About: I’m a registered nurse with a lifelong love for dogs, which means safety, reliability, and attention to detail are always my top priorities. I had my own dog for 14 years, so I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medications, recognizing changes in behavior or health, and providing extra patience and comfort. Having moved here from Philly, I truly miss having a dog of my own, so I treat every pet I care for like family. I’m calm, observant, and dependable, and I’m especially comfortable with routines, special instructions, and pets who need a little extra care or reassurance. Whether it’s walks, overnight stays, or drop-ins, your dog will be safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine. As a nurse, I work three 12-hour shifts per week, which gives me several full days off where I’m completely available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care.I plan my schedule carefully and only accept bookings I can fully commit to, so your pet will always get consistent attention, exercise, and care. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and communicate clearly so you always know your pet is in good hands. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or yours. As a nurse, I’m highly attentive, detail-oriented, and trained to notice subtle changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels. I carefully follow all routines and instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medications, leash preferences, and house rules. In a client’s home, I respect your space and keep your pet’s environment clean, calm, and familiar. In my home, pets are supervised, never left unattended for long periods, and kept in a secure, comfortable setting. I use leashes at all times outdoors unless otherwise instructed and avoid dog parks unless explicitly approved. I prioritize clear communication and will provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness always come first.

About: Hi there! My name is Kaitlin. To preface the following synopsis about me, here is the spark notes version- I have two dogs of my own. Both have trained me EXTREMELY well, so well one might say, to my full dog sitter/ walker potential. You will have the peace of mind that your pup is extremely loved, walked, and safe under my care. Plus, maybe a few extra treats. I was born and raised in Colorado. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming (Fun fact - Josh Allen was my neighbor in Wyoming). My job turned into a fully remote position during covid which is what prompted my move to Charleston. I’ve lived in Mount Pleasant for 3 years now and love every minute! My job is still fully remote, which allows for scheduling flexibility and middle of the day dog walks. I have two dogs of my own, Nova May (9) and Loki Doki (4). Both of them are the sweetest huskies and I’ve had both since they were tiny little puppies. As I mentioned above, both pups have trained me extremely well. They’ve definitely taught the importance of patience and unconditional love. I try my best so that you to have peace of mind that your pup is extremely loved, walked, and safe under my care. You’ll always get lots of photos and updates throughout the visit. My love for dogs is truly bottomless and I find so much happiness in caring for pets. I currently work from home with a flexible schedule & it’s starting to get too hot to take the huskies out for lots of walks. I can go for walks before 9:30am, lunch time, and after 7:00pm, Monday- Thursday. Friday- Sunday are very flexible. I can do anything needed. Walk, play, feed them, get them out of the house, or just sit there to give them the scratches and love they need.
“Amaris was FANTASTIC! I had to book her last minute due to a family emergency, and she was such a great communicator. She also sent me pictures everyday recapping the day and my pup was smiling in all of them. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Amaris!”

“Natalie was such a great sitter! She sent several pictures and videos of Zhuri and Diesel playing. It seemed like our pups got along so well. Zhuri came home happy, healthy and tired from all the play time. We will absolutely be booking with Natalie again!”

“Rachel was wonderful! Took great care of Trooper, he seemed to love her and her dog Sadie who is an absolute angel. She sent picture updates every day and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be booking again!”

“She was an amazing dog sitter! She took Chunky on walks to the beach and the coffee shop, he loved hanging out with her. There wasn’t one photo where he didn’t look happy, it put me at ease knowing I picked her to look after him. She did great with his meal times, giving him his daily meds and she even bathed him without me having to ask which I appreciated so much, it saved me from having to do it at home! 10/10 would recommend her, and I will be using her regularly now for vacations.”
“Victoria was great with Riley! Riley felt very comfortable with Victoria, which is rare, and was very happy during her stay. Victoria sent photos which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely have Riley stay with Victoria again!”

