breed specific needs with you at the meet and greet, as well as their personality based needs. I currently have rabbits and used to have dogs, and my bestie's household has dogs and a tortoise. I have zero problems with taking care of plants or pet related chore. I have a portable carpet shampooer to clean up any messes that might happen. Just show me what the pets need for nourishment and enrichment and play, and I can take it from there. I'm also willing to do complex medical for pets. If you want me to sit for extra animals not listed, I will ask for more (5-20) per animal depending on level of care needed. I will walk any animal that wants to be walked. Species does not matter. You can meet me and my pets before hiring me and you can always cancel, no problem. I'm willing to do payment plans if you need to leave town with little notice. I'm willing to travel outside the Anchorage bowl, too, as far out as Talkeetna if you’re willing with work with me on gas. My pets are free range most of the time so there's playmates. I'm happy to temporarily board animals in my home so long as they have their own enclosure OR if they are friendly with my pets. I'm happy to send pictures and video to keep you up to date on your pet. Walks (for species that like walks), play time, toys, music enrichment, games, etc. I'm very strong and I'm good with animals that have nervous behaviours. I've also cared for newborn puppies, rabbits, and kittens and can provide the round the clock care for new born pets that they need by keeping them with me at all times.
