About: I have lots of experience with all kinds of furry friend from sweet seniors to high‑energy youngsters who need plenty of exercise. I used to have a sweet senior pittie who wasn’t a fan of other dogs but absolutely loved people, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs who prefer their own space on walks or in social settings. For pups with extra energy, I’m happy to take them on runs or hikes with me to help them burn it off. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full‑time but with enough flexibility to adjust my schedule around drop‑ins and walks. I’m able to check in before and after work, and give plenty of attention in the mornings and evenings. On weekends, I have even more availability for longer walks, runs, hikes, or extra hang‑out time. I’m very experienced with dogs who love people but prefer not to interact with other dogs, and I’m careful to avoid stressful situations on walks or in shared spaces. I use positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a patient approach to help every pet feel secure. For more social dogs, I have a shared fenced backyard with lots of other furry friends to play with.

“Leah treated my dog Boo like a king. I couldn't have been happier about his stay with her, and neither could Boo. Leah's a great communicator-I received daily feedback of what they were doing, where they went, and reports on his behavior, how he got along with her dogs, and pictures(!). She has 2 dogs that were super playful and sweet with Boo. Leah was very careful to introduce our dogs first, which clued me in to how responsible and caring she is. While Boo was there, not only did he get to play in her yard and cuddle on the couch with her (um, he's 65 lbs and growing), she also took him on outings-including the dog island! My first week living in Montana I had a last minute trip pop up that I wasn’t able to bring my pup Moa on - Ive had her for 6 months now and she’s never been boarded or stayed the night with anyone but me yet so I was stressing… I tried searching all over for a doggy daycares that could take Moa, and after seeing everywhere was booked, I very last minute turned to Rover to see if anyone would respond late the night before my 3 day trip. Sarah was so quick to respond saying she’d be happy to help and was extremely helpful, attentive and even sent me photos of her great open land and cozy house/ dogs of her own! Moa was warmly greeted by Sarah and her dogs along with her husband and super sweet daughter… and the rest is history! Sarah sent the most adorable, informative updates every day with photos and videos that put me SO at ease knowing she was having a blast and was safe and happy!! It was the highlight of my days getting the message notification from Sarah to see what Moa was up to that day. Moa loved playing with Sarah’s sweet & playful pups as well :) Moa was Sarah’s new little buddy by the end and even showed Sarah love to say goodbye before Moa got back in my car to go home. Sarah was a total blessing for me in such a pinch and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
