My Siberian husky, X, is very energetic and has a mind of his own off leash, so leaving him with anyone is always a little nerve-wracking for me. Crystal was incredibly attentive and patient with him, taking the time to ensure he could play safely with other dogs while keeping a close eye on him. She was flexible when I needed to extend his stay due to an unforeseen family situation, which eased a lot of my anxiety. What impressed me most was how well Crystal communicated — she asked thoughtful questions to understand X’s needs and kept me updated regularly with pictures and videos. Knowing she cared so much made leaving my “escape artist” baby much easier. I feel extremely confident recommending Crystal to anyone who wants their dog to be loved and well cared for.”

“If I could put 10 stars I would! I have two large very lovable high energy dogs and her house is set up perfectly!! My fiancé and I left town for our bachelor/bachelorette parties and my flight got delayed she was able to watch the dogs after our agreed pick up time. “This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs with other people, let alone strangers. We went to do a meet and greet beforehand and didn’t know quite what to expect. Ryan and Chelsea were great with both of them from the start. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very open. While we were away he kept us updated with how they were doing and sent us photos and videos often. That made it so much easier to enjoy our trip and not have to worry how they were doing. When we went to pick them up, our dogs were excited to see us, but made sure to get last pets from Ryan. We know they are in good hands with Ryan and Chelsea.
