“Sarah is an amazing dog walker!! She agreed to do 4 days of walks just a day before. We met up and Sarah asked great questions, which really showed me her solid knowledge of pet care. She was always on time and gave descriptive post walk summaries with photos. She even broke her toe half way through the week but continued to finish up the walks for the week. Would recommend!”

About: I am flexible and accommodating. Our family owns a 3-year-old golden doodle and I am often helping friends and neighbors with their pets. I am accustomed to small pets and large pets. I have experience taking care of older dogs with mobility challenges, dietary restrictions and administering medication. I am an active outdoor person and love to take dogs on walks, runs and hikes. I am willing to even care for farm animals. I am a homeschooling mom, therefore it is very easy for me to be flexible and accommodate variety of schedules. Since I already own a dog, my lifestyle already accommodates pet care. I am currently mostly looking to care for pets at their own home. I follow the owners directions/instructions which ensures that their pets are cared for in safe and accustomed manner.

About: I've been watching my own personal pets as well as other peoples since I was a young child. I trained my dog, a half lab/half Weimeraner to retrieve at a pretty high level. I had a three legged cat as well. I've been living with dogs my entire life and cats for the last eight years I work remotely and would prefer to house sit in a place where I can also do my work. Your pet would have someone around the majority of the time and I can take care of other business. According to the conditions and the pets stated needs. I love walking dogs and retrieving with them and it is always nice giving cats catnip if they like catnip.

About: I have taken care of friends and family pets for about 30 years. I have had dogs & cats my whole life and regard them as our fur babies; giving them the love, respect and care I would for any of my own children and others. Please call on me if you want someone to walk your pet, provide routine medicine, or drop in while working long days to give them the loving they need. We currently have 6 pets of our own to include 3 cats (Mishka, Cookie & Zeke) as well as 3 dogs (Jolene, Jack & Muffin). I am available most days 9am-2pm & 7pm-12am to include most weekends Friday 6pm - Sunday 11pm. If there is an emergency, I also have my phone beside me and am flexible to your needs. While I cannot offer i my own home for pet care, I am flexible in coming to your location. I am used to crate training, walking, feeding pets and keeping them on a regular routine that is mapped out to you and their needs.

“Great communication! Sent updates and photos. Griff is looking forward to his next walk with Brandon.”

I work from home, which allows me to give your pet walks, frequent outdoor time in our spacious backyard, and lots of attention throughout the day. While I’m new to Rover, I’ve spent years caring for my own pets and those of friends and family. I also volunteered at the Adopt-A-Cat shelter in Anchorage weekly from 2021-2024. I treat every animal like one of my own, and your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities. Pet care seamlessly fits into my daily routine, as I work from home Monday-Friday. I can guarantee your dog will get a walk through the neighborhood, and my spacious backyard allows for frequent outdoor playtime. You can be sure your pet will get the attention and care they deserve throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 10 years and started getting paid for dog, cat, and bunny sitting 7 years ago. I currently work full-time with three days off from Tuesday through Thursday. I work late shifts from 1:30-10:30pm Friday through Monday with the flexibility to go home whenever it is convenient for me. I love 5 minutes away from work making it easy for me to check in on your fur baby. At my home, your fur baby will have a bed, toys, food (including home cooked if requested) frequent visits to parks and walks. At your home, I will follow instructions on what is available to your fur baby and when.

“Stefanie was absolutely amazing with our two mutts. One of them is more mellow and the other is a very feisty young puppy, so it can be interesting walking them both. She quickly picked up on their different temperaments and approached them accordingly. She texted adorable updates and pictures for each walk. She was also so considerate she even offered to clean up the floor a bit since the walks were very muddy. Not only is she extremely reliable, she went above and beyond offering to help since we had a water leak but were out of state. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone.”

“Outstanding communication and great pictures from Pippa's walks. We will absolutely work with Gabi again.”

“Thank you Alexa for being so flexible with my last minute request and your great communication!”

“Izzy was very sweet, prompt and communicative with pics and messages - one of my pups was a sad baby and wouldn’t come out of hiding to go walk (not Izzy’s fault at all!) but the other pup was thrilled to be out and about with her. Will book with her again!”

William M.
“William was so attentive to detail around caring for our dogs, watering the plants, and generally keeping our house in order. William was flexible about the days of our trip when I asked if we could adjust them a bit. He kept us informed about the dogs while we were away, and the house was perfectly neat when we returned, and the dogs were content. William F.
“I've known William for well over a decade, and in that time watched him care for a feisty little dog named Kilo, grow up with a childhood dog & cat, take care of a second dog (in addition to Kilo) and hedgehog for several years. Anyone who knows him knows he has an unusual large volume of pet experience, and has always responded to medical issues instantly! Honestly, maybe he should take care of me next. He's overflowing with love to give, and as someone who has lived with him, I can say with certainty he doesn't put off taking dogs for a walk because he's too tired, and always picks up dog poop. Sad how many dog owners can't say the same! William is an example pet caretaker, and to me it's obvious he will regularly exceed owners' expectations of him!”

Adelmi Y.
“I can't say enough good things about Adelmi as a dog sitter. She has been absolutely amazing with my Yorkie, Miloh. From the very first time they met, I could see how comfortable and happy he was around her. Adelmi has a natural way with dogs—gentle, caring, and very attentive to their needs. What I appreciate most is how responsible and communicative she is. I always get regular updates, cute photos, and little notes about how Miloh is doing, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. She genuinely treats him like her own, making sure he gets enough playtime, snuggles, and all the attention he craves. Miloh can be a bit particular, but Adelmi is patient and intuitive she knows how to handle his quirks and routines with care. It’s such a relief to know he’s in safe, loving hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for your pup, Adelmi is truly the best!”
