About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I grew up with my childhood dog and cared for him for 17 years until he passed away. I now have three huskies, so taking care of dogs is a big part of my everyday life. I’m reliable, patient, and comfortable with high-energy dogs. I know how important it is to have someone you trust taking care of your pets while you’re away, and I’ll follow their normal routine, give them plenty of attention, and keep you updated with pictures along the way. I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. About: I’ve had all types of dogs and cats throughout my 58 years of life. I currently have two beautiful Rottweilers whom I love dearly. Now that I’m retired, my goal is to get some land and have an animal rescue. I like spending time with animals more than people. I am retired so my days are spent spending time with my two Rottweilers and going to the gym and that’s about it. I have plenty of time to help care for animals that need me. I will care for your dog in whatever way you request. My schedule with them will be exactly what you want it to be. Both my Rottweilers sleep in my bed with me so if your dogs normally sleep in the bed with you, I will do that too. Actually it’s my favorite 🥰. I get sad when I have to leave my Rottweilers with family only because I know they’ll miss sleeping with me, going to their favorite park and chasing the ball, and spending the entire day with me. Animals get used to their routine and it stresses them out and makes them sad when they don’t get to do their normal things and spend time with their people. So I will try to make them as happy as they can be while you’re gone.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
