About: I grew up in a house of rescue dogs and have been well acquainted with the need of finding good pet care for pets- especially those who need a little extra time & care. I was the go-to dog sitter during the holidays in my college town. I’ve loved getting the chance to hang out with so many types of dogs in that time, and am hoping to continue the dream in Missoula! I currently work 6 hours a day- starting around 7 AM. For the foreseeable future, I would be able to check in on your fur baby in the mornings before work, for a few during, and would be able to hang out and walk with them for a much longer period in the evenings! My house is on the smaller side with no fenced in yard, and I would be away for about 3-4 hours before coming back to check on them. However, I live in a neighborhood that is phenomenal for walking and we’d be able to take full advantage of it in the afternoon/evenings. I think it would be best if your pet to stay at your home; but I would be more than willing to try to accommodate them at mine if need be.
About: I grew up from the age of 8 with cats and dogs. I know that every critter has its own personality and should be treated as such. I have experience walking medium-sized dogs (germans shepherds and retrievers) have watched cats too. I have my own cat, and empathize with the heartache that can come with leaving your pet at home. I am a responsible, trustworthy person who would love to check in or walk your pet(s) while you are away. I have passed both state and federal background checks and am employed as a researcher through MSU. I love having my cat, Fischer, by my side as I work from home and am happy that he's been able to travel and adapt with me over the past 6 years of us being family! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have about my qualifications or experience. I work from home, so I am most happy doing check-ins or walks during the day! I try to save my weekends for my own outside time, but if I am in town I will happily care for your animal. I will be sure to treat your house as a would my own: keeping it clean and safe. I will always lock your doors, refresh water bowls as needed, or feed/medicate if necessary. Your pet will be my priority when I am caring for it.
