About: I have lived with cats my entire life, and own two currently. I regularly check on friends cats and dogs when they are out of town (for the past 10 years), so I am confident in my abilities to give your pets the attention they need while you're away. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with patience, attention, and respect. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, medication reminders, enrichment, or just some extra companionship while you're away, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. I work remotely as a postdoc for UAF and my schedule can be flexible to work with yours/your pets needs! I enjoy spending time outdoors, and I’m happy to provide walks, drop-in visits, and active outings tailored to your pet’s needs. I’m reliable, communicative, and will always send updates so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. From puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats — I know what it takes to administer love and care during all developmental stages of life! My heart is full when I get to see either a happy dog tail-wag or a purrfectly content cat make biscuits. On weekends, I can take care of your pet at any time! I’ll make sure to provide a safe environment for everyone. I will care for your pet according to your instructions. If I am at your home, I will abide by your house rules and care for your pet accordingly. Your pet will be safe and cared for in my care.