She went the extra mile and brought toys for him to play with and within 24 hours he was letting her give him belly rubs!! About: Hi! I’m Rachel, a lifelong dog lover who hasn’t gone a single day without a dog by my side. Over the last 16 years, I’ve cherished every moment of raising my own dogs and sharing that same love and care with every animal I meet. My pets have helped shape who I am, and my childhood dog even helped me take my first steps. I started dog sitting in my neighborhood when I was 10 years old and haven’t stopped since. One neighbor invited me over every Tuesday to meet her new foster puppy of the week, which is how I found my first puppy, Rocky. And since having one dog wasn’t enough, I adopted Sadie during my senior year of high school. Over the years, friends and family have come to me for help with training their new puppies and caring for their pets while they’re away. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. After losing Rocky in March and graduating from the College of Charleston in May with a B.A. in psychology, I joined Rover so Sadie and I could spend more time with other dogs and make new friends along the way. I’m currently doing Rover full-time while I look for the right career opportunity, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend with the dogs in my care. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands dogs and will love your dog as if they were my own, I’d love to help! I’m currently doing Rover full-time, so my schedule is very flexible. Let me know what works best for you and your pet, and I’m happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. I live in a two-bedroom condo with my 9-year-old dog Sadie, who loves making new friends. I also have a neighborhood dog park just a short walk away, where I take her to run around and get her energy out. We also have lots of great walking paths and parks around us to explore. Whether your dog stays with me or I care for them in your home, I will keep them in a comfortable routine while prioritizing their needs and safety.
“Michael was so wonderful. He promptly responded to my request for a dogsitter, and he showed such genuine care throughout all of our interactions. Not only was he open to my dog boarding at his home, but he was also welcoming and gentle to my dog child as he adapted to him, his cute puppies, and his home. He cooked dog treats, went on regular walks, gave my dog steady potty breaks, and shared great pictures with me. I really felt that C.Lo was in the safest of hands, and that was much needed. I appreciate Michael and his quality service.”

“Here’s a polished review you can use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Dog Sitter! I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received. From the very beginning, she was professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. My dog was comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were at dinner, which gave me complete peace of mind. I appreciated the regular updates, photos, and communication throughout the stay. It was clear that my dog received plenty of attention and affection. I returned home to a relaxed and happy dog. I highly recommend Carla to anyone looking for trustworthy, loving care for their furry family member. I will definitely book with her again! 🐾💙”

About: I’ve had two English Bulldogs for over 15 years, which gave me firsthand experience with everything from puppy energy to senior care. Back home in Philly, I also babysat family friends’ dogs of all kinds — Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pitbulls, and more — so I’m comfortable with all sizes, temperaments, and activity levels. On top of dogs, I’m also the proud “uncle” to my brother and his fiancée’s two kittens, so I know my way around cats just as well. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt to each pet’s unique needs: Puppies: potty training, leash training, and safe play. Senior pets: slower walks, medication reminders, and gentle care. Bulldogs / special breeds: I understand breed-specific needs like breathing issues and joint sensitivity. Since I work fully remote, I have the flexibility to give pets plenty of attention, walks, and check-ins throughout the day. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets like family — because that’s exactly how I’ve treated mine for over 15 years. I work fully remote and have a very flexible daily routine, which gives me plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. I take a full hour lunch break every afternoon, which is perfect for walks, drop-ins, or playtime. Since I’m home during the day, I can give lots of attention, snuggles, and regular potty breaks for pets in my care. Evenings and weekends are wide open for longer walks, overnight care, or boarding. Whether you need a midday drop-in, daily walks, or someone to keep your pets company overnight, I can adjust my schedule to fit your needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In my home, I provide a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment where they’ll feel at ease. I’m mindful of keeping doors secured, removing hazards, and making sure pets have access to fresh water, safe play areas, and plenty of attention. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect I’d want for my own. I follow all instructions closely — from feeding schedules and walk routines to medication or special care needs. I send regular updates and photos so you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. With over 15 years of experience around dogs (including Bulldogs, Retrievers, Pitbulls, and Labs) and cats, I understand how to adapt to different temperaments and needs. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or requires a little extra patience, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for.
“Justice did an awesome job watching Hershey for the day! She let me know how she was doing throughout the day and kept me up to date on when she was giving her meds, going to a walk, etc. Justice is great and we would definitely use her again!”

