“We were nervous hiring someone for the first time and Tina’s profile stood out. We met her in person before the services and she seemed like a wonderful person. She watched our cat for 2 days and we got so many pictures and videos. Our boy liked her from the moment he met her during meet and greet and I think she liked him too. Wonderful service and we highly recommend her. We are happy to have found someone that we can use again to watch our pets. Thank you Tina”

“Absolutely amazing. Will use and recommend for everyone going forward. Showed up on time, super friendly, kept up to date on everything, and photos every check in! Havok loved them! We asked if they could help with something else small while checking on him, and they went above and beyond for that as well. Thank you Wendy and Daniela!!”

“Amazing! First time using Rover and couldn’t have had a better experience. They were prompt, courteous, and kept me up to date the entire time! Highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again!”

“We were lucky to find Joanne and have her look after our cat, Max. He's a shy one and hides a lot. She must have superpowers because he came to her and let her pet him right away. She was punctual and let us know how he was doing every day with lots of pictures. Thanks Joanne, we really appreciate you looking after Max and will definitely be contacting you for future bookings.”

About: Hi! I’m so excited to be back on Rover and caring for pets again! I’ve had a lifelong passion for animals, and caring for them has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. About: 🐾Love By Pets. Recommended by humans. Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with decades of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, breeds, temperaments, and care levels. Improving the lives of animals is my passion. Every pet that enters my care is treated like family, receiving the same love, patience, respect, protection and individualized attention I would want for my own beloved pets. Whether you have a puppy, a fragile senior, a pregnant or nursing mother, a shy rescue, or a pet with medical, behavioral, or anxiety-related challenges, I provide compassionate, personalized care tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, enriching, stress-free and FUN experience that allows pets to thrive while giving their owners complete peace of mind. ✨ Experience Includes: • All ages. Puppies, kittens (bottle feeding ok 👍🏻), seniors, and hospice care • Pregnant animals and nursing mothers • Medication administration and specialized care plans • Medical, behavioral, and anxiety-related conditions • Fearful, reactive, rescue, and special-needs pets • Giant breeds (120–200+ lbs), toy breeds, and everything in between • Bully breeds, guardian breeds, working dogs, and high-drive breeds • Exotic and specialty felines • Birds, reptiles, and small animals • Multi-pet households My experience extends far beyond traditional pet sitting. I have spent years working with animal rescues and participating in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and community cat programs, helping care for and advocate for vulnerable animals. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of animal behavior, body language, trust-building, and how to safely handle pets with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds. I have also been honored to participate in efforts supporting families through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, including helping facilitate meaningful visits for children whose wish was to spend time with animals and pets. These experiences further strengthened my commitment to compassion, reliability, and providing comfort during life’s most meaningful moments. Caring for others—both human and animal—is at the heart of everything I do. Communication is one of my highest priorities. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and honest communication throughout your pet’s stay so you can relax and enjoy your time away knowing your family member is safe, happy, and loved. 💗 What Makes My Care Different? • Personalized, one-on-one attention for the duration • Flexible and accommodating scheduling • Solo daycare available upon request • Extended stays welcome • Customized routines tailored to your pet • Calm, loving, family-oriented environment • Experience with pets requiring advanced handling skills • Care from someone who genuinely loves animals and understands their individual needs Many of my clients become long-term members of my pet-care family. I’m proud to have earned the trust of repeat clients who rely on me to care for everything from tiny teacups and exotic pets to giant breeds, working dogs, bully breeds, seniors, rescues, and pets with complex medical or behavioral needs. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else is a big decision. That’s why I focus on building trust, maintaining open communication, and ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, understood, and loved from the moment they arrive. I look forward to welcoming your furry, feathered, or scaly family member and giving them the same level of care, compassion, and attention I would give my own. Because every pet deserves more than just a sitter—they deserve family. 🐾💕 My schedule revolves around pet care already. Caring for animals has been a major part of my daily life for many years through pet care/sitting/walking etc, animal rescue work, and caring for my own pets. While your pet is with me, this is their time and all of my focus and attention is on them for the duration of the booking. This allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, enrichment, playtime, companionship, medication administration when needed, and plenty of supervision throughout the day. I strive to keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible so they feel safe, comfortable, and at home while you’re away. Whether your pet needs extra attention, a flexible schedule, or specialized care, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs. Every pet is unique, so I tailor my care to each animal’s individual personality, routine, and needs. Before every booking, I take the time to learn about feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medications, favorite activities, fears, quirks, and any special instructions. Owner guidance and instructions are key to providing the best possible booking and any information provided will be followed closely (and greatly appreciated!). One thing that sets my care apart is that I do not use kennels or crates unless they are already part of your pet’s normal routine and you specifically request it. My goal is for pets to feel comfortable, secure, and at home—not confined unnecessarily. For families looking for a more personalized experience, I also offer accommodations such as Private Doggy Daycare, Private Kitty Daycare, Private Canine Camp, and Private Kitty Camp, where your pet can be the only guest in my care for the duration of their stay. I am always happy to discuss special requests and customize care whenever possible. Whether caring for a tiny breed, a giant breed, a working dog, a bully breed, a senior pet, or a rescue animal with unique needs, safety, comfort, and individualized attention always come first.

Kieran was super nice and was always on time . I will absolutely hire him again and definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable pet sitter thanks Kieran

Angel took care of my 11 year old boxer during lunches the last week to let her out to potty. She went above and beyond to make sure Stella got extra love while she was there. My girl is shy and has lots of energy for an 11 year old boxer. It is easy to see Angel has love her animals!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
