Madeline & Karen W.

“She took wonderful care of my Sky, and at a very last minute decision too. Sky was happily exhausted by the time I picked him up which shows just how much fun he had while in their custody. Another great thing was she updated me on the activities of the dogs, and how my dog was feeling throughout the entire process. It was wonderful!”

Sharon & Michael C.

“Sharon and Michael were great with my 10 month old Australian shepherd. She came home worn out which is hard to do with all the energy she has. They quickly accepted my last minute request and I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands.”

Carissa B.
“Very nice people and Ryker was very happy when I arrived to pick up! Think he played too hard because he was asleep two seconds after I put him in the car lol”

Erica K.

“Erica was a great puppy sitter! Easy to communicate with and her home was super clean. Erica gave me some updates which was nice! Would definitely use her again!”

Klarissa L.

“Klarissa was fantastic! Had my dog out and about on a trail, which my dog absolutely adores. And most important was her patience, because my pup has a bit of anxious barking :). I would highly, highly recommend her!”

Addie R.

“Had a great experience with doggy daycare with Addie! My dog came home happy after plenty of playtime with other dogs in the yard and naps. I was sent several pictures and updates during the day, which I appreciated. Addie was also incredibly accommodating of a last minute change in my work schedule. I will definitely be using Addie for daycare again!”

Elizaveta M.
“If you’re looking for someone to treat your furry pawed baby like their own, you found her! Liza is so sweet and caring. My dog is a little special and requires lots of belly rubs, this was no problem for her. She is very reliable and does an excellent job. I can’t recommend her enough!”

Orawan S.

“I have only good things to say about Orawan! Honestly, I kinda want to keep how great she is a secret, but that wouldn’t be fair to all the pups that she can give such great care to! 😊”

Iain M.
“Iain has pet sit and walked my dog multiple times. There are honestly few people that my dog gets so excited to see. Iain has always been reliable and most importantly safe. I rest easy knowing that Iain has my dog!”

Tessa M.

“Sophie seems to love hanging out with Tessa and her pooches and always comes home tired. It’s such a peace of mind to have a safe and fun family that Sophie spend time with.”

Nicole I.
“Nicole is a wonderful person for Lucy. We’re a bit jealous that Lucy preferred staying over there rather than coming home. Your pooch is in good hands with Nicole. Thank you for watching miss Lucy!”

Sandra V.

“Day care and boarding at Sandra’s is the best of the best! Poppy has the best time with her and the other dogs! When she comes home, she’s tired and happy!”

Sammie N.
“Sammie is great with pets! She is patient and loving and our dog loves her. She took care of our aging dog with great care and love! I would highly recommend her for pet sitting.”

Adabelle M.

“My dog was totally worn out when came to pick-up after a day of day care. It is very hard to deplete my dogs energy, so I know Adabelle spent much of her day playing with my dog. She kept me informed by text and pictures, I definitely recommend Adabelle for dog care. Thank you Adabelle!”

About: I have owned my senior dog, Bella -- a Boxer, since she was 8 months old. My husband and I have had multiple dogs together for the last 9 years. Two have passed, one in 2021 and the other in early 2023, related to age. We missed them terribly and have since adopted a puppy in May 2023, so when Bella's time comes we will not be facing the next loss so soon. However, because Bella doesn't have the energy she used to, our younger pup, Lucy -- an American Bulldog, could use an occasional playmate. I thought that since we have needed people to care for our dogs when we are away, we could try hosting someone else's dog, and it could be a win-win situation for both of us. I do work full time and have a varied schedule. Since I am trying this for the first time, I will open up a few blocks on my schedule when I know I have a few days at a time available, so I can provide lots of supervised time with our fur babies. Lucy is a sweet, gentle, goofy, cuddly girl. She loves to bounce and tug and play, and Bella is not always up to her antics! We have a fenced in back yard, where the dogs can run and play outside. We live near the VCA East clinic in NE Anchorage. Our home is calm and peaceful, as it's just us two empty nesters and our dogs now. We have an oversized dog bed with plenty of extra room and a fireplace -- a popular spot to warm up after being outside. I do have many houseplants, so I'd need to know if your pup might have an interest in those. I am a nurse by profession and am experienced at giving medication and am willing to keep a dog who may need special care.

About: I have plenty of experience with a range of different pets. Ever since I was a kid, I have always had a pet to look after and love. I have had experience with puppies, kittens, hamsters, and yes even GOATS! I work primarily on the weekends during the night, so throughout the week I have a lot of time to myself. My schedule besides working on the weekends is very open and never busy. I care for my pets by taking care of their needs. This doesn't just include feeding, watering, walking, etc.. but also includes making them feel loved and cared for when you are not at home!

About: Dogs are my happy place! I will cuddle your pup, let them run around my yard, go to the dog park, and make sure they feel just as loved as they do at home. I’m studying in the Physical Therapist Asst program at UAA, but I live less than 10 minutes from campus and spend my evenings at home. I have a yard and an energetic dog of my own to keep your bff company while you are away. He loves other dogs and will happily romp around with your fur baby!

Satieva R.
“I trusted her with my boy (a deer head chihuahua) and am satisfied with her exceptional level of care and the attention given to him throughout his stay. She was great with video chats and pictures of him through the day! She is capable, available, kind and loving to her own chihuahuas and I have seen that she gives this level of care to mine as well. Animals just love her. You can't go wrong trusting her with your furry loved ones too.”