About: Hi! I am a dependable, trustworthy animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I grew up on a farm where I helped care for 7 dogs, 2 cats, goats, and chickens, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I also have my own English Setter, Maggie, whom I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old. She’s now a year and a half old, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy dogs and understand how important it is to keep pets on their normal routine. Whether you’re looking for boarding or doggy day care, I’ll treat your pet like one of my own. I’ll make sure they get plenty of love, attention, exercise, and I’ll send photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. For boarding/daycare, I have a fenced backyard, and Maggie is very friendly and loves meeting other dogs. I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! I work from home on the weekdays I’m available, so your pet will get plenty of potty breaks, playtime, attention, and care throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule and can easily accommodate their routine. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or mine, I’ll follow their routine and any specific instructions to make them feel safe and comfortable. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, administering oral medications if needed, and providing lots of love and attention. I also send regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“Leaving a second review since Kelsey is so great. My pup would rather spend time at her place with her dogs than with me! I've used Kelsey half a dozen times and am happy with the experience.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my happy and positive attitude: no one wants a grumpy, pessimistic pet sitter. I am adaptable as I am always prepared for unplanned events and last-minute changes. As I am a caretaker by nature, I show genuine concern for the well-being of pets. I am responsible and trustworthy by being reliable and honest. I have a wealth of pet sitting experience. I also have experience working with pets that have medical issues or behavioral challenges. And lastly, I am sensitive and understanding. I understand the needs and concerns of pet owners. I have plenty of time to play and care for your dog/dogs, as I work from home! Plus, I spent all holidays here at my lovely residence on Daniel Island. I treat all dogs that I care for as I treat my own fur baby, as if they were my children. I ensure that they are walked, fed, entertained, given medication as needed, and have restful sleep each evening (whether it is with me in bed, in their pet bed, or in their crate) every day. People have a tendency of saying that my dog Maggie is always smiling! I will ensure that yours will too when in my care!!

“Natasha was great! We had never used the Rover app or a stranger to sit our dog but there were things we were wanting to do while on vacation that we couldn’t include our dog in. Natasha was patient and kind while I figured out the app and got our plans all sorted out and our dog seemed to like her just fine! She went right in the house with her both days we used her and seemed happy as could be when we picked her up! She was a lifesaver and really helped us be able to enjoy our vacation a lot more!!”

“Natalie was amazing with our Addi! She was able to host our dog on super late notice after our sitter cancelled (Natalie agreed to watch our dog one day beforehand!) Her dog was the sweetest ever and made such a good playmate for our dog. She was super accommodating and our Addi came home exhausted from the fun activities Natalie did with her! ❤️❤️”

“My dogs are picky with whom they will accept into their circle of humons. So, when I reached out to Daphne, I was not sure how she would be greeted. Daphne scheduled a meet and greet with my 5 dogs (all 15-25 lbs) to make sure it was a good fit for everyone. She introduced herself to each one individually as she sat on the floor and waited for each one to see if she was trustworthy. She passed with flying colors-HORRAY!!! If my dogs like her, then I for sure like her too. Daphne is wonderful! She is a kind and gentle lady as well as organized and punctual. I have been a client for about 5 months and have been very pleased and comfortable with entrusting my pups to her care. Not only do I always get an update about the walk, but she also advises me about anything unusual that she may observe about my dog’s behavior or health concerns. I highly recommend Daphne for even for the pickiest of pets! K. R.”

