About: I have been cat sitting and dog walking for the past two years for coworkers and family friends- and now I’m on Rover too! I’ve got two golden retrievers of my own who I love dearly as well! I am a student at the University of Vermont studying political science and history! During the summers I come home to Anchorage, Alaska. A typical day for me involves some sort of run or hike as well! I am responsible and communicative so rest assured your pets are in good hands. I have grown up with animals and feel confident in my ability to care for them.

I have a very flexible schedule and can take care of your pets in the afternoon or evenings during Monday-Friday. With ample notice, I can even take care of your pet in the mornings Monday-Friday. I provide extra photos 📷, and if needed, take extra time to be patient with nervous or anxious pets. 🥰 My timeline is their timeline. I ask for feedback the first couple of visits in case there are any adjustments. With you being the primary owner, you are the expert and I want to ensure the best care according to you! I can also perform additional tasks at your home such as watering plants 🪴, adjusting thermostats or lighting 💡, and taking mail/packages 📦 as needed. Prior to departing, I also ensure that your pets will be safe until I return. I’m honored to be able to become a trusted person with your pet and I take it very seriously! About: Hi, I am Ally! I’ve loved animals my entire life and grew up with multiple family pets. I now have a dog of my own, Winnie, whom I’ve raised since she was a puppy, so I understand firsthand the time, patience, and consistency it takes to provide safe, loving care. Getting to know each pet’s personality is one of my favorite parts of pet sitting, whether that means teaching tricks, going for runs, long walks, or simply giving them snuggles and attention! I have experience house sitting, walking, feeding, transporting, giving medication, senior pet care, and caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and training levels. I also love cats and have house sat for multiple families in the Anchorage area. Safety is always my top priority, and I treat every pet like they are my own. I live in the Anchorage area and have a large yard with access to outdoor space. I can crate pets if needed and always ensure fresh water, food, treats, leashes, and a safe environment so your pet feels comfortable and secure. I work from home for a local marketing agency, which gives me flexibility and the ability to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. I am available weekends and over-night stays. I have a fenced-in yard and have the capability to crate pets if needed. I also can provide over-night stays. Please note; I do own an Australian Shepherd of my own who is not keen on cats, so I cannot bring cats over to my house. We are very active and live near the coastal trail and parks. Fresh water, food, treats, leashes and anything else are provided to make your pet feel at home.

About: I love all animals, with proper direction I’m positive I can give adequate care to any and all animals and ensure their safety and health. I work full time with a nonprofit organization downtown that helps unhoused youths. My schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2:30 pm - 10:30. My days off are Friday and Saturday. I can take one break depending on the how far the location is from my work to give a potty break. In my free time I’m devoted to whatever may come and is needed for any and all pets ❤️ I’ve worked with the state for most of my adult life and always have passed a background check. My resume includes elderly care, hospital healthcare, in home healthcare, and most recently three years as a domestic violence/homeless shelter advocate with a non profit organization in rural Alaska. I’ve had animals my entire life and enjoy the company of all! I have experience with not only cats and dogs but fish, rodents and reptiles as well. I really enjoy going on walks often which can also be a brain enrichment activity for your fur baby. I am aware that some, if not most, dogs have set in schedules. I am more than willing to go by that so your fur baby is comfortable and still on schedule while you are away. I often send pictures of my clients' pets to my client so they can also have some peace of mind!

About: I love dogs, I like to do what they want! We live in Anchorage so dogs close by are preferable. We would love to do dog walks or drop in visits. We get outside a lot and like to get off leash if it's a safe area and your dog won't take off. Otherwise retractable leashes are the way to go. We are responsible about picking up dog poop. We will show your dog a good time! We will customize our care for your dog, just let us know any details you need us to know. On walks we will keep them on a leash unless it’s a dog park or an off leash area and know that they will return to our command. Whatever schedule is required is fine. Must check the calendar before full schedule is decided. Just let us know what time the walk would need to be and it should be fine. We can do a dog walks as needed, and I may have my son‘s help out. We usually try to keep them on, always to be safe.

I love all dogs and will make sure they are cared for. I am currently working from home with a pretty flexible job, so can spend time during the weekdays to walk dogs. On the weekends, I am in the area as well and can spend even more time caring for pets. I have a pet-friendly apartment, so need be, pets can stay in my apartment.
