About: I have been dog sitting with my father through Rover since I was 13. Now that I have moved out and have a cat, I am excited to care for your furry friends! I am a medical student on summer break currently working remotely. This gives me the flexibility to walk and take care of dogs most days. I am almost always in the area since I work from home. About: I am a therapist full time and I grew up with a labradoodle (he’s 13 and thriving!) I have two cats of my own as well. Growing up throughout high school, I was a dog sitter and dog walker for neighbors and family friends. I have so much love for animals and experience in senior dog care, post-surgery care, and all sorts of cat care :) I also have watched bunnies!! I work full time as a therapist but full time looks different as a therapist, I work about 25 hours a week so I have lots of time to drop by and check on your animal(s) or take ‘em out for a walk! I approach every animal with love and respect for their boundaries! I am a huge animal lover and my empathy I would say is my strong suit for both my full time job and this one :)
About: I have always been an animal person, and have been a regular dogsitter and catsitter for friends and family for over 10 years. I love caring for all types of critters, from little balls of energy to to more mellow senior animals, and will try my best not to spoil yours too much (depending on how quickly they steal my heart.) I specialize in enrichment activities, such as walks and play sessions, but will also enjoy just hanging out with your little buddy in any capacity. I'm currently off of school for the summer, so I have lots of available time in the day to care for your animals! I am generally available any day of the week between 8 AM and 10 PM, except for Sunday, when I am not available until 11 AM. (6-8 AM is also a possibility if necessary.) I always make sure to respect my clients' homes and keep their belongings safe from rowdy playing. I will always be sure to read your instructions for entry carefully, and I am good at cleaning up a mess if there is one made.

Kaia is a great, gentle person. My cat Sami loved her! She kindly accepted to visit me and Sami first, a week before the scheduled visits and that was essential to ensure everything would go smooth. My building front desk has excessive rules on visits and she was very understanding. I would totally recommend her for caring for your pets!

James was absolutely fantastic with our cat! Sometimes she has a hard time warming up to new people but she had a great time with James. He took amazing care of Willow while we were on a long vacation and was even able to extend his services on short notice. Sylvia is 100% amazing!! On an international trip, my internet connection was super challenging (unexpectedly). Each time I was able to obtain signal, I was flooded with the best pictures of my Teddy, and great check ins from Sylvia. I immediately knew that Teddy was in great care and I was at ease in my heart. Sylvia's great communication and diligence was non-stop, even when my communication went down! This added so much literal PEACE to my time away. I will use her again and again in the future for sure.