About: Hi! I’m Jocelyn, a pediatric registered nurse who works three 12-hour night shifts each week. Because of my schedule, I have flexibility on my days off and can also provide care before or after my shifts depending on the booking. I always keep my calendar updated and communicate clearly so you’ll know exactly when I’m available. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting with plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playing fetch, belly rubs, or simply having someone keep them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I’ll also follow any feeding schedules, medication instructions (if you’re comfortable with that), and routines to help your pet feel at home. As a pediatric nurse, I’m dependable, attentive to detail, and calm in unexpected situations. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, and I take the time to earn their trust. My goal is to treat every pet like they’re part of my own family while giving owners peace of mind through regular updates and photos. I work three 12-hour night shifts each week as a pediatric nurse, so my schedule is flexible on my days off and changes from week to week. I keep my Rover calendar updated and communicate my availability clearly. I’ll always make sure your pet receives the time, attention, and care they deserve. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any routines that help your pet feel at ease. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own by keeping it clean, secure, and locking doors and gates before leaving. I understand that every pet has different needs, so I’ll provide patient, individualized care while keeping you updated with messages and photos throughout my visits. My goal is for you to feel completely confident that your pet is safe, loved, and in good hands while you’re away.

“Our pup had the best time!!! Carla took incredible care of him, gave us daily updates and even gave a bath at the end of his stay. He didn’t want to come home at all haha. If you’re looking for responsive and attentive sitter, Carla is your lady!”

“This was my first time using Rover and wasn’t sure what to expect. Jessica made it easy every step of the way! On top of that she took exceptional care of my dog like he was her own! She even updated me daily with pictures and videos. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I 11/10 would recommend!”

“We were very pleased with Kyler keeping our dog, Cooper. He does a really nice job with communication and sends lots of photos. We will definitely be using him again! Thank you!”

“Carissa and her husband took amazing care of my girl Sadie! I was sent lots of picture and video updates and responses were always quick when I reached out. 100% recommend!”

“Incredible experience. Michael incredibly communicative and Dennis had a blast. I think he’s even sad to come home and not get all the attention and play with the new friends he made. I highly recommend Michael in every way.”

“Jack had a great time with Natasha for a weekend! We had something fall through and she was able to take us on a late notice. She was great with communication as well. We will be rebooking!”

“Who was going to watch our pup fell through at the very last minute before we had to go out of town. Paul was so quick to respond and confirm caring for Peter. Another added detail is he was in recovery from an eye issue and needed extra love and care as he had medication and a cone. Once we got there, he showed the spaces that Peter was going to hang out in, made sure to fully understand any special instructions that were needed and while we were gone, took such good care of him. He would go out of his way every day to send an update with multiple photos. I never had to ask. Everything was so clean and nice and we were put at ease the whole trip knowing that he was in good hands. 100/10 would recommend, your pet will be taken such good care of!”

“We had the absolute BEST experience with Kelsey and couldn’t recommend her more highly! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond—during our meet and greet, she asked thoughtful, detailed questions to truly understand how to care for our sweet bd pup, Sofie. It was immediately clear how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Sofie can be a little nervous, especially in new situations, but she did AMAZING in her home under her care. We felt completely at ease while we were away thanks to how communicative she was. She sent frequent updates and photos, which we loved, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing Sofie was happy, comfortable, and in such great hands. Beyond being incredibly responsible and attentive, she is also just such a warm, kind, and lovely person. You can truly tell she puts some much love and care into the dogs she takes care of. We are so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again in the future. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and all-around fantastic to bwatch your dog, can’t recommend her enough!”

“Keziah was a happy boy when I got there! He seemingly didn't want to leave. And yet, he was exhausted the following day, and we spent the day letting him recover (by snoozing most of the day) from his adventure!”

“We would be happy to have Zach watch our dog again! His communication was great with updates and photos daily while we were away, and he went above and beyond to make sure our pup got a special treat for her birthday that would work for her allergy and dietary restrictions which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend Zach!”
