About: I’ve been around animals my entire life—starting with two sweet black labs, Quarter and Ruby, who were part of my childhood pack. We also had a sassy long-haired mini dachshund named Daisy, who ruled the house. These early experiences taught me how to feed, care for, and understand dogs of all sizes and personalities. Today, I’m the proud “fun dog aunt” to my siblings’ pups: Bentley (a lab/Rottweiler mix), and Lemon (a long-haired mini dachshund). Our family recently adopted Lemon’s parents too, so I’ve seen it all from puppies to seniors, big breeds to little ones. I’ve dog-sat for friends and family countless times and genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just a cuddle on the couch, your pet will be treated like family. I’m currently in school full-time to become a CRNA, which means I’m often studying during the day, but the beauty of that is flexibility! I’m typically in Mount Pleasant, downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, or James Island, and I can adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. Study breaks are perfect for walks, playtime, or home visits. Just let me know what your pet needs, I’m happy to work around it! I follow feeding and medication instructions closely, make sure pets are never left unsupervised in unsafe areas, and maintain a calm, structured environment. I was a preschool teacher for several years and provide the same patience and love to my furry friends that i did to each of my students. “We would definitely use Katherine again. Sully was happy to go back and be with her again the second day. She did an excellent job of taking care of our little man, even when he had an accident in her home, marking his territory from her own two special pups. Katherine kept him in her lap while on a conference meeting and allowed Sully to be a Velcro dog the first day and follow her around. She offered him puzzle toys and he quickly got over his anxiousness and anxiety of being apart from his own family. He loved the outside fenced yard and walks. You can feel at ease leaving your beloved pet with Katherine.”

“Our two boys stayed with Josh and his two daughters for a few hours while we did things in the area that we couldn’t do with the dogs. We appreciate Josh being a little flexible as, due to traffic, our time adjusted a half hour later than we had told him initially. Our dogs had a wonderful time! The girls kept them entertained for a few hours. I believe they must’ve played with our two dogs the whole time, because our dogs were happy and tired when we got them back. We would definitely use Josh again and highly recommend him!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I’m compassionate and love them all. I recently lost my 13-year-old Cavalier king Charles spaniel. I have a seven-year-old kitty cat right now. I work from home and have flexibility. But I require some advance notice in bookings. I am able to have pets in my home. Love them! I will always have your dog on leash or fenced in yard/dog park in a safe and fun environment. We will take many walks and play.
