“Amy did a phenomenal job with my doggos - I received regular updates and they definitely enjoyed their time with her. She was both understanding and accommodating when details changed last minute. Highly recommended.”
2. Loyd V.
“Lloyd watched our babies for the first time this last week. We are over protective of our fur kids especially since one of them can be a bit difficult. Lloyd made us feel very comfortable from the meet and greet on. I especially appreciated that he asked for us to keep him updated when we got home since unexpected delays can occur. Our house was very clean and pups were safe and happy. Thanks, Lloyd!”
3. Deanna D.
“Deanna did a great job with my old dog, Diane, who is normally reserved around new people. She was able to put Diane at ease quickly which helped me feel better about leaving. Deanna responds quickly to messages and provided pictures and updates while I was gone. I definitely recommend Deanna and will be requesting her services again.”
4. Sarah R.
“Sarah did an amazing job with our dog! This was our first time using a sitter that wasn’t family or a friend and our first time having someone stay in our house. I was not nervous after meeting Sarah beforehand and hearing about her previous experience. She sent photos of our pup daily and he seemed to warm up to her (he is really timid, especially with new people). She left the house clean and kept us updated throughout our trip! Would definitely recommend her 😊”
5. Kate E.
“Kate was incredible with our 3 dogs! Not only did she give a quick yes to a short notice request, she provided excellent care to our dogs and an our home! Thanks Kate!”
6. Sarah W.
“Sarah was a great sitter! She took such care of our home and most importantly, our dog baby. Sarah was responsive and professional during the entire experience, even with a slightly unusual schedule for dog sitting. I would recommend her as a sitter and would book her again if our schedules matched up. Obi loved Sarah and I loved the photos she sent of him!”
7. Sorona B.
“Sorona did amazing with my two wild girls. She sent daily photos or videos and kept me up to date as things progressed. When I got home the two weren’t overly anxious which was tell-tale sign she adequately cared for them. I’ve had a lot of sitters and some even blow some smoke up my toosh about their behaviors, but Sorona was honest about their quirks which told me she spent time with them and was attentive to their needs. She’s extremely personable and honestly freaking hilarious. I looked forward to hearing about their daily antics, because Sorona didn’t pull any punches. As my ten year old ages, she’s become quirky and ornery. I recognize she’s a handful but it never appeared to be too much for Sorona. Total bonus - I came home to a clean house which is amazing when you land on a red-eye. I’ll be sure to try use Sorona again.”
8. Jennifer G.
“Jennifer did an excellent job taking care of my senior dog and rabbits! She also kept me updated with cute photos. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Jen!”

10. Aizada Z.
“Aizada did a fantastic job watching Kobuk while I was away! She was very informative on his status throughout every day that I was away. She also sent pictures often, which is always appreciated. I will certainly use Aizada again!”

About: I grew up with dogs and around livestock animals. A lot of the animals I've been around were rescued or from shelters. Most of my experience is with herding and large dogs, collies, border collies, sheepdog, husky, and pittie mix. I also have experience with medium and small hounds and a Chihuahua mix. I have experience walking and sitting multiple dogs together and watching dogs with other pets-cats, fish, rabbits, and livestock I just moved to Anchorage to live with my hubby and I'm not starting my full-time job until July so I'd love to get out more with the bonus of meeting some excellent babies I have reflective gear and flashlights/headlamps for walks. We have a fenced yard if needed. When sitting in someone else's home I just make sure that I'm familiar with the human's house rules so that I know if the babies are trying to break the rules when parents are away
14. Elora M.
“I am so happy I got Elora to spend a week with my pups. I can tell they love her so much!!! She was attentive, fed them as asked and cleaned after them. Elora kept house and yard clean the whole time and my pups happy. I couldn't ask for better service.”
15. Scott B.
“Scott is an absolute gem! He was incredibly understanding when I had to cancel a trip last minute due to family illness and was flexible and easy going when it came to rescheduling. He cares for your pup just as if he’s his own and keeps constant communication with updates and videos. My dog can be high maintenance between medical and dietary needs and Scott adapted with ease. I swear him and Dune made my pup feel a bit younger! Will definitely use these guys again as I know that my dog will be in absolutely wonderful and loving hands.”
16. Eric A.
“We’ve had the good fortune to have Eric watch our dog while we go on vacation for the past few years, first year with Rover. He is far and above our first choice in dog care, and is worth every penny. Eric is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make sure our Jack is calm and happy while we are away. We always come home to a happy content pet and a super clean home. He has great communication and lets us know how Jack is doing. And, he’s just a really nice person who cares. Thanks again, Eric, for letting us all have a great vacation!”
17. Max T.
“Max will go above and beyond your expectations of a dog walker. He is punctual, reliable, responsible and trustworthy. He cares about your dog's comfort and welfare and will treat your dog like it's one of his own. Your dog is going to love him!”
18. Chloe S.
“We returned to a happy, healthy dog, and a spotless home. Chloe took good care of our quirky old Chihuahua mix, Percy, and frequently messaged us with updates and/or photos. I felt like I could really relax and enjoy my trip with Chloe taking care of my dog, and I would be happy to hire her again.”
19. Katie K.
About: Hi, I'm Katie! I've cared for dogs my entire life-- my family adopted and gave a safe home numerous dogs throughout my childhood. I helped care for them in every way: feeding, walking, bathroom breaks, cleaning up, administering medicine, playing and socializing. I don't have any pets of my own right now, so I miss being around dogs. I look forward to meeting yours! I work 2 days a week, but otherwise I am free to house sit or board smaller dogs in my home. I live in Girdwood so I am more able to commit to longer house sits in Girdwood than in Anchorage. I have no pets of my own, so there are no chances for conflict between animals. I have a small place in Girdwood, so I can board small/medium breeds of dogs only.
