“Sydney took care of our aging and rapidly declining cat. Without hesitation they gave him meds and cuddled with him. They also sent us photos and kept us updated on his condition and eating habits. We would highly recommend you hire Sydney for any pet, healthy or not.”
“Rachel is awesome. I felt so comfortable leaving out dogs under her care. My dogs are lovely, but not always the easiest. My lab has a lack of survival instincts and is high energy. My senior corgi is losing her hearing and loves her routines. Rachel made sure to give the dogs affection, exercise, and kept me updated while we were out of town. We will be contacting Rachel for our next trip.”
“I can’t give Erica enough stars, she is absolutely amazing. During my recent trip, Erica stayed at my place and took care of my pet for ~ 2 weeks. She was quick to gain the trust of my anti-social cat, she communicated with me nearly daily, and my cat was happy and well cared for while I was gone. Erica also was an excellent house guest and left the place in great/tidy condition (probably better than I had left it). Thanks again Erica for taking such great care of Toed!”

“Zack does an amazing job! It is so nice to come home to a clean house and know our fur baby has been well cared for. The key didn't work for him, but he sprang into action to make sure Luna was taken care of and he had access. Will look to rehire Zack for future sitting needs!”

“Nancy was so great with my Pup, who needs extra care and comfort due to injury/surgery. Nancy was also excellent with communication before and during her time at my home and with Pup. I appreciate her and look forward to booking her again.”
“Nancy was great! She took great care of our two dogs and we came home to a very clean house which was amazing. The dogs seemed to get a good amount of exercise and were happy and well cared for. She even went above and beyond by making them extra toppings for their dinners when what we usually give them ran out. Would definitely hire her again in the future.”

“Bradley did a fantastic job house and petting sitting my 2 dogs and 5 chickens. He was a good communicator and followed instructions perfectly. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a pet sitter.”

“Bridget was great with our little old man dog Shaq. She won him over quickly and kept him safe the whole time we were away. Cute picture updates & notes on how he was adapting. It was great. She showed excellent judgement when the power went out on our block & took our little dog home with her overnight. Really appreciated the care and commitment to keeping our boy safe. You are the best, Bridget! Thank you.”

“Maggie and her partner watched my dogs at my house while I was away. Maggie regularly sent pictures and updates on how my pups were doing. She showed a lot of patience towards my newly adopted dog, who needs to be walked regularly while she is still working on potty training. My house was clear and orderly once I returned. I really appreciate and will be hiring her again soon.”

About: Ive had dogs since I was 12 years old I helped with training, administration of meds and long walks for so long it is like second nature. I am great with any communication requests/ requirements and I hope to help you make this process easy and smooth. 😁 I’m currently a student at UAA doing morning classes Monday-Thursday from 9am- 3:30pm and weekends I have short 4 hours shift usually around closing with is 5-9:30 but might differ depending on my managers needs, but it will always only be 4 hours so I’m very available I currently live in an apartment that is pet friendly, but due to my limited space and a pet fee I would have to cover I cannot do boarding at my place of residence.
“Katy is warm, communicative, kind, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to be an excellent house & petsitter. She took such good care of my animals. I'm DELIGHTED to have gotten to connect with her here, and felt so grateful that she was watching my house and my dog & cat while I was out of town. As soon as I got back to town, I immediately started thinking about when I might work with her next - for future travel. I highly recommend her!”

“We loved having Kerry house sit for our dogs. She is very good with them and we can tell our old ladies were well taken care of. She is observant and communicates well.”

“Julie is the best!! We could not have been more pleased with the love and care she provided our senior gal. Not only did she take exceptional care of our dog, but our house too. Highly recommend! 10/10.”

“As usual, Rachael went above and beyond! My two senior pups are very needy, and Rachael takes very good care of them. This is the third or fourth time I have booked Rachael, and I am always comforted knowing my babies are in capable hands. Thank you, Rachael!”
“Benita took great care of our dogs and house. She managed to still walk and play with them in the icy and cold weather. She probably threw the ball at least 2,000 times for our crazy younger pup. Her communication and updates were very frequent. Our dogs were really sad to see her go. We would definitely book again!”

“Jessica is amazing! She made it possible LAST MINUTE for me to go see my daughter. She went above and beyond by picking up one of my dogs meds, washed sheets and towels, and even checked on my chickens. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure. I am so very grateful to her! Can’t say enough!”

South Addition pet parents share their Rover experiences
Maia has been great! We've had her sit for us several times now and she has done great managing our chaotic 4 pet household while we've been out of town. Unfortunately we're moving out of the area and we're really going to miss having her as a sitter but I highly recommend her to anyone looking!

Heather did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of our home and pets while we were away. She consistently shared pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing everything was going well. Her communication was excellent—always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring. When we returned, our house was clean and well cared for, and our pets were clearly happy and comfortable. It’s such a relief to find someone so reliable and attentive. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet/house sitter!

Rachael did an amazing job with my dog and cats, and house. My dogs are fairly recent rescues, and are very attached to me. They were a bit of a challenge, but Rachael managed things, and kept me informed throughout. Clean sheets and towels and a clean house when I got home!
Thank you, Zack for taking care of Riley!! YOU took awesome care of our four-legged puppy dog!! We really appreciated you taking care of Riley and our home. You did an amazing and outstanding job taking care of our home and Riley!! Thank you so much!! We brought you back some treats from our vacation that we would like to give you as a token of our appreciation. We would highly recommend Zack as he is responsible, attentive to detail, caring, and an awesome house/pet sitter!!
Eleanor did an absolutely excellent of looking after my dog Enzo during Christmas break. It is obvious she loves dogs and they bonded immediately. She treated him as if he were her own, gave him lots of love, play, and more walks than I directed her to. She gave me regular updates and pictures which allowed me to have a worry free vacation. She also took very good care of my home. It was cleaner than I left. I would highly recommend Eleanor. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Had a good experience with our pet sitter! From the very beginning, Ericson was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. Furbabies were happy, relaxed, and well looked after when we returned. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend Eric’s services to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.
