“Iryna is fantastic. I could tell immediately that she and her family love animals. Her pup was super sweet when we arrived, so that was a bonus. This was our first time booking with Iryna, which I can find a little stressful. I had nothing to worry about bc she put me at ease immediately. She had great communication throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with plenty of pictures. She noticed a wound on our pup that we weren’t aware of, cleaned and treated it, and let us know right away. We also had a last minute medication request for a separate issue, and she was incredibly accommodating without hesitation. It was clear that she cared for our guy like he was her own. Thank you Roxanne for taking such great care of Milo duing our vacation. Sometimes Milo can be anxious when we pick him up which means he was nervous during the stay, however, he was happy and calm when we got him. So I know he enjoyed being with you and your family. Again, thank you!
Ellie was the absolute best. She was so incredibly patient and extra loving with our anxious pup. Also, she went above and beyond when she found a couple of fleas on her--- she took action and communicated with us the whole time about the game plan. We were so, so appreciative. She also sent pictures and updates, which made us feel at ease. Ellie is a true gem and clearly has a genuine love for dogs :)
Spencer was absolutely amazing!! This was the 1st time leaving my dog for an extended time and I was nervous - he made me feel very safe and sent lots of photos/updates. Bertha came back soo happy also! Previously she may have been anxious but I could tell she had a great time and got lots of loving. It was also her birthday while I was gone and Spencer put a candle on a doggie cake and sent the cutest pic! Thankful for the experience and I will def be using Spencer moving forward. I highly recommend!
My dog has stayed with Rosemary several times and she is always so communicative and easy to work with! Rosemary sends pictures everyday and keeps me updated on what they are doing. I know Dia is happy with Rosemary because she easily struts away from me at drop off! (:
Bianca was amazing! We had an initial meeting to make sure she and Dreaux were a good fit, and it was clear right away that they were. Dreaux was so excited to be there he even gave her a hug goodbye! Bianca was excellent with communication, keeping me updated on drop-off and throughout the stay, especially regarding Dreaux's allergies. I would definitely book with her again and will be using her for all of my upcoming trips.
