“Emma is extraordinary, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Cleo got tons of snuggles, comfortable lounging time, and plenty of exercise. She got long walks on her favorite trails and playtime with Emma’s dog, Brody. Emma is very experienced and confidently handled Cleo’s personality quirks and occasional reactivity. She also sent detailed updates and absolutely gorgeous photos. I would trust her with Cleo again in a heartbeat.”

“Our dog Ellie loves Nicole! Nicole is communicative and sends great photos of all the off-leash hikes she takes our dog on. Ellie came back to us so happy after a nice long off leash hike every day with Nicole.”

“Andrea and her pup, Ruger, came through when we had an unexpected trip come up. She took care of our dog-girl with no issues at all. Would definitely use her again!”

“I could not be more pleased with Kerry and her family’s care for Maggie Mae. Kerry sent me pictures and messages every day. She took Maggie on outings and allowed her to play with her little girls. I highly recommend Kerry and her family to care for your dog.”

“Jennifer is the best!! She had great communication the whole time we were on our trip. My two dogs were happy and loved for the week. They enjoyed playing with Jennifer's dogs and all the extra treats and enrichment Jennifer offered. I know where my dogs will be going next time they need care.”

“Wonderful dog sitters who took great care of my rescue dog Aspen while I was out of state. My dog got along perfectly with theirs and she’s pretty picky. I would highly recommend this sitter for anyone looking for a reliable place to keep their dog while away!!”

“Barbara took great care of our 1-year-old Black and Tan Coonhound while we were visiting Glacier National Park for a few days. She was extremely responsive through the booking process and made it very easy for us! Our pup would have loved to stay even longer and play with her Golden Retriever. We will certainly book her again next time we are in the area!”

“My pet, Pepper, had a 5 star stay with a 5 star sitter. Theresa is a warm person who has a loving passion for dogs. She takes only one pet at a time, is stay at home, and devotes full attention to her furry guests. What's not to like about this? She also has a big friendly dog of her own and a large fenced yard. After a short time both dogs became pals...another positive. I highly recommend Therea.”

“Dani is sweet! My Soka loves visiting her. She gets plenty of exercise in walks and lots of nurturing snuggle time. Dani is great with communication and flexibility. Will continue to use when possible”

“Jillian was amazing and truly went above and beyond for me when it came to taking care of Muffin. So thankful for them and will absolutely use them again for future needs”

“Our older dog was well taken care of by Ellen. We received cute updates and quick communication. Would be happy to have her look after our Sidney again and Sidney would be happy to see her!”

“Brianna was so very responsive and and understanding about missing our doggie. She sent updates and pictures everyday and was quick to respond to messages. She took our dog for walks and big adventures that my GPS really needed! We had our high energy dog with her for a week and our dog came back to us healthy and happy.”

“Gabrielle took such good care of our dog and new puppy! She went on walks down by the river, played with the dogs, and sent us pictures throughout the day so we could see how they were doing. We definitely trust Gabrielle and highly recommend her. She is just wonderful. Thank you for everything you did to make our dogs happy. Our oldest dog, Tucker, didn't want to leave Gabrielle's house when we came to pick up the dogs after our trip. A true testament to how well they were treated. Thank you!”

“Carmen was wonderful! She was very flexible with pick up and drop off times and sent multiple updates on our girl. We picked up a very happy doggo. Can't wait to use her again.”

Brianna is the best! I’ll be reaching out to her every time I need Murphy to go explore the world. He got to go hike and play with other pups. He was in great hands and played so hard bed time came fast when he got home. Thank you Sooooooo much. 10/10 100% and just good people. Felt that from the start. See you next.

Our standard poodle stayed with Jennifer and her pack for two weeks. She sent regular updates and pictures, and was patient and creative dealing with Micah's quirk of not wanting to eat on a regular basis. Now he looks forward to breakfast and dinner. We appreciate Jennifer soooo much.

Mila clearly enjoys her time with Nicole. Our dog is very active and Nicole makes sure she gets out on the trails and uses up her energy. This is our second time bringing Mila to Nicole and we are so happy we have someone in Missoula to bring her to when we are in town/passing through.

Beau had such a great time with Emma and Brody! Our doggo is a pretty anxious guy and he settled very quickly and Emma had no problem with him. He got plenty of walkies and even a couple of car rides. Emma also provided daily updates and photos that were much appreciated. 15/10 would recommend Emma to watch your furry friends.

We are so grateful for Nickolas! He takes wonderful care of our Frenchie Cleo — she is always so excited to see him and his sweet dog, Margie. We love the photo updates Nickolas sends and it helps when we are away to see how much fun our girl is having. I would absolutely recommend Nickolas as a dog sitter — we are so lucky to have been connected!

Haley was great with my two dogs. She was prompt in responding, checking in. She even let us know she took them on a great long walk. So important to feel like your fur babies are taken care of. We were coming into town for a concert in our RV and did not want to leave them all day. Thank you so much Haley. Bob and Barb

Tlhis was my first time leaving my Aussie Steel with a dog sitter. He's with me almost 24/7 because of my job. I'm sure I had a much harder time than he did! Ben told me about some of his regulars that he watches, and that they would be coming when Steel wad there. From the videos that Ben sent to me and the updates, I could see Steel was in good company and doing great!! He got lots of outside time, ate well and was completely worn out from a hike when I picked him up! :) I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Ben

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
