“Brian and Eunice were great! Received tons of photo updates of Mochi and I loved it so much. Was feeling anxious with him staying with a new family for 5 nights, but I felt so much better after all the updates and seeing how well Mochi was doing with their family. My fur baby was well taken care of. Mochi became part of their family. Thank you again Brian and Eunice! We will definitely be booking with them again 🥰”

“This was the first time we left our pup an extended stay and the meet and greet immediately put us at ease. Our pup made new furry friends and enjoyed his walks. He had no problem eating and came home happy and well cared for. We also appreciated the updates, even though we only had intermittent cell service while we were away. We'd definitely book again!”

“Cindy cared for our dog for 7 days and 6 nights. She’s absolutely the best dog sitter ever. She took superb care of our pet and even sent us adorable pictures and videos of our dog during her stay. I highly recommend her and plan on utilizing her again for future vacations.”

“Georgia is exceptional! My 13 year old ragdoll Meow Meow who has medical Needs needed a last minute place to stay. Georgia was attentive to all medical needs and provided a great place away from home. Meow Meow usually takes time to acclimate to a new environment but with Georgia's care she settled right in and had a great time! Highly recommended!!”

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Fiona!! She kept me updated with regular tests about my pup, which gave me so much peace of mind, and she truly made him feel right at home! The moment I picked him up, I could tell he was so happy and comfortable in her care. It means everything to know your pup is in such great hands I highly recommend her!!”

“Family oriented treated our baby like their own. We are always worried how he will be cared but we fell secured after receiving updates most of the time throughout the day with pictures in their house and walking around. That was very nice of them to do that. Actually this was a trial to see how our bby would react but it seems he luvs it. So, we are planning another stay soon and the long 10days stays. Thank you for your care and patience with our bby.”

“From the Meet and Greet with Preetika and her husband, I knew that our morkiepoo would be cared for and safe. They were accommodating that I got to bring our dog’s big doggy playpen to their home. Our dog got along with her Shitzu who was a calm presence to her. Kaley settled in after a day of staying with Preetika for her week long stay. We appreciate her caring nature and won’t hesitate to use Preetika again in the future.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mountain House
Bella enjoyed her stay with Brian, Eunice, Pax, Nellie, and friends! She was clearly well cared for, looked wonderful when she came home, and seemed happy, relaxed, and comfortable. We loved receiving updates, especially the photos of her playing, eating, and having fun, and knowing she was in such good hands. Thank you for taking such great care of her—we will definitely be booking again!

Highly recommended. We went on a week long trip overseas and it was our dog, Yuni’s, first time being watched by anyone else. And Yuni was super comfortable. Jingxian/Angel sent us pictures everyday to give us peace of mind that Yuni was safe and comfortable. As the days went on, so did Yunis comfort level. The pictures evolved from just walking to playing. 10/10 would recommend!

Jillian was wonderful during our pet's 8-night stay! As a first-time Rover user, I was so impressed by her friendly communication and the periodic photo and video updates she shared. She has a fantastic large backyard where our pet and her dog became fast friends. Jillian is clearly a natural with animals—she even manages other farm animals in a separate section of her property. We will definitely be booking with her again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
