Junie had a great stay, and I definitely felt at ease while she was away with Rachel and Michael. It really helped me be able to enjoy my trip! They also sent updates and photos which I loved!
Rachel and Michael were wonderful! They took care of Missy over the holidays and clearly gave her a lot of love! They send sweet pictures and or videos daily. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. Overall, I felt relaxed and reassured in my travels knowing Missy was being cared for by Rachel and Michael!
They took great care of Lucy! Would definitely book again!

Schedule
I work full time, but am available after 4pm and weekends. My husband also works full time but has a flexible schedule that allows him to be home mid day the majority of weekdays for feeding/letting dogs out. We also have a crate if your pup does better being crated during the day.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced back yard and a medium crate (if needed). Someone is home midday M-Th to feed/walk (if needed). We have experience dispensing meds.
