About: I truly believe pets are part of the family—and when they’re in my care, that’s exactly how I treat them. ❤️ I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including walking, drop-in visits, and caring for them in both my home and their own homes. I love getting to know each dog and figuring out what makes them happy. I’m an active, engaged pet sitter and love playing, talking to, and spending time with my furry friends. Once they’re in my care, they become part of my family. I enjoy playing with cats too, and giving them attention, but I also understand that many cats are happiest doing their own thing. I’m perfectly comfortable letting a cat have their space while keeping a watchful eye and making sure they’re safe, comfortable, fed, and cared for. My home is smoke-free, clean, calm, and pet-friendly. I keep food safely stored in cupboards and maintain a clean and sanitized environment. I’m mindful about keeping floors and common areas clean and making sure pets have a safe, comfortable place to relax. I have lengthy experience with large aquarium set ups with fish, turtles, geckos and lizards. Most importantly, I’m dependable, attentive, and respectful of your pet’s individual routine and personality. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, keep you updated while you’re away, and treat your home and belongings with the same care I would want someone to give mine. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a playmate, a quiet companion, medication reminders, a cozy place to stay, or simply someone to keep them company—I’m happy to help. Rover is my first experience charging for pet care and that’s why I don’t have many jobs posted or reviews. Previously I traded services or offered free. I have been a Trusted Housesitters member for over 6 years. Right now, I’m working during the day, so my availability is primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays. Monday–Friday: Available after 6:00 PM for evening walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. Weekends: Flexible availability for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and boarding in my home. Holidays: Available for pet care, flexible. I’m also happy to care for pets in my home M-F when the timing is a good fit. I know pets do best with consistency, so I’ll work with you to understand their normal routine and make sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. As my schedule changes, I expect to have more daytime availability in the future! When you leave your pet in someone else’s care, trust matters. I take that responsibility seriously. Your pet’s safety and well-being will always come first. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, stick to their normal routines as much as possible, and pay attention to the little things that help them feel comfortable and secure. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is doing well while you’re away. I treat your home with the same respect I would want someone to show mine. I’ll keep things clean and secure, make sure doors and gates are properly closed, and never take shortcuts when it comes to your pet’s safety. I’m dependable, attentive, and committed to doing what I say I’ll do. If something unexpected comes up, I’ll communicate with you rather than making assumptions. Most importantly, I understand that your pet isn’t “just a pet.” They’re family. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, comfortable pet—and to feel confident that they were cared for with kindness, patience, and genuine attention while you were gone. 🐾

About: I have been passionate about animals, particularly dogs, since I was a young girl. As I grew up, I have had several dogs (and cats!) of my own, and in my free time, I love to take care of family and friends' dogs. I have dog/cat sit for all ages, from puppies to senior dogs, kittens to elderly cats, big to small, reactive to docile; I love them all! I am currently between jobs, so any time that works for you and your pet works for me! Also happy to brave any weather if your pet is. I like to get acquainted with the pet through their human first: likes, dislikes, triggers (particularly sounds or things), health history (in case of any major surgeries or recoveries), diet, allergies, training, and, most importantly, favorite toys/treats.

About: I’ve been the primary caregiver of our family dog for over a decade (miss you Luna!). She was small but feisty and I have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages for friends and family! I’m a grad student and have classes and my internship to attend to Monday through Thursday, but am free in the evenings those days, and all day on the weekends! I have a peaceful home downtown for pets to roam around in, and a small, fenced outdoor space and nearby park to walk around with them.

About: I've always had a dog growing up and my parents made sure that me and my sisters were a part of training and raising a great dog. I've wanted my own pup forever and in 2019 when I was 100% ready to take on the responsibility, I got my best buddy, Atlas. We began our training at 16 weeks and are still going strong learning new skills and mastering old ones. My fiancé loves to say we "got such a great dog", but I know that Atlas and I worked our butts off to earn those compliments from strangers. In 2022 we adopted Dover into our little family giving Atlas a forever playmate. Dover is surprisingly 100% GSD which provided quite a learning curve as his training needs strongly differed from Atlas'. Working with Dover gave me a deeper understanding of dogs with separation anxiety and fear reactivity (barking) which has made me that much more prepared to work with any pup. I don't believe there are bad dogs, but every dog can have a bad day. As someone with a pup who is more reserved and particular about meeting new people, I understand the fear that comes with leaving your dog with someone new. It is my goal to love and understand your pup the same way you do so that you can feel comfortable being away. I'm embarrassingly obsessed with being the best dog owner, so I am constantly trying to learn how to best interact with dogs (and cats!) or fun new ways to engage my playful boys. I am the person friends call when they need help with their pets in any capacity-training, boarding, dog park visits, etc. My commitment to extraordinary pet care extends well past just my own boys. I can't wait to make your life as a pet parent just a little bit easier! Let's chat. 😊 I currently have a wide open schedule so I am available whenever your pet needs. I'm a morning person, so I don't mind the early morning walks. 🌞 As someone who understands that sometimes the need for short notice pet care is unavoidable, I am here to help step in when you need it most! Ever pet parent knows the best way to care for their pets, so I will always follow your guidance or suggestions. I love playing with pets and burning off that excess energy; I'm not one to just stop in and fill the water bowl-you can rest easy knowing snuggles always come after some exercise. I also love receiving updates or pictures of my boys when under someone else's care and I am happy to provide that to parents who prefer some pooch pics in the middle of the work day.

About: I’m available outside of class to take care of your best friend! I have a lot of experience dogsitting, taking care of both family and friends' pets. I get along with all dogs, from the wildly energetic to shy babies. I’m excited to be there to assist with walking, feeding, washing, or anything else that is necessary. My goal is to give your dog the best walk (or run!) of his life. I have availability before and after school on weekdays (M/W/F afternoons and evenings, T/Th mornings and evenings). Also available Saturday and Sunday with notice (flexible). I am looking to care for dogs by walking and/or spending time with them, along with feeding or other requests. My apartment is not available for hosting.

About: I’ve been around all animals since I was a young child. I will treat your babies like they are my own. I have alot of experience with puppies and senior dogs. Fur babies are always prioritized. I am available to take the dogs out 2-3 times a day as needed. Most of the time if I’m in the house the dogs with be relaxing and cuddling with me or playing with each other. If I leave or go to work the dogs are crated. I have several parks nearby so that your baby can get out, stretch, and get fresh air. I can crate your baby as well. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your fur baby.

About: I’ve had pets and dogs in my family since I was 12. My neighbors growing up always trusted me to dog sit or walk their dogs while they managed their busy schedules. I’ve helped friends and classmates with their pets in my free time during grad school while they traveled or needed to study for exams. I love walking so why not take a furry friend with me! I’m currently working from home and doing freelance work so I have a lot of free time. My schedule is pretty flexible. I can work around your schedule! I will primarily be walking your dog in parks, trails, and neighborhoods with sidewalks to ensure safety. If you have a yard available, even better!
