“Crystal and her little doggy spa were AH-MAZING!!! 🐶💗 The way she has it arranged and keeps the number of dogs to a low ratio is what I particularly liked. It allows for more one on one attention and interaction. 😊 It’s very clean and organized. The dogs even have their own TV playing the animal channel. 🤩 The large, completely fenced yard is a bonus!! My dog was so happy when I came to pick him up; he didn’t want to leave Crystal! This is now the ONLY place my dogs will go when I have to be away from them!! Ryan and Chelsea were great with both of them from the start. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very open. While we were away he kept us updated with how they were doing and sent us photos and videos often. That made it so much easier to enjoy our trip and not have to worry how they were doing. When we went to pick them up, our dogs were excited to see us, but made sure to get last pets from Ryan. We know they are in good hands with Ryan and Chelsea. Tito was hesitant of his new surroundings and other cats at first, and Sondrea made sure to help him feel calm and comfortable while he adjusted. Our usual Petsitter was unavailable and it’s usually difficult to find someone who can take care of our three pups all at once. However we booked Sarah and she did a wonderful job! Daily pictures and updates were great and showed our pups settling in. We were initially concerned about other pups also being booked at the same time as ours but Sarah managed it well. Our pups seemed happy and well taken care of. We will definitely book care with Sarah again! Thank you Sarah!
Cole was fantastic with Velvet, my 2-year-old rambunctious Norwegian Elkhound (who had truthfully run a few of my friends out of town). Cole sent me photos every day of a two week long vacation, obviously extending a lot of care to make sure Velvet was exercised in the middle of an early March cold snap. And that was after watching Velvet for the prior weekend, so I'm surprised Cole wasn't over my energetic doof of a dog! Cole was also extremely accommodating when travel plans threw curves our way, and we picked Velvet up a couple hours later than anticipated. I really appreciated his grace and kindness and would recommend him a thousand percent.
Kerry was amazing! She kept us updated throughout our whole boarding time. She was very accommodating to our dog who has severe anxiety, and even went out of her way to get our dog a new tag after the old one broke. Would definitely want to board our dog again with her! :)
Wow! I never got a chance to meet Joseph but Lisa was amazing! Upon contact we set up the dates and then a meet and greet. It was nice getting to do the meetup as it gave me an idea of what to expect. This was my first experience hiring a dog sitter through Rover for the purpose of dog boarding. Lisa sent me a pic of my pet Paizley as she was looking happy being there. Upon pick up, my pet resisted wanting to go home. Lol!! So that was a good sign. I definitely recommend Joseph & Lisa's services for your dog boarding/sitting needs.
