About: Hi! With 6 years experience as a veterinary technician (veterinary nurse) and a medical degree you can be rest assured that your dog or cat is in safe and loving hands. It is my biggest pleasure to take your dog for a run, to the dog park, or on long walks. Just tell me what ativities your pup normally enjoys and I will do my best to make they do them. I love both dogs and cats and since I recently lost my pup of 15 years, being around as many pets as possible is my current goal after being quarantined alone. I have plenty of love to give. Administering medications, generiatic or special needs pets are no problem for me to give the best care possible.

About: Over the years I've watched dogs, cats, alpacas, horses, chickens, sheep, turkeys, goats, birds, you name it. I've stepped in for people absolutely love their animals AND also love to travel, or sometimes just need to be away for work. I've done everything from walking property perimeters with Great Pyrenees to ensuring high-energy dogs can get that energy out constructively. I have no problem following long lists of instructions for morning vs. evening meals and beyond (special ingredients, special order of operations, medications, supplements). If you'd like to me to stay with your furry, fluffy, or feathered friend, you can trust that upon your return everything will be tidy, clean, and exactly the way you left it. I'm not working at the moment, which means I have plenty of time during the day to make sure your pet gets the attention you want. I like to be active during the day, which could include bringing your pet along for some exercise. I'm also very content to hunker down with a good book in the evening and just spend time being a companion to your pet. When coming to your house to watch your pet, I will treat your space with utmost respect and care for your animal like it was my own. I'm very careful about locking doors, closing gates, etc., and have no problem following any instructions you want to share.

About: Since I was 10 I’ve taken care of the pets in my family. Bunnies, dogs, cats, fish, gerbils and mice. I’ve given baths, taken dogs on runs, cuddled with kittens, played with bunnies. I’ve had to give medication to animals before. I’m quite active (trail runner) and really open to anything. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I work remote from home as a video editor and I get to decide my own schedule and hours everyday. That means I get to prioritize your pet or home first! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
