“This is the second time that Gabriela pet sit for me and she was awesome! She took great care of my cats. I felt at ease knowing my cats were well taken care of and it allowed me to really focus on our family time during our vacation without having to check in on the cats constantly during our trip. Thanks, Gabriela!”

She sent us reassuring and helpful updates, and we came home to a happy cat and a clean “cat room” as well. We’ve already rebooked for our next trip, and would definitely recommend her.”

I offer a fun, happy and stress-free environment for pets filled with lots of love, care and stimulation for doggies. I am very active and love to take my dogs on walks, adventures, and do fun activities with them. I also have obedience trained all of my dogs and have always had the patience and passion. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to work when I want and where I want. I am able to give pets lots of attention, love and company. I am available everyday of the week. I have a fenced in yard with 3 dogs of all sizes to keep your pup company. I offer lots of play time and stimulation so your pet will never be bored or feel lonely.

About: I've had dogs my entire life so I have experience with dogs of all ages. I currently have a dog and two cats, and I'm also trusted in my neighborhood and amongst family and friends as someone to watch their animals when they're gone. Im a full time college student but I usually always have my own animals in my bedroom with me, sitting under (or on top of) my desk while I work. I have a friendly dog who absolutely loves play dates, so your dog would never get bored. My backyard is quite large so the dogs have tons of room to run around and play. The fences are regularly checked for holes under them to ensure our dog can't get out. I also have two large cat cages in my home where each of my cats sleep, but if needed, they can sleep in the same cage and the other one can be used to provide your pet some privacy, with their own food and water dishes. I have many many many interactive cat toys so even while i'm working, they can play with the toys that are attached to my desk and walls, along with scratching posts.

She provided drop-ins to primarily feed our fur babies; and she ensured their blankets were in their beds, tidied up the garage and yard, and played with them while she was at the house. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Mountain House. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
