“I had to be away from my kitty Ashke for WAY longer than I normally have to, as my grandmother had passed away and I needed to be home in California to handle her memorial and other things. Louise went above and beyond with Ashke, not just checking to make sure she was fed and doing well, but spending a while with her every day giving her love and pets. I got pictures almost every day of Ashke and she looked happy and well taken care of. So so grateful that someone like Louise was taking care of my fur baby, it meant I could enjoy my time with my family without worrying about Ash. Thank you Louise!!”

“WOW! Awesome job done by Haley! We were gone on a Friday through Monday trip. Our dog (Sadie) is an older, diabetic mixed breed dog with bad back legs, which required frequent / extra visits. About: Over the years I've watched dogs, cats, alpacas, horses, chickens, sheep, turkeys, goats, birds, you name it. I've stepped in for people absolutely love their animals AND also love trips into the backcountry, the chance to embrace the wonder of a weekend getaway, or sometimes just need to travel for work. I've done everything from ensuring high-energy dogs can get that energy out constructively, walking property perimeters with Great Pyrenees, and ensuring escape-artist-types spend time outside but don't disappear. I have no problem following long lists of instructions for morning vs evening meals and beyond (special ingredients, special order of operations, medications, supplements). If you'd like to me to stay with your furry, fluffy, or feathered friend, you can trust that upon your return everything will be tidy, clean, and exactly the way you left it. I'm not working at the moment, which means I have plenty of time during the day to make sure your pet gets the attention you want. I like to be active during the day, which could include bringing your pet along for some exercise. I'm also very content to hunker down with a good book in the evening and just spend time being a companion to your pet. When coming to your house to watch your pet, I will treat your space with utmost respect and care for your animal like it was my own. I'm very careful about locking doors, closing gates, etc., and have no problem following any instructions you want to share.

About: I have experience caring for puppies and senior dogs, and always treat them with love and attention they need. I’m reliable and keep owners updated. My genuine love for animals and attention to detail helps me give the best care possible. I am currently a full time college student with breaks in between classes and a lot of free time on my hands. I have ample time to hang out and walk dogs at most times of the day. On walks, I make sure pets stay safe by keeping them on a leash, watching for hazards, and choosing calm routes. I also pay attention to their behavior to keep them comfortable and happy.

About: I have dogsat for my neighbors growing up, have taken care of my own dogs while my parents were out of town, along with feeding, sitting, and taking my friends’ dogs out for frequent walks when needed. I've administered medication for dogs (pills for managing epilepsy) as well as shots for cats. I've learned to love all animals that come into my care, similar to how my mom and grandmother have operated. It would be a pleasure and privilege to bring my caretaking genes to your furry family! I currently live and work at home in Miami during the winter and spring-ish seasons. My schedule is fairly flexible throughout the week until April/May. I have lived with many animals in my lifetime, made mistakes and learned greatly from them, and will always offer safety to your animals. The beauty of living in Florida in the wintertime is that taking dogs on walks in the sunshine is never a chore!
