“Cher and Gil always find a way to make our pup feel like the VIP!!! He loves staying here, and we never have to stress or worry when he is here! They are the BEST!!!”

“Brian and Eunice were great! Received tons of photo updates of Mochi and I loved it so much. Was feeling anxious with him staying with a new family for 5 nights, but I felt so much better after all the updates and seeing how well Mochi was doing with their family. My fur baby was well taken care of. Mochi became part of their family. Thank you again Brian and Eunice! We will definitely be booking with them again 🥰”

“Cristal is absolutely amazing. I don’t think my baby even wanted to leave 😅 benji got to make some friends, taken on walks and lots of play time. Cristal sent me pictures and updates the entire time, and I can 100% say me and Benji both were very comfortable and will be back 😄”

“We were very grateful to find someone that loves dogs and has a passion for caring for them when their owners need to be away. Our dog was safe & well taken care of. Thank you Monisa & David!”

“We felt very reassured that Osler was in capable hands during his stay. Kent is very knowledgeable about pet care and cares a great deal about them. Our dog is older and is timid, but acclimated to Kent’s pack very well. We would not hesitate to have Kent care for Osler for longer periods of time in the future.”

“We appreciate Sujit for always taking great care of Zooco while we were away. He is very patient and understanding with us and with our fur baby. We will definitely go back to him in the future as long as he still wants us. Thank you so much, Sujit!”

“Anton is the best. He showed Jack so much attention and affection. He treated him like he was his own. When Jack needed snuggles, Anton was there with a lap and lots of scratches. Anton is the best communicator. He sends tons of great pictures and videos. I'm so very happy that we found Anton. Jack can't wait to visit again!”

“Kristine is so nice! She responds to messages pretty quickly and sends video updates. Her huge and clean backyard was great for Kobe who loves to play fetch. We are already planning for Kobe’s next time with them. Thanks, Kristine!”

“Trisha took wonderful care of my 8 y.o. Lab. He came home from a 3 night stay very happy and seemed like he had a nice time in her home. Great communication, easy pickup/dropoff, sent pics etc. Will use her again!”

“Kirsten, Kristian and her kids are great with our dog! They made her feel right at home, sent updates, played with her, took her for walks and even got spoiled on the couch and bed. We’re very happy we found our go-to dog sitters now.”

“Julie was very kind to Reepicheep and it was clear she wanted her to be comfortable. Caring for a senior cat with multiple medical conditions can be challenging, and I’ve realized that I personally value very detailed communication throughout a stay.”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with over 10 years of experience volunteering with dog rescues, fostering dogs, and caring for pups of all personalities. I also founded a nonprofit dog rescue to help street dogs in India, so providing safe, loving care isn't just something I do, it's a big part of my life. I'm especially experienced with shy, fearful dogs and dogs with medical needs, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, and paying attention to the little things that help a dog feel secure. I welcome dog-friendly adult dogs into my home, where they'll be treated like family. Your pup will enjoy multiple walks each day, plenty of playtime and cuddles, lots of photo updates, and almost constant companionship. I mostly work from home with occasional outings of about 3 to 4 hours when necessary. My goal is for every dog to have their own little vacation while you're away, with plenty of love, enrichment, and personalized care, so you can relax knowing they're happy, safe, and well cared for. easily adapt to each dog's routine and individual needs. A typical day includes a walk first thing in the morning, another around lunchtime, one in the evening, and a final walk before bedtime. Dogs are fed twice a day (or according to their normal schedule), with lots of playtime, enrichment, cuddles, and potty breaks throughout the day. My goal is to keep your dog comfortable by maintaining a routine that's as close as possible to what they're used to at home. Every dog adjusts to a new environment differently, so I always let them set the pace. I give new dogs time to decompress, explore, and get comfortable without overwhelming them. Building trust comes first. I follow your dog's routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions. My home is calm, safe, and dog-friendly, and I closely supervise interactions to make sure every dog feels secure. My goal is to create a low-stress environment where your dog can relax, feel at home, and enjoy their stay.
“I am very happy with the choice I made by having Linh watch my dog, Sabaka. It's hard finding the right sitter who can actually handle and take care of him. He requires a lot of attention and a lot of walks! Linh and her husband made sure to accommodate all of his needs! When I went to pick him up, Linh's husband brought him out. As soon as we left, Sabaka began crying because he was already missing him. I highly recommend booking your dog's vacation with Linh. It will be the ultimate "vacation" for your dog. You will see... Linh constantly updated me with information, sent me pictures and video footage of Sabaka. He went on so many walks and to the dog park all in just 2 days. I'm sure Sabaka can't wait to see them again!”

“Thank you, Kim & Chris, for taking such great care of our little Mazzie. I have terrible anxiety leaving our rescue pup. But with your loving care, all of my anxiety went away knowing that Mazzie would be well cared for. We look forward to booking with you again.”

“Megan was fantastic with Xavier! She took him out for plenty of hikes and made sure he got plenty of exercise. Especially appreciate how she was able to find ways to get him out before/after all of the rain during another "atmospheric river". She kept us updated and shared pictures and videos that really put our minds at ease as we saw how happy he looked. Really appreciated the wonderful care and attention - would definitely book with her again!”

“Frankie & Bonnie had a great time with Cindy & Canelo! They ran around at dog parks, snuggled on the couches, chewed on bones and came home exhausted but happy. Thanks for taking care of my babies while we were gone!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mountain House
My dog Kash had the pleasure of staying with Cheridyn & Gil overnight and he had a great time. I really loved how they sent updates since it was his first time staying with them, to let me know he was adjusting well and how he was doing. I’m so glad I found someone so close to home and someone I would trust.

Bella enjoyed her stay with Brian, Eunice, Pax, Nellie, and friends! She was clearly well cared for, looked wonderful when she came home, and seemed happy, relaxed, and comfortable. We loved receiving updates, especially the photos of her playing, eating, and having fun, and knowing she was in such good hands. Thank you for taking such great care of her—we will definitely be booking again!

Highly recommended. We went on a week long trip overseas and it was our dog, Yuni’s, first time being watched by anyone else. And Yuni was super comfortable. Jingxian/Angel sent us pictures everyday to give us peace of mind that Yuni was safe and comfortable. As the days went on, so did Yunis comfort level. The pictures evolved from just walking to playing. 10/10 would recommend!

Jillian was wonderful during our pet's 8-night stay! As a first-time Rover user, I was so impressed by her friendly communication and the periodic photo and video updates she shared. She has a fantastic large backyard where our pet and her dog became fast friends. Jillian is clearly a natural with animals—she even manages other farm animals in a separate section of her property. We will definitely be booking with her again!
