About: I’ve worked at 1 different doggy daycares/1 rescue group for over 8 years. I’m always around dogs, of different sizes, temperaments, I’m great with all dogs, even dogs that don’t like other animals. etc..I will still walk them or dog sit them at their houses (I can’t board them at my house if they can be aggressive because I have other dogs). I love dogs so spending time with them is amazing. Im free all weekend to do anything for or with your pets. On the weekdays I get off work at 2pm so anytime after that I’d love to work! I have a fully fenced yard, 2 dog friends for your pet to play and cuddle with. I also have crates if needed for your dog.

About: I have lived with cats my entire life, and own two currently. I regularly check on friends cats and dogs when they are out of town (for the past 10 years), so I am confident in my abilities to give your pets the attention they need while you're away. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with patience, attention, and respect. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, medication reminders, enrichment, or just some extra companionship while you're away, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. I work remotely as a postdoc for UAF and my schedule can be flexible to work with yours/your pets needs! I enjoy spending time outdoors, and I’m happy to provide walks, drop-in visits, and active outings tailored to your pet’s needs. I’m reliable, communicative, and will always send updates so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. I have two cats and will generally not be accepting any stay-over visits at my own house. They are really friendly and love humans but other pets would be stressful for everyone!

About: Hi! Like most of us here i’ve been looking after dogs and cats for most of my life. From my own, to family, to friends and roommates pets. Recently i had the experience of looking after an elderly dog for a friend, he was 12 and had a failing hing leg, cataracts and arthritis. His eyes required drops, and pain meds with his food. Walking him was hard, but only to see him struggle, it gave me great joy to be able to give him all of my patience and attention in love in such a difficult time. I recently moved to Anchorage and haven’t been working here yet, taking time to enjoy being able to explore and have fun with winter sports. My schedule is completely open, i have no other obligations at this time, other than taking care of my own pets We have a large backyard here that our dog can run around and play in during the potty breaks, which is great for her as she loves to run. I take Chuli with me for most all of my hikes and drives around the area.

About: Hello! My name is Elise! I’m from Alaska, I moved here in October. I grew up with many different animals. I’ve had many dogs, cats, as well as bunnies, horses and I’ve cared for birds. I love animals very much and I am very good at taking care of them. I’ve been pet sitting since I was about 14 but not really officially since I was 16. I’ve trained quite a few puppies and I’ve helped birth a lot of cats and dogs. About: Hello Rover! I have spent my entire life around dogs of all breeds and have experience taking care of a wide variety of personality types! I have a 10 year old Australian Shepherd named Oliver so I am very familiar with high maintenance/active dog breeds. I'm currently taking a month long break from work before starting a new job. What better way to make some extra money in the down time than taking care of dogs? I am located close to several wooded trails as well as Kincaid park, where I frequent with my own Australian Shepherd Oliver. With such an active breed, we are out and about multiple times each day.

About: I don’t remember life without dogs. I truly enjoy meeting new dogs. I currently have a mini Maltese that has traveled the world with me. I once spent a few days in quarantine with him prior to entering a foreign island. I’m currently working from home and have all the time in the world to love your pet. About: I’ve always had a love for animals since I was a little girl. I’ve also known that my future career path was going to be something to do with fur babies. I have taken 2 years of a veterinary medicine course in high school, which also gave me the opportunity to get a certification. I was also part of Veterinary Medicine CDE and we went to state and got runner up. This is sort of like a competition that tests you on the basics of veterinary medicine. I worked for Ashcroft Boarding facility and worked there for about a year before leaving for college. I have been pet sitting for 3 years now! At the moment I’m a student at CSU. I coach high school and club volleyball. I work at Facette medical spa and hair salon. My normal hours are 8:45am to 1 pm. My work schedule is very flexible. Something that I think is important is listening to the fur babies wants and wishes when it comes to overnight stays. My big thing is I will always check in with the parents before making any decisions. I want the parents to feel the most comfortable when they have me in their home.

About: Our dog passed away and I miss her very much. Recently relocated to Alaska and loving it! Have extra time on my hands to care for your furry bundle. I’ll take care of her/him/them like my own. Sorry I can’t commit to a reoccurring schedule at this time. Currently between jobs (indefinitely!) so I have plenty of time until then to give your loved ones attention. I love being outdoors so plenty of fresh air is not an issue or playing inside and curling up on sofa with your fluff ball is cool too. No problem if your pet prefers their own space, I am open to all types of personalities. Happy to care for pets in your home according to your normal routine.
