About: What sets me apart is that I don’t simply “check in” on your fur babies; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. For the past six years, I’ve been consistently trusted to care for pets when Dad and Mom go away on frequent trips, including stays of more than 30 days. I’m comfortable administering medications, staying at your residence, accommodating specific dietary needs and feeding schedules, maintaining established routines, regular walks and exercise, litter care, playtime, and, of course, plenty of companionship and affection. And please, give me ALL the instructions! You can leave me a legitimate PowerPoint presentation about your baby, and I will happily follow it to a T. 😂 I know every pet has their own routine, favorite things, quirks, boundaries, and very specific ways they like things done. (I’m a Virgo, so I know meticulous details. 😂) I’d much rather know every little detail so I can keep their world as familiar and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I will also send you pictures and updates to provide you with peace of mind. I’m patient with shy or cautious animals, attentive to changes in behavior, and happy to adapt to different personalities, ages, and energy levels. We spend most of the day together, so they are not alone for long periods of time if I have to run off to check on another baby. I’m happy to stay overnight and spend quality time with your pets rather than simply popping in and out if you prefer. From our first meet and greet, I felt comfortable with Ian and confident leaving our home and our beloved 10 year old toy poodle, Coco, in his care. Knowing that he works from home sealed the deal for me - he is truly with your pet as much as you are! She was happy, well loved, and very well cared for, and our home was left in pristine condition. Ian confirmed all details and arrived exactly as scheduled, making our departure stress free. Communication was excellent throughout our trip, and I appreciated the texts and daily pictures of Coco. He met her dog groomer at her scheduled bath time and we returned home to a freshly bathed dog and an immaculate house. Ian brought in my Amazon and Primo Water deliveries and collected our mail. It truly gave me peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of so well. We were very nervous about leaving our girls Irene snd Halligan home while we were away. We have boarded them in the past, but as our older girl Irene has slowed down, we knew that she would be more comfortable at home. In sharp contrast Halligan needs lots of attention and activity. Caroline was fantastic and put our minds at ease. She spent time meeting them before we left and they readily accepted her as a part of their pack. She took care of our home gave the right amount of love, attention, and TLC that they needed. Would highly recommend her if you have the need.
Grady was amazing! This was our first time letting anyone watch our dogs other than family. We were nervous at first, but after meeting Grady and seeing how the dogs reacted to him we knew they were in great hands. Grady was communicative, flexible and respectful of our home. We would 100% recommend Grady and use him again.

David came highly recommended by a close friend who has trusted him for years to care for their pets while they travel frequently. From the moment I met him during a meet-and-greet at Brodie’s favorite dog park, I could tell he was genuinely kind and incredibly comfortable around dogs. He built rapport with Brodie right away. Before our trip, David also took the time to visit our home and familiarize himself with the space and surrounding area. He asked all the thoughtful, practical questions you’d expect from an experienced and responsible dog sitter, which immediately gave me confidence. While we were away for a week, it was clear David went above and beyond. Through our home security system, we could see him consistently playing with Brodie, taking him on daily walks (at least twice a day), and giving him plenty of attention and care. It was obvious they formed a great bond. When we returned, not only was Brodie happy and well cared for, but our home was in excellent condition. David kept everything clean, maintained the pool, and even watered our plants daily—details that did not go unnoticed. This experience proved to us that David is someone you can trust 100%.
