Just want to throw this out there before anything else. *I only do 2 night MINIMUM stays (so if you're looking for a sitter for 2 or MORE nights we're good!) *I NEED wifi. I work remotely, which is a big part of what makes me available to do these sits. So if there's wifi issues, I can't do the sit unfortunately *I am no longer taking apartment sittings with more than one dog. Multiple dogs (up to 3) in a house is fine. Who am I? I am a remote/virtual music teacher who loves animals! If you're willing to let me teach my lessons from your couch while I watch your animals (with extra attention given before, between and after lessons), my schedule is wide open. Otherwise, I have a few days off a week where I can devote more attention to them as well- and most mornings and later nights are open too (I basically teach 4 days a week from average noon-9pm)

Does your dog crave a LOT of attention (I'm looking at you puppies)? Some days I teach long hours so they'd have to be able to wait patiently for me during those times. Happy to let them out for potty breaks on my potty breaks. And I'm also totally happy to have them hang with me and cuddle during my lessons but if they need continuous one-on-one stimuli, we're not a good fit unfortunately
A typical day
I'm happy to take dogs for walks. As for dogs and/or all other animals, I will happily play with them whenever they want! Definitely let me know their quirks!

I was raised by animal lovers. My friends used to call my childhood home ' The Zoo'. At one point we had 8 cats, 3 dogs, 2 birds and an aquarium. And I knew all of the animals well and loved them for all of their unique personalities. I believe all animals are sweethearts and if they are ever mean it is only out of protection, necessity or past experiences. That said, I have taken care of many friends and families animals while they were away and have enjoyed doing it. With this site, I'm just working on getting even more clientele to help out!

Ian did a great job and I came home to a happy dog and a clean place! I was worried because I was overseas for two weeks and needless to say, if I had to get back for any reason it would've likely taken 24 hours minimum. Didn't have to worry about that, and I was comforted by daily pics and updates;)
Ian was great. My dog loved him, he was responsive and flexible, followed detailed medication instructions, and took good care of my house. What more can you ask for?
Ian did a phenomenal job taking care of our dog Hippo. This was the first time we hired a sitter after our dog had been experiencing seizures and required meds on a strict schedule. I was nervous about leaving hippo, but Ian went above and beyond to ensure that my dog got his meds on time each day. He took him on many long walks and my dog seemed genuinely happy while we were gone. He stayed in our apartment and kept the space clean too! I would definitely recommend Ian, especially with dogs who need a little extra care. He did a fantastic job!
