I come from an agriculture background, which has allowed me to care for all kinds of pets. Most importantly, I’ve cared for cats & dogs during all their life stages. About: I have 2 puppies, one is a year old and the other is 7 months! I have dog sat my friend’s and family members dogs before I moved to Montana! I haven’t had much experience with cats but I would love to start! I usually walk my dogs twice a day and I feel like walking other dogs during those days would be so fun! I also love to meet different pets :) I clean very well and I love dogs & cats! I haven’t been able to take care of a cat yet but I want to at some point!

About: Current medical student with so much motivation to get outside with my dog in between studying. When I was a kid, I always wanted a dog….but we owned everything except a dog due to our lack of a yard. To solve this, I would knock on my neighbors doors to walk and play with their dogs everyday. Now I can finally continue my love into adulthood. My rescue dog, Cowboy, would also love a furry friend. He was the dog the shelter used to socialize their dogs and I’m sure he misses it. I hope I can help you out and use the knowledge I’ve gained from training him and the dogs in my childhood to love and care for your friend! I work from home and have plenty of time to care for your pet. I take my dog on 2 walks a day and spend a lot of time playing, training, and cuddling. I would love to share this time with your pet too. I have a fully enclosed private back yard. Right outside my front door is a short walk to a park and many other walking trails.

About: I have been cat sitting and dog walking for the past two years for coworkers and family friends- and now I’m on Rover too! I’ve got two golden retrievers of my own who I love dearly as well! I am a student at the University of Vermont studying political science and english! During the summers I come home to Anchorage, Alaska. I love all things outdoors- hiking, running, you name it. I have also been working part time at Middle Way Cafe (in Anchorage) for almost 3 years. Because I have grown up with animals, I feel confident in my ability to care for them. I also volunteer at our local animal shelters and am passionate about finding animals good homes! I value communication and will update you on your pets mood, send pictures, etc. I have a lot of experience with anxious dogs, so rest assured your pets are in good hands even if they tend to be nervous when you leave.

About: I love dogs, I like to do what they want! We live in Anchorage so dogs close by are preferable. We would love to do dog walks or drop in visits. We get outside a lot and like to get off leash if it's a safe area and your dog won't take off. Otherwise retractable leashes are the way to go. We are responsible about picking up dog poop. We will show your dog a good time! We will customize our care for your dog, just let us know any details you need us to know. On walks we will keep them on a leash unless it’s a dog park or an off leash area and know that they will return to our command. Whatever schedule is required is fine. Must check the calendar before full schedule is decided. Just let us know what time the walk would need to be and it should be fine. We can do a dog walks as needed, and I may have my son‘s help out. We usually try to keep them on, always to be safe.

I ask for feedback the first couple of visits in case there are any adjustments. With you being the primary owner, you are the expert and I want to ensure the best care according to you!
