“Gabriela was amazing with my 5 year old husky Sol. I was away on a 3 week trip and he was staying with my mom but since she works during the day I needed drop in visits to make sure he’s taken care of. She came to check on him twice a day and even made herself available for last minute needs. I really appreciated all the updates and pictures she sent and she followed all my detailed instructions exactly. I hate going away on longer trips and leaving my dog but knowing he’s in good hands gave me peace of mind. She walked him, played with him, fed him, and kept his water bowl clean. Most importantly, he was kept safe and she was cautious on walks per my instructions about his reactivity. She took good care of the house too and kept everything clean and secure by setting our alarm/locking up properly. Very trustworthy and reliable sitter! You can tell she has so much love for dogs and understands that they’re not just a pet - they’re truly our fur babies and precious family members. I even came back from my trip to the sweetest note with an adorable gift for Sol. I’ve never had a sitter do that before. She truly went above and beyond and I will definitely continue to book with her!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals since 1997; from dogs/cats-reptiles/fish & I was taught to treat them with just as much care, love & respect that you’d give a child. I’m familiar with their care, needs & certain levels of training. That being said, I hope to have the chance to meet yours & care for them while you're away! I currently work from home & have had some extra time on my hands. I recently came across Rover & thought it would be a perfect way to invest my spare time in an intentional/purposeful & financially lucrative way. I can work around most schedules, whether that’s weekends, early mornings or evenings. The best part about animals is that they’re all so different & unique in their own special way; which calls for a different level of care from pet-pet, not 1 animal is the same in my opinion. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Justine. I had a sitter no show the morning of my trip and was honestly panicking. Justine stepped in with only a couple of hours’ notice, came right over, asked smart, caring questions, and immediately put me at ease. My two rabbits, Bunbun and Baby, have very unique care needs, and I’m normally pretty nervous leaving them. Justine was attentive, communicative, and so thorough. She kept me updated every step of the way, check-ins, updates, and tons of photos every day. She even brought my garbage can back in from the street, which was so thoughtful. What impressed me most is that Bunbun and Baby seemed to warm up to her faster than they usually would with someone new, which says everything about her calm, patient energy. I felt completely comfortable having her in my home and for the first time, I was able to just enjoy my vacation without worry. I’m so genuinely grateful Justine was there. It’s a big step of faith letting a stranger watch over your fur baby, but I want to make sure both you and them are comfortable in every possible way that you need. We also have a doggy door that leads to the backyard for them to sunbathe at their leisure. We live in a very friendly quiet neighborhood near a park. Send me a message! I’d be happy to watch your fur baby if needed I currently work Monday-Friday and I’m home after 3pm. I’m off weekends so I have more free time if you are away for the weekend. I live with my mom and she doesn’t work, so your fur baby will always have company. My backyard is fenced in and we also have a doggy door that allows your pet to come in and out of the house freely.
